Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

My husband and I just spent a week in paradise at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. The service and staff were all EXCEPTIONAL!! Our butler "JJ" was especially fantastic and he went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. This was our sixth trip to Punta Cana and our very first to a Zoetry resort. After this relaxation experience, my husband and I will definitely be back. We truly enjoyed the memories we made at Zoetry Agua!! Thanks again to everyone.

Zoetry Agua was everything we were hoping it would be - Relaxing and Invogorating for the 2 of us trying to decompress for a week. Food was delicious with many rotating and special menus all through the week. Staff was extremely nice, friendly and always had a smile. By the 3rd day - many of the staff already knew our names. We rented the Oceanview Penthouse Suite and it was well worth the extra $. Great view of the ocean and the main pool and bar from our 3rd floor balcony. We even got bird's eye view of a wonderful wedding out on the beach! We booked Spa treatments every other day, took part in several activities like making jewelry, palm hats, Horse riding, etc. The Sargassum was especially bad this time of year, but we expected it to be and the pools were more than enough. Thoroughly relaxing and we will be back some day.

My stay was quite relaxing, this time I came with my partner after some time of coming as a family, we liked the food, the service in the restaurant, the wonderful employees, we had a wonderful night at the Flamenco party thanks to Gilbert, this property is quite good for summer times as a couple or family and that's all I'm interested in

From the moment we arrived we felt like family at Zoetry It was a smooth check in process I loved the intentional touch of selecting custom aromatherapy sprays for the room. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and clean! All of the staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had the opportunity to experience the breakfast on the beach and it was an amazing experience everything was simply delicious, the view, the breeze, it was just perfect! My favorite restaurants at the property were Amaya and Piragua which were a fusion Thai/Asian inspired and Latin flavors. I received a birthday surprise with a designed a birthday table at Piragua it was a super cute surprise and the birthday cake was magnificent! Thank you, Alejandro, for making that evening extra special! Everyday after yoga we would stop in the café to chat with Alejandra, grab the freshest and deliciously ripened fruit, and the tastiest café options. Alejandra was definitely a burst of refreshing energy and we loved hearing her divine singing voice, she truly deserves her own spotlight at the show! Marlene was simply the best Pilates instructor every day after yoga we would make our way over to Pilates, she had a way of making the class fun, challenging, and rewarding! She’s a great instructor and expects nothing less from her students! I highly recommend attending her classes! We were so grateful; to be able to attend Tania’s sound bowl healing experience before we left as it was truly the most profound and deeply relaxing sound bowl healing sessions I’ve ever had! She is truly divine and very talented! I look forward to going back to Zoetry and sharing this piece of paradise with my family.

I just spent a week here with my business partner and man this place is TOP TIER!! From the awesome 8am yoga classes, 10am palette classes, lounge on the beach in the sun or hit one of the fabulous cafes for lunch. I would relax until the 5pm yoga class, shower and pick a different dining hall for some of the best food. The staff was awesome from the front desk, the cooks and staff in the dining halls, housekeeping, room service, turn down service every night... I miss it! I got the chance to work on my Spanish, dance classes, shows every night... Need to save up some PTO and I'll be back. Don't miss an awesome place to sit back, relax, and enjoy time with your friends and family.

Zoetry Agua June 14-21, 2026 🧘‍♀️🙏🤍💦☀️🌴🥥🧜‍♀️ This resort is one of the most quiet and zen resorts of all of the resorts I have visited in the past two years! The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and among the most spacious with gorgeous balconies overlooking the lush grounds. You will be assigned a concierge upon your arrival who can assist you with anything you might need. I enjoyed the food and the service at Zoetry very much! All meals are sit down style with no buffets. The breakfast and lunch restaurant, Indigo, was an open air restaurant with a lovely ocean breeze. I had breakfast here everyday after my morning yoga class. I loved the fresh fruit juice options! Leydi, the perfect hostess, greeted me everyday with her incredible smile and welcoming heart. My favorite lunch was the outdoor oven baked pizza! The chef made me a special delicious vegetarian pizza on several occasions for my lunch! I also enjoyed the lunch items from Indigo and you can actually have that served to you pool side. I made sure to indulge everyday in one or two fresh coconuts by the pool! 🥥🥥 The dinner options were also very good and we always had great service. Sometimes there would only be 2-4 other people in the restaurant in the evenings. I spent most of my afternoons lounging at the infinity pool, where there was a beautiful ocean breeze and a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean. Unfortunately, the beach was covered in sargassum, so I never went near the water. This of course was very disappointing, as I love a beautiful beach! I was grateful to have the infinity pool as a place to stay cool! 💦💦 Make sure you take some time to get to know the lovely Tania, who is the wellness director. She has many beautiful things to share. I loved experiencing her sound healing and tarot card reading sessions. Gilbert is funny and you will enjoy interacting with him! Benjamin is very kind and supportive and very fun to talk to. All of the members of the E team were so supportive and always happy to help with whatever you might need. My favorite memories of this resort are the lovely connections I made with the E team members, my favorite hostess, Leydi, and the yoga girls who attended my classes. If you’re looking for total peace and relaxation, this resort is for you!

