TRS Coral Hotel

We had a really good stay at TRS Coral Hotel. The location is unreal — the beach is beautiful and easily one of the best parts of the resort. Big shoutout to Alberto by the pool — he absolutely made our trip. Always on top of everything, super friendly, and the food and drinks he brought were consistently “nutritious and delicious.” He turned our pool days into highlights. Also have to mention Big Papi Chulo — another great server who brought awesome energy and service. A couple things could be better. The pool and beach activities felt pretty disorganized — no one really getting people involved or organizing games, which made the vibe feel a bit flat at times. Food at the restaurants was decent but nothing special — kind of what you expect in the Cancun area. Also would’ve loved a coffee spot on the adults-only side instead of having to go over to the family section. Overall, great trip thanks to the beach and service. With better organization and a bump in food quality, this place could easily be next level.

Bryan, Tarek, and Sofia were absolutely wonderful and truly elevated our stay. They helped us secure dinner reservations with ease, sent daily updates about activities at the hotel, and always made sure we didn’t miss our plans with helpful reminders. They went above and beyond by planning a beautiful surprise for my mother-in-law’s birthday, including a delicious cake, and also created a stunning anniversary setup in our room that made our celebration feel extra special. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even assisted with sending our clothes out for laundry, which made everything feel effortless and stress-free. Their level of care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciated everything they did and would happily return knowing we’d be in such great hands again.

Elena at Palladium Travel Club at Costa Mujeres is absolutely incredible and irreplaceable! She is the most professional, dedicated, and most pleasant concierge I have ever experienced! She goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and cared for, even sacrificing her personal time to make things perfect. In all my world travels I have never met anyone better or anyone that even comes close!

Three couples three jr suites. Definitely not smooth sailing. First room I was shown viewed side of a building not a garden. Told nothing available unless I paid an upgrade. Mexico tactic and had no choice really but negotiated it out. Second couple had plumbing issue and had to move rooms. Spent all of one day in transfer with bags until almost 5pm and promised new room and luggage for hours and hours. Then on last day… scorpion is bathroom on floor. Promptly removed by resort and it is tropics but sad. Bad luck or just attentive? Not sure but rooms are huge and very nice. Plenty of room for unwanted visitors I guess, haha Best Ai pool setup we have experienced and best food overall of any Mexico all inclusive so that’s it. Service? They don’t do anything more than they need to as is on par for ai resorts in our experience

We had a great trip! Food and drinks were great and the service was also above expectations. Carlos and Jesus were on top of everything at the PTC pool and Ivan and Edwin made great drinks behind the bar . Agustin and the other poolside waiters did a great job. Efren gave us many quality rides on the golf cart and even gave a great tour. The staff at the nest is also incredible Megul and Armondo always make you feel special. The only downside are some of the weddings and wedding parties.

We just spent seven days at the TRS Coral Hotel, and it was truly amazing. The beach and sand are beautiful, and we never had trouble finding available chairs and umbrellas throughout the day. While the immense pool can get a bit crowded near the bar, the overall atmosphere remains very relaxed. The property is stunning and well-maintained, and the dining is excellent—especially breakfast at Capricho (the fresh fruit crepes are a must!) and lunch at Helios (try the fish tacos!). A special thank you to our butlers, Yessica and Adrian, for taking such great care of us and resolving any issues quickly. They made our stay truly unforgettable.
