The Tower by Temptation Cancun Resort

We had a fantastic time , the Tower butler service with Azul and Ivan made our stay hassle free and relaxing. They provided daily updates and were instrumental in accommodating our dinner bookings. Great weather and all staff are friendly and accommodating The foam pool party is not to be missed !

This was our 10th time going. They just started serving sushi during the day at the pool... Great food and great party. We never left the resort. We also had two butlers assigned to us that was really helpful for making dinner reservations and getting our seats at the pool....

Our butler Miguel was great! The facility and staff were top notch. We enjoyed the restaurants, especially SHE. The sexy pool was lots of fun, with music and games. The swim up bar was also terrific. Miguel made sure everything went off smoothly.

His attention to detail and kindness made our stay amazing! Jones in Sutra always goes above and beyond to make us feel like family. He makes each visit a special experience. Also, a big thank you to Angel at Sea Flirt for always providing a wonderful breakfast experience, Mike and Lily at the pool for being so accommodating and Wendy in the coffee shop for being so sweet. It’s nice feeling at home in a foreign country.

Amazing experience always! The playmakers (jj, chocolate, cowboy, pretty boy, Ara, Sabrina, Diego, lady beta, maluma, baby mango, amazona, Andrea, Sam, Dayner,sam, Caliente, Antonio, victor ) and staff go above and beyond in everything they do.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this all inclusive, adults only resort. If you're into alternative lifestyles (or lifestyle adjacent) it's definitely work every penny. Our stay even included a personal butler (Ivan). We'll definitely be back!

We just completed our 3rd trip to TCR and was my birthday trip from my wife. Our butlers, Ivan and Miguel are absolutely the best. The took notes about our needs and requests before we even arrived. Any time we had a request, they were on it and never let us down. These two men are so amazing and friendly. We had such an amazing experience this time with hassle free reservations for dinner to turn down services at night. We had the same housekeeper the entire time who was so sweet, she even left kissing swan towels on our bed for our last night there. Our pool butler put towels on lounges for us with our provided clips every morning. They were always in the same lounges under the VIP section next to the VIP bar by the pool. If there was any thing we needed when Ivan or Miguel were gone, we knew Ginny in Premier one would help us any way she could, or direct us to who could help. The staff at TCR really do feel like family to us. We get to know them and they remember us each time we arrive. If a rating above 5 star exists, they deserve it in abundance.

We normally buy a few bottles per trip. It was my wife’s birthday and Sinue gave me suggestions based on her taste. So I ended up buying a few bottles of expensive wine. Sinue was point on. The wine was $$ but worth it! Thank you. William (Romanza) David poolside great guy hard worker Juan dinner service (Sutra) The food and drinks were on point. The staff never lets down. They seem to really care about every guest. The only flaw in the trip was seeing Aldo working the buffet for lunch and dinner. We come to Temptation based on the service. Aldo normally works at Romanza, he assisted us with wine purchases. Providing us with great insight on how a bottle will match up with dinner. He is a 5 star waiter, seeing him at the buffet is a waste of talent. We made it to the buffet, not to eat but to say hi to him. He represents Temptation in a positive manner. Even working the buffet he was a delight to be around. Always positive, smiling, well dressed and a pleasure to be around. I really hope our next visit in July he will be back at one of the main restaurants. Sinue, Ivan and Aldo honestly make our trip so special. These guys are keepers. Please move Aldo back to a restaurant, my wife is unable to eat at the buffet, diet based. Thank you

Azul and Ivan did an amazing job taking care of us. The food was great. The shows were good. We had a wonderful time. The entire staff was amazing. I would highly recommend this resort to other people looking to visit Cancun. Beautiful place to visit

We love Temptation. Experience was amazing. Love Caliente, the Playmaker Was amazing. All the dancers and wait staff was amazing. We will definitely be back. The food was amazing and Felipe was outstanding. Check in was a little slower than expected

Personal shout out to some of our favorites! Pretty boy, cowboy, Ara, Sabrina, Diego, lady B, Melina, caliente, Waldo, Sam, Andrea, Baby Mango. Some I may have missed. They truly make our stays memorable. We love everything about this place though
