The amazing staff specially Oliver and Orlando at The Royal Sands Resorts is outstanding service. Very friendly and helpful this two gentlemen. I definitely highly recommended this Resorts due to their delicious food and services. The pool is great as well.

Daniel was great! Very responsive to requests, checked in to make sure all was going well. For example, the bed was firmer than we like. He got a bed topper for us and it was great! As a first ‘all inclusive’ experience we could t have asked for me.
