St. Lucia stands out as a Caribbean jewel with its breathtaking landscapes that blend dramatic volcanic peaks with gently cascading, mineral-rich waterfalls. It invites awe and wonder, making it a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable honeymoon retreat.
Recognizing the unmatched beauty of St. Lucia, Sandals Resorts has chosen this enchanting island as the home for three of its most exquisite properties. This guide will provide an overview of everything you need to know before booking your dream honeymoon at one of the three St. Lucia Sandals Resorts.
What are the 3 St. Lucia Sandals Resorts?
St. Lucia plays host to not one, but three unique Sandals Resorts. Each offers its own slice of paradise amid the island’s most picturesque landscapes. The resorts include:
- Sandals Regency La Toc: An opulent escape with unparalleled views.
- Sandals Grande St. Lucia: An epitome of luxury nestled on a stunning peninsula.
- Sandals Halcyon Beach: The quintessence of beachfront relaxation and classic Caribbean architecture.
These resorts are strategically located in the northwestern region of St. Lucia. This area is famous for its natural beauty and seemingly endless activities. The region is near the historic Pigeon Island National Park, the breathtaking Mount Fortune, and the bustling Castries Market.
This prime location combines secluded beaches with the adventure of water-based activities, including exceptional snorkeling and diving opportunities. From vibrant cultural events to the quiet beauty of nature, it’s the premiere destination for those looking to experience the best that St. Lucia has to offer.

Plus, most suites here have a swim-up pool. You’ll either step out of your room into green gardens or soothing water.
Guest Rooms
Unless you choose a standard room, you will have a tranquility tub on your terrace, a private pool, or a swim-up pool. However, even the standard rooms have a pool within view of your window. The honeymoon suites are some of the most private, with your own private pool and walls surrounding your area with thick gardens covering your terrace.

When to go to St. Lucia Sandals Resorts
April to June are the best times to visit St. Lucia Sandals resorts. The weather won’t be too hot yet, and you haven’t quite hit the rainy season yet, which is from June to November.
It is also right at the end of the tourist season, spanning from December to April. That way, you won’t have to worry about too much of a crowd and can have your fair pick of accommodations.
Which St. Lucia Sandals Resort is Right for You?
Overall, the Sandals Grande St. Lucian is the best pick. It is their largest resort in St. Lucia and has everything you need on-site. They are in a great location on their own peninsula in one of the prettiest bays of St. Lucia. I am also a sucker for overwater bungalows, so I would have to go with this one.
If you are looking for more seclusion and want a super luxurious experience, Sandals Regency La Toc may be for you. Plus, this resort is closer to some of the most incredible things to see in St. Lucia, like The Pitons. However, the accommodations and amenities will have you so sucked in that you may not want to leave.
Sandals Halcyon Beach is best if you love pools and a tropical garden over the ocean. You will still have a beach and all the water activities your heart desires, but the pools and gardens stand out here. This resort also has the best spa out of all the resorts. This is definitely the resort for those looking for some relaxation and tranquility.