I went to Zoetry Punta Cana with my wife and 2 children (18 and 16 years old) for a family vacation. This was our 4th year going to this resort and it never disappoints. Beautiful location, food is very good, facilities (rooms, pools, gym and hot tub/spa) and in very good shape. The staff is incredibly kind, responsible and extremely helpful with special thanks to Alejandro (concierge), Miguel (pool and lobby bar), Luisito (pizza at pool), Junior (towels), Kelvin and Monica (beach and coconut water) and Maritza (coffee shop). Every year we talk of going to a new place, but kids and family love this place so we keep repeating. I'd highly recommend Zoetry Punta Cana.

We have just returned from an incredible 10-night family holiday at Zoëtry Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of genuine warmth and hospitality made our stay feel really special. The food was simply exceptional. We've stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts over the years, but the quality, variety and presentation of the food here was on another level. Every meal felt like dining in a high-end restaurant, and we never had a disappointing dish. The atmosphere throughout the resort was exactly what we were looking for – peaceful, luxurious and incredibly relaxing. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are lovely, and there is a real sense of tranquillity everywhere you go. It was the perfect place to unwind while still having plenty to do as a family. The only two things worth mentioning aren't really faults of the resort itself. Firstly, the mosquitoes were relentless, so I'd strongly recommend packing plenty of high-quality insect repellent – you'll definitely be glad you did! Secondly, there was quite a lot of seaweed on the beach, but that's to be expected in Punta Cana at this time of year. The resort worked incredibly hard to keep on top of it, with staff out every morning using tractors and rakes to clear as much as possible, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had the most wonderful holiday and made some amazing family memories. If you're looking for exceptional service, outstanding food, a beautiful setting and a truly relaxing escape, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zoëtry Punta Cana. We left feeling refreshed, looked after and already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Zoëtry for making our stay so memorable!

Our stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious, but what truly makes it exceptional is the incredible team of people who work there. A heartfelt thank you to Eliezer at reception, who greeted us with a warm smile and made our arrival smooth and effortless. Alejandro, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, always offering assistance with genuine kindness and professionalism. Our days at the beach were made even more enjoyable thanks to Wilca and Kelvin, who provided outstanding beach service with constant smiles, attentiveness, and exceptional care. We'd also like to recognize Tito Méndez, the beach salesman, who was always friendly, respectful, and welcoming. His warm personality made every interaction a pleasure. At the restaurants and coffee corner, the service continued to exceed our expectations. Rosy at the Coffee Corner brightened every afternoon with her cheerful smile and delicious coffee. Mathjauri and Nicole delivered exceptional service during our meals, always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you as well to Yani, the hostess, whose warm welcome and kindness made every dining experience feel special. Every one of these team members went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and sincere dedication to guest satisfaction made this one of the best resort experiences we've ever had. We have visited Zoetry Aqua Punta Cana more than five times. Each time our stay is absolutely fantastic! The intimacy of this small resort keeps us coming back. If you are looking to be pampered, relax, enjoy amazing food and drinks with low keyed evening entertainment, this is your place. We stay in the ocean front suite with private pool. The room are perfect, nicely appointed with beverages restocked daily. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room clean! For this recent trip we brought our 84 yr old parents and let me tell you they can not stop talking about this resort! They were amazed by the location and the beauty of this place and of course the amazing staff! One of the main reasons we keep returning to ZAPC is because of the staff and the relationships we have developed together. From the moment we arrive we are welcomed like family! Our butler Luis is the best! He knows exactly what we like we love sharing stories about our families together. He never disappoints us and goes above and beyond every time! Wilca is one of the hardest working ladies at the resort and she does this every day with a beautiful smile on her face even in the heat on the beach she is on top of it providing us with excellent service and helped celebrate my husband birthday with a special cake and decorations. We love her! Lisbeth is one of the best! She takes such great care of us at dinner. She truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. Anything that we asked for she was able to provide for us. She is beautiful inside and out! Leidy is the hostess at Indigo restaurant who greets us every morning with a warm welcome a big hug and gets us started for our day with coffee and mimosas! She is so sweet and always smiles. She welcomed our parents each morning like they were her own! We were at ZAPC over the 250th Anniversary celebration for USA and the staff put on an amazing BBQ on the beach with decorations and live music. Gilbert the activities coordinator invited my husband to have the honor of raising the American flag during the National anthem we were truly honored by this! Gilbert is always doing his best getting everyone involved in the festivities and he is very funny! The wine tasting we all took part in was lead by Frank Alexis this man was top notch! He not only told us about the wine but also gave us an amazing history lesson on the Dominican people! We wondered when he slept because we saw him everywhere at all hours of the day just working as hard as he can and what an amazing personality! Every staff members there is truly exceptional. Yarisbel from Olena with her sweet smile is always so nice and Yeilin from Amaya welcomes us with open arms! There is a lot of chatter about the seaweed but it is unavoidable anywhere right now. The resort does an excellent job at picking up the seaweed and removing it from the beach, but it’s a never-ending battle. We didn’t let that run our trip we stop enjoyed the beach and spent lots of time at the pool! It really is a tropical paradise. Till we return again next year!! Love this place!

