TRS Coral Hotel

I cannot understand any negative reviews for this hotel. Firstly the staff are exemplary they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The butler service is really good they are extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants La Boheme is Michelin star quality also Gaucho and Tentazione are pretty good too. Breakfast at Caprichio and lunch at Helios I would highly recommend. Waiter service around the pool and they even serve you down on the beach. Mango Tango cocktail from the lady at the beach bar is a must. The rooms are beautiful we had a junior suite with ocean view. Trips are quite expensive but Tulum, cenotes and snorkel with turtles is a great experience. We got the boat over from the beach to Isla Mujeres which is well worth a visit and a snorkel stop on the way back. All in all a fantastic hotel with great attention to detail.

This was our second stay at TRS Coral. Highlights were the Spa, both the experience and the staff were top notch and worth it. Favorite restaurant is El Gaucho, our waiter went out of his way to make it special for our anniversary and food was great. Thoroughly enjoyed Chic Cabaret as a great night out. Some of the food at the other restaurant were average but understandable as it's a buffet at times. Great experience with the butlers as they did a great job communicating and moving around reservations last minute.

TRS Coral was a great experience. The amenities are nice but the staff really made this place stand out. We attended Chef Soto's ceviche class with Leo as the activity director and it was a riot. The rest of our stay Chef Soto was so attentive when seeing not only us but others he recognized it was a great touch. Oscar at Gaucho was the absolute best during our private dinner. I will one hundred percent be back thanks to Chef Soto and our butler Sofia who really made us feel special during our trip.

Beautiful resort. Really enjoyed our time here. We stayed first week of May 2026 and would recommend. The grounds are lovely and feel like a proper tropical paradise. Food was good, drinks at pool could be better but the bars were nice. Room was lovely and the balcony was huge. We were on the 1st floor in a junior suite, always kept clean by housekeeping. We used the butler to book reservations on the 1st day for the whole week. No issues. The Indian and the Japanese at the Grand Palladium side were really great. Thoroughly enjoyed. Ironically the Mexican was our least favourite, but still no complaints. Buffets were great. Golf buggies and boats if you needed them to get around but we mostly walked. We made a good effort to get round all the bars, food places.

My sister and I had a wonderful and very restful stay at TRS Coral. After a very hectic time in our lives, this was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed. The grounds were beautiful, the restaurants were excellent, especially El Gaucho, the Argentinian steakhouse, and all of the staff, from the grounds crew to the waiters and waitresses, were warm and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, very quiet, and well maintained, with the mini-fridge stocked daily. Housekeeping did a great job, and the resort overall felt very clean and peaceful. This area, just north of Cancun, is lovely, with a nice walkable beach and calm atmosphere. There was quite a bit of seaweed along the shore, but I think that is typical for this time of year. The highlight of our trip was definitely our butlers, Jimmy and Ben. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and helped make our stay so enjoyable. As much as we loved the resort itself, they were a huge part of what made the trip special for us. The only downside was the upselling at check-in. We were encouraged to upgrade our room (which we declined) and were later invited to attend a “short” breakfast presentation through the Travel Club in exchange for spa savings. After hearing from another guest that it was much longer than presented, we decided to cancel. Other than that, we had an absolutely wonderful experience and came home feeling rested and recharged.

Leaving TRS coral after a 2 night stay. Beautiful resort and grounds. We loved the adult only vibe of this hotel. We had a great check in experience with Priscilla and room was upgraded due to my diamond status with Wyndham to a swim up room. It was spectacular. Probably the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The swim up pool connected to room was a prefect place to enjoy room service breakfast and have a morning dip and start the day right. And a great place to cool down at night long after the main pool closed. We had great service at the main pool from Brayan. He remembered us and our drink order. We purposely sat in his area both days because the service was spectacular. The food was not amazing but that's to be expected at all Inclusives. What was most frustrating was the reservation system ot lack there of. The butler service wasn't very helpful and the website would say places were open and you'd show up and they were actually closed. Our favorite meal was at portofino on the grand palladium side. If looking for a truly relaxing adult getaway TRS Coral is the spot
