Majestic Mirage Punta Cana

Friends and I have been here several times. When we booked this year we made sure to PAY MORE for an ocean view room. These are the pics from three room. Don’t bother spending the extra $500. Not worth it. We have been her 5 times never will we return.

Always a great time being at our second home. We visit 2 x’s a year and we always feel so welcomed. Big shoutout to Cesar our butler. Thanks for making this another memorable trip. A big thanks to our beach concierge Nelson and to the other beach staff Victoria, Donato, Louis. This place has the best hostesses. Noemi, Ana Marie, Dorca Olga and many more. We had a wonderful time during our stay at Majestic Mirage. We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts but this was our favorite so far. The food was very good, which is not always the case, so I was pleasantly surprised!. We didn’t need the butler service much but Alejandro was very nice and contacted us often to see how we were doing. Highly recommended this resort.

I concur with the review that says “don’t sweat the small stuff.” This was our 2nd stay at the Majestic (previous stay was at the Elegance) and my husband and I had an excellent stay at the Mirage. Room was clean and well-attended, air conditioning very comfortable. (There were minimal problems—some mildew/mold on outdoor lounge chairs due to humidity, and we had a leak in our ceiling our final morning—but staff came promptly to assess) High points: 1) the ocean! We did not find it difficult to get a couple chairs or a Bali bed at the beach—we went about 8:30-9:00 am each morning. 2) The entertainment! Lots of fun—the 9:00 pm shows (Michael Jackson, circus, audience participation shows, etc) We really enjoyed the enthusiasm and energy of the entertainment team—they are wonderful!! We didn’t think the plaza singing at 7:00 was as enjoyable—seems like the audio system/speakers were lacking. 3) The drinks/bar service wherever we were. We tried several new drinks and really enjoyed the Majestic, Dirty monkey, coco loco, passion fruit mojito, and more. 4) The food at the Italian restaurant, evening meal at the Seaside, and the Sports Bar. We also enjoyed playing pool at the sports bar! We didn’t enjoy the seaside buffet as much as their evening dinner off the menu—which was excellent. 5) we speak some Spanish and we very much enjoyed chatting with the staff in Spanish. They were so kind and encouraging —even though our Spanish is definitely far from perfect! Overall, an excellent value for your money. The staff is incredible! We will be back!!

Very nice resort. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms large but showers are problematic as they sometimes don’t work . Food is good . Buffet at beach is very good-seafood restaurant at beach was great with lobster-steak house very good-Japanese is good but like all other Japanese restaurants-we couldn’t get reservation for the French restaurant which was disappointing-the Italian resort we thought was terrible but we are Italian and others may love it. We only spoke to our butler Fabio once so no comment. Animation team at beach was excellent especially gasolina who made us laugh every day. Shows at night were entertaining. Our cleaning lady Jovanny was the best we loved her. Biggest disappointments were not getting a later checkout as our flight was at 9pm . They insisted we checkout out at noon even though we argued fiercely for the late checkout. This was very disappointing. However overall this was a very good trip

Trip was amazing. Food and service were great. Our butler Alby was fantastic and made sure we had the best time from start to finish! All restaurants had a great selection of food, even the buffets and room service. We would definitely come back again!

Our trip to the Majestic Mirage was nothing short of magnificent. Rarely does a resort truly fulfill their listed expectations - I can confidently say they exceeded them. From the food at the Steakhouse, L'Essence, and Seaside, to the laid back environment of the resort all made fo a tremendous vacation. But here is the thing about the Majestic Mirage - it really is all about the staff. There was an attention to detail and friendliness rarely seen at any resort we have stayed at in the past. Of note ANA at the Parrots bar made sure our pool days were comfortable and taken care of. Our butler ALBY was very attentive and thoughtful. Overall, our experience was wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.

Great time in the sun! Ana at the Parot bar is wonderful and we will be back. The food and drinks are fantastic and the beach wasn’t that busy. The staff at Majestic Mirage are all very friendly, and went out of their way to provide us with great service. Our room attendant, Ramona, was on top of everything concerning our room, keeping it clean and the coffee supplies full. Our butler, Amable, who we have had the past 2 years now, is so friendly and helpful. The best! His associate, Jordy, came to our room and decorated it with flowers and balloons to celebrate our anniversary. Very sweet! We stayed in room # 4109, which is the end room farthest from the beach in building 4. It was perfect for us, as we somewhat isolated from the rest of the people in the pool, as that room is sort of around the corner at the end. We plan on requesting it again next year, if available. The piano bar bartender, Yuqueisy, was fabulous and very attentive. The fitness room attendant, Blue, made sure we had a great workout. Finally, one last person to mention, was Juan at the pool bar at the end of building #4. Top notch service with a smile. This was our second year in a row, and plan to go again next year. We stayed in the club level, and chose the swim-up pool suite. It was fabulous. The 2 room suite was spacious, and very comfortable for the week. We really enjoyed the beach, especially the day beds, that are included. Just make sure you get to the beach really early if you want one. They go pretty quickly. As for the restaurant choices, my personal favorite was the hibachi grill, but you must have reservations, so inquire the day you arrive. We enjoyed the Seaside restaurant for breakfast most mornings. Room service was also very good, and on time. We went to the steakhouse 2 nights because we really enjoyed eating outdoors. Can't wait to go back next year!

Where do I begin, from the moment my husband and I arrived with our friends we were again greeted with our favorite Butler, Junior who treated each and every one of us like Kings and Queens throughout our stay. His ability to anticipate our every need and his genuine smile ensured that we will all be coming back again next year! I also have to tell you how wonderful Gustavo and Juan are at the Pool Bar, bldg 4! We delighted in their enthusiastic attitudes and amazing services!! I also want to tell you how wonderful our pool and beach services were with Nelson and Donado! They ensured that our experience was exactly what we would want from this amazing resort. Mayquel made sure everything was perfect. He made our anniversary an unforgettable one. Always made us aware of when he would be working and when he would be off. He made us feel like family. We will be asking for him next time we go God willing.

This resort exceeded every expectation and made for the BEST birthday trip ever! From the moment we arrived, the property was top-tier in every way. We stayed in the Mirage Club Skyview suite, and the two-story villa with a Jacuzzi on our private terrace was simply breathtaking. The entertainment was fantastic—Kenny & crew kept the energy high and made every moment fun. Our butler went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even surprising us with birthday decorations after a perfect beach day. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every single meal was savory and well-prepared. From service to amenities, everything was impeccable. We will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay!