We stayed here in mid June and wow this place is paradise. Check in was easy offered a welcome drink and had to choose a fragrance for our room, we meet JJ our concierge for our visit who took us to our suite. The suites are huge and very comfortable and spotless. The food was amazing very fresh and healthy lots of choice on the menus, i see a lot of people coment the menu's are limited but we never found that to be the case at all. The staff here are all fantastic everyone from maintenance staff, gardener's, cleaner's are just so friendly and happy everyone is a credit to the hotel, I miss breakfast with the lovely hostess Lady teaching us spanish every morning, Alejandra and Wilca at the pool bar/beach are just the best. The beach did have a lot of seaweed a tractor did come along all the time to grind it up, the seaweed didn't put us off going in the sea at all, the beach is very clean and the vendors that come up and down were very friendly and didn't hassle you at all. We were here to chill out and it was the perfect place to do this, while here we took advantage of the horse riding on the beach and had a massage which was heavenly. We also went to moneyland which was totally worth the visit. I'd just like to thank all the staff for making this holiday so amazing we had the best time and will definitely be back in 2028, i keep looking for the dates to come out on Tui so i can book it.

Wow! This was such a stunning zen resort. Gorgeous, spacious room. The staff are incredible, shout outs to Gilbert and Tania, who work non stop yet remain calm and efficient at all times. This is not an 'in your face' resort. Most of the time we barely saw any other guests, do not be expect to be entertained constantly although there are activities on offer if you want them. No loud voices, spotlessly clean, beautiful views and surroundings to walk around. Try the yoga! the spa and definitely the freshly made pizzas poolside!

This place is unique in Punta Cana. It is small-scale, and the staff is very attentive. The food is very good, and there is never a wait at any restaurant. The staff could not be better, and all of the accommodations are top-notch. This is our 3rd time staying at Zoetry Agua. It is a tranquil place, where you truly can relax. All of the buildings have professionally thatched roofs - which add to the experience but also absorb noise (no echoes in the lobby from granite or marble surfaces). The resort is never crowded (even when at full capacity), and many times you feel like you are the only guest. I have stayed and many places in Punta Cana, and recognize this place as a cut-above.

This is an amazing smaller almost boutique style All Inclusive. We came here for our honeymoon and instantly fell in love with all intimate the property felt. We estimated that there were probably around 50 guests staying on property and ran into a lot of couples multiple times throughout the stay. Although this is a family friendly resort I definitely there are better properties for large families or group. This hotel features 2 main pools, one with a swim up bar and close proximity to the lunch buffet. We spent most days going to breakfast at indigo hanging out by the main pool, enjoying aqua gym and lunch then spending the afternoon at the cultural activity, tea time and the lobby bar for a cocktail experience. The resort features 3 restaurants that each rotate being opening and having two menus. We really enjoyed their Caribbean restaurant. This hotel is extremely quiet and doesn’t really have a night life which we enjoyed. As a guest you get a 25 minute complimentary massage. 45 minute horseback riding on the beach and access to Hydrotherapy in the massage for the duration of your stay. We had a basic romantic garden view room and it was perfect on the bottom floor. Will definitely be back.

