From Maria Marie to Asiana and Vista, the food was top-notch, and so was the service. Leo in Maria, Marie was a standout server. The activities team had a wide range of games during the day and awesome entertainment at night. The Tenor Trilogy was hands down The best act I've ever seen at an all inclusive or on a cruise ship. Michele, Alina, Johnny, Andrea, Alex and Ganoda were all great! For fitness enthusiasts...wow is all i can say. So many classes offered my trained, talented instructors in a gym that rivals a private club in the states, all included. Yoga and mat pilates by Fitness Vacation Exchange plus reformer class, core, abs, aqua cycle and jump fitness. Thanks to Jose and Diana! Also loved that there was a guest nutritionist providing activities and expertise during our stay, thanks Danielle from NTE for the dun games, smoothies and prizes!

The smoothie’s in the morning were great I really enjoyed the RD Jasmine Fromm. Yoga was very nice Rooms are amazing. Especially the oversized bath/ hot tub And the food did not disappoint It’s a smaller resort. But that’s what I loved about it

This is our 12th year at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. We love coming back and experiencing the hotel, the pool and the amazing clear waters of the Caribbean Ocean. It would not be the same without Luis Alvarado at the Concierge/Front Desk, he so professionally helped us in every way...

This is our 12th year at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. We love coming back and experiencing the hotel, the pool and the amazing clear waters of the Caribbean Ocean. It would not be the same without Luis Alvarado at the Concierge/Front Desk, he so professionally helped us in every way to make our stay outstanding. Ivan at the Pool was wonderful as usual and took care of our needs each day. The Pool Bar Staff, Main Bar staff and all the Restaurant Staff made our stay really special. The nightly entertainment ended our nights with a bang! Can't wait to come back and enjoy next year! Chuck & Ryan

We had a wonderful trip and we were very well taken care of by the staff! The concierge team was absolutely on point. Our room was amazing (presidential suite upgrade) highly recommended. Beach cabana was amazing as well. Best part is it’s an hour and a half flight from Tampa!

Hyatt Zilara was an unforgettable experience. The service that we received during our time was nothing short of incredible. Our server Emmanuel at Marie Marie, Mateo at chefs plate, Carlos the photographer, Emmanuel at the spa, Ruben our server at punta vista, Julian at spice buffet, Arturo at the front desk, and the entertainment team, specifically the volleyball participants, and all of the other staff, blowed us away. Along with receiving the best service that we have ever received, the actual resort was beautiful. It is evident how much the resort staff love their job through the maintenance of the area. The room was stunning and comfortable. Room service was always correct and quick. There was a wide variety of dining options and each one was great. There is not one negative thing we can say about our stay at the Hyatt Zilara!

Fantastic!!! Cancun is back to being safe and fun again! No soldiers were required. The property was amaculate. The food was excellent and the entire staff was incredible! The Lifeguard was extremely diligent and made sure that all the swimmers were safe. Also, the beach bartender did a great job of making fantastic tropical drinks! We look forward to our next stay.

We stayed at Hyatt Zilara Cancún from 3/2-3/8 and loved everything about it. Pros: The location, the size, the staff, the beach, the food, our room, our balcony, the entertainment, the housekeeping, etc. We had a great time at the foam party and doing pool activities like water aerobics and music trivia. I want to give a specific shout out to sweet and petite Ligia who helped us reserve cabanas and a table at the White party, Victor and Abimael (Abi), who worked tirelessly on their feet all day in the heat to serve drinks and take food orders, Sarah, our housekeeper who cleaned our room every day and did the turndown service each night, and Anthony, who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Arturo served us a wonderful breakfast at Punta Vista restaurant with enthusiasm and had a great sense of humor. The White party was impressive. The food was excellent and the acrobatic show was amazing! We loved how the staff were recognized at the end on stage and with a champagne toast. It seems like it’s a very family atmosphere for the employees which is probably why they all seemed so happy. There are so many others but I can’t remember all their names. We had wonderful meals at Asiana (teppanyaki), Maria Marie and many at Punta Vista. The coconut ice cream and the frozen mochas in the cafe were so good. Cons: The only hiccups we experienced (because no place is perfect), is the elevator went out a few times and I don’t mind stairs but we were on the 7th floor. There needs to be more restroom stalls in the sports bar (only one for each gender), but that may be part of the renovation. I bought my husband a tshirt in the Boardwalk gift shop, and he tried it on and said it was too tight so I asked to exchange it the next day, and was told “no exchanges.” I thought that was a little ridiculous since it still had the tag and it was obvious I bought it there. So now I’m stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit him. I guess we’ll give it away, but for the price it would have been nice to be able to exchange for one that fits. So…if you buy something there make sure you really want it! Overall we loved Zilara and would definitely return. As a matter of fact i we would like to come back again and see how it looks after the renovations.

The beach and ocean at this resort are absolutely gorgeous. The resort is very luxurious and the staff was very friendly. The food was incredible. Really enjoyed Maria Marie restaurant with our favorite waiter Leo. The white night was special. Also their gym was on par with upscale membership gyms....

Really enjoyed Maria Marie restaurant with our favorite waiter Leo. The white night was special. Also their gym was on par with upscale membership gyms. The instructors Diana and Jose were great. Especially loved the yoga with Melissa. Can't wait to come back.

This hotel is amazing, from arrival to departure. All amenities were great, the staff however are on another level. Our favourite restaurant was Punta Vista!! We were honestly there every day. The hostess Monica who is so sweet attentive and professional was absolute amazing, she introduced us to Chef Gerardo who made us a special dinner on our last night. He created each individual course and brought it to our table!!! To say it was spectacular would be an understatement. I am hoping that all the staff will still be there after the renovation. Our stand outs for sure were Monica and Chef Gerardo they both went above and beyond!!! Our Cancun search is over the Hyatt Zilara Cancun is our new home away from home!!! Hoping to see you all next year

Amazing!! Beautiful beach & resort with fantastic food and staff! This is my second time at Hyatt Zilara once you go, you will want to go back. Thank you to FVE I had a fantastic opportunity teaching stretch and HIIT classes. Pepe and Diana are so wonderful and knowledgeable. They really made me feel welcomed. So many wonderful staff members Manuel and Angel are the best bar tenders. Louis, Sebastian and many staff really make sure you have everything you need. I will miss the coffee staff who remembered what I liked every morning. (Can’t remember their names.) This is a high end resort with the top of the line alcohol and food. You won’t be disappointed. Beds and pillow are super comfortable as well. I love the option to rent a cabana for the week so you don’t have to worry. Lots of chairs so you don’t have to get up early either. They are starting a major room Reno I will be excited to see the change.

Just back from annual winter break at Hyatt Zilara fabulous as always. Service and staff were absolutely fantastic. Special shout outs to Rossy in the spice buffet who took care of us with a bright smile every morning and Ivan the pool concierge. Entire staff at Marie Marie who were awesome as always! Treated like familia from arrival to departure hard to believe that at such a large and busy resort so many of the staff immediately recognize us. Always sad to leave. Looking forward to seeing the remodel next year!

I just wanted to say that in all my years travelling the world and staying at hotels, I have never come across such amazing service from all of the staff that we have received in our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, Cancun #HZLC. I’d particularly like to call out Oscar, who has been an amazing concierge, Ivan, David and Sebastian at the beach who have also been fantastic, but all the staff are just as brilliant. Congratulations!