This is an amazing property with outstanding staff! It’s definitely geared for relaxing and slowing down, being a bit out of the way, not much to do but the beautiful surroundings and friendly and helpful staff make it a winner for a true don’t want to do anything vacation. The staff truly wants to make every guest feel special, and they go out of their way for your comfort and happiness. Will be back!!

Phenomenal! The whole experience at Zoetry Agua was phenomenal! From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Shout out to Benny who took care of us when we arrived and introduced us to a selection of oils so we could have in our rooms. He also made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. We were privileged to have the best concierge, Ms. Amada. She made sure we were up to date on what was taking place on the grounds every day. She was very personable and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. She was very instrumental in helping me celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. When I needed a gift bag to put my wife’s gift in, Ms. Amada got a bag and put it in a place where I could pick it up and have it ready to display on my wife’s birthday. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Most people would celebrate in one of the restaurants, and the staff would sing to them, Happy Birthday. Ms. Amada had a special place on the beach for us to arrive, and the staff sang Happy Birthday to my wife. My wife was very excited by the special private treatment on the beach with her own birthday cake. We also celebrated our 26th anniversary and Ms. Amada made sure our names would be remembered for a long time on the island by writing a message and our names on a piece of wood that was nailed in a specific area with other couples' pieces of wood. We appreciated Ms. Amada for making us feel extra special for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. 10 out 5 stars for Ms. Amada So excited to talk about Mrs. Alejandra who we first met on the beach as she took our drink orders. Her infectious personality drew us to know more about her. So, when we saw her in the coffee shop, we got a chance to know more about her and the Dominican culture. Mrs. Alejandra also helped me fine tune the little Spanish I knew and she taught me new words and the right way to deliver my words in a conversation. We spoke extensively on google translator. We had a great time getting to know her and her family at home. I’m looking forward to picking up where we left off when we go back. Mrs. Alejandra’s service, 10 out of 5 stars Ms. Melissa is another person who helped me with my Spanish while in the coffee shop and on the beach, just like Mrs. Alejandra. Ms. Melissa was very helpful, cordial, and determined we had what we needed. She remembered my wife and I’s name every time we passed by her and we celebrated like a bunch of kids when we all remembered each other’s name. So glad to meet her and I look forward to seeing her again when we return. 10 out of 5 stars for Ms. Melissa Grateful to the restaurant staff who made us laugh and made sure we had a great experience, especially on our anniversary. Shout out to Ms.Yohanna who would not let me speak English when ordering my food. She challenged and encouraged me to learn the language and speak it to the best of my ability. She definitely made us feel at home. The same goes to Ms. Livianny. A beautiful soul that always covered her name tag to make sure I remembered her name. Her million-dollar smile made my wife and I feel rich. I also want to say the same for Ms. Maria who also served us and made sure I articulated my words in Spanish correctly. These ladies were definitely 10 out of 5 stars in their service. Thankful to the silent staff who decorated our bed with the cana leaves and rose petals and made amazing art with the towels. 10 out of 5 stars for all the hard work they did, especially for our anniversary. Thankful to know Gilbert and Tania in entertainment, towards the end of our stay, as they educated us on the activity on the grounds and made sure we had a great time. We did not participate in the daily activity because we were enjoying much needed rest. However, we wish we would have participated in the scheduled events because the one we did participate in was amazing. Tania did an excellent job with the dream catching activity and Gilbert did an amazing job with the circus show on our last night. Gilbert also took many pictures of me and the wife as well as some of the other guests and sent it to us, which he did not have to do. Tania and Gilbert are amazing humans, and I look forward to seeing them when we return. The chef Mr. Octavio made time to talk to my wife and I, for about 20 plus minutes, while we were going to the beach and he shared with us the excitement of his vision he has for the resort. He shared how he reconstructed the menu and upgraded the philosophy of the guest food experience. We commended him on his great work and made sure we gave him his flowers on how great the food is and how awesome his team is. Mr. Octavio took the time to take pictures of my wife and I, because that is what we were doing before we met him, and he greeted us when we crossed paths during our stay. 10 out of 5 stars for the chef. The ladies at the spa were also amazing, and the massage therapists were great as well. My wife and I do not like massages, but these ladies made us feel like we have been missing out. Looking forward to getting another massage when we return. The grounds were beautiful; the plants, soft music, cleanliness, and beautiful sounds of the bird's continuous conversation were captivating and hypnotic. I look forward to returning as soon as we can and pick up where we left off. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is searching for a place that will treat them like they are at home.
