I ate at Chanti my first night there. I was unable to make a reservation that morning but they were able to give me a seat outside the restaurant and still serve me. Elias and Moses were my servers and they were wonderful. They were very charming and funny and offered assistance anytime that I needed it. I highly recommend eating here and requesting them to help you. Will definitely come back before my stay is over.

Iyalyi and Jennifer from our Cabana dinner experience were so pleasant. Iyalyi was honestly the nicest person ever and took care of us like we were royalty. She was so personable and conversed with us so sweetly. We would come back just for her. Thank you for a great night.

Genuine hibachi experience, very friendly, and overall great atmosphere. Vitalino was our chef and he was excellent. I would also say that for cleanliness, the restaurant was a 10/10. No greasy kitchen hood or dirty cutlery, everything was spotless. Other servers were also very good.

Very enjoyable! One of a kind. Nicasio and Miguel were wonderful, and even brought a special desert for my wife. Maria was a great host. Part of the way through the meal we were entertained with dancers and a pianist. The mood and ambiance was perfect.

We had our wedding at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was truly beyond amazing! We hosted a small wedding with around 20 guests, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The location is absolutely stunning — right in front of the beach with breathtaking ocean views, making it the perfect setting for a romantic and unforgettable wedding. What made the experience even more special was that we had family and friends join us, including our parents and relatives, and everyone was so impressed with the hotel and the overall experience. The hotel is perfect not only for couples but also for families. Our parents and relatives were so comfortable and happy with their stay — the rooms were spacious and luxurious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was top-notch. Even our friends who are usually hard to please had nothing but positive things to say! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was impeccable — every staff member was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was also incredible! With so many restaurants to choose from, we were able to enjoy a variety of cuisines, and every meal was delicious. Since we were having our wedding there, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The upgraded room was gorgeous, with a beautiful ocean view, and made our stay even more special. We were lucky to work with Brenda as our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, she handled everything with professionalism and care. She was always responsive, incredibly organized, and made sure that even the smallest details were taken care of. Thanks to her, the wedding day went off without a hitch, and we were able to relax and enjoy the moment with our loved ones. The beach itself is stunning — soft white sand and crystal-clear water. It was the perfect backdrop for our wedding and made for some truly incredible photos. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the location was. If you’re thinking about having a destination wedding or even just a family trip, I highly recommend Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. It’s perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends — truly a place where everyone can have an amazing time. We’re so grateful for the incredible memories we made there and can’t wait to visit again!

Ricardo was the best Japanese hibachi chef! He made the dinner experience so fun and the food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lively and hot! We loved the other families around the grill and had so much fun…definitely coming again!!!

The food was fabulous from appetizer to salad to perfectly grilled steak. The Tango show is a CAN NOT MISS!!!! Alex, Elano, Caro were amazing hosts for our beachside dinner. The food was phenomenal. The service was top tier. It was a great representation of how amazing this resort is. We have been treated with the upmost care in every way. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Grand Fiesta Americana! We had no expectations going into this trip and we were blown away! First, the food truly was fresh and delicious. We have been disappointed in the past with food at all inclusive resorts. However, that was not the case here. From our fresh omelettes at the buffet (Gracias Wendy!), to the pork tacos being cooked by the pool, to the different restaurants at dinner, we never had a bad meal. Second, although the beach can get a little crowded, the sand is super soft and there is very little seaweed. We were able to swim in the water every single day as there were very few to no waves. Ricardo, the pool concierge, was always available to us for all of our beach and pool needs. He came to check on us everyday, which we really appreciated. Plus, the beach service made it so that we never had to leave to get drinks or food. In regards to the rooms, our room was very clean and we really appreciated the turn down service every night. It could definitely get stuffy and humid in the room, but unless there are dehumidifiers in the rooms, that is unavoidable. Overall, we had an excellent trip where we were able to relax, eat good food, and enjoy nightly entertainment.

Everything was spectacular. I really enjoyed my visit. The people treated me extremely well. I never asked for help from them, and they always greeted me with a big smile. I would definitely go back. Everyone was very friendly. My stay there was a 10/10. I really liked it.

She made reservations, taking care of our transportation and greeting us when we got there. The facilities were extremely clean comfortable and the amenities were amazing. The food was exceptional and we was always met with a smile, good morning, good afternoon, or good evening. One of the biggest stars of the show was Antonio, he remembered us from the first time we visited. Antonio was at outside dining the first time and since they were under construction the second time, he was moved inside to the buffet. He is funny, witty, and took every opportunity to make our breakfast the most pleasurable meal of the day. I would highly recommend visiting. We have been to Cancun and Rivera Maya many times over the past five years and every experience was special on its own way but the hospitality at Grand Fiesta Americano was by far our best experience

I am currently here at the resort, paid for all inclusive for 4 nights and am very frustrated about the food situation. For some reason, their beach restaurants aren't open and we are only able to make reservations for the restaurants 1x per night. I suggest you pay a little extra and go to Hyatt Ziva next door - no need for reservations at restaurants and the food is amazing. I regret trying a new place that is, relatively, only a little cheaper than Ziva. Also, staff if not very attentive, even with tipping.

And guys… the tango show wasn’t just good, it was totally amazing. The dancers were way up to the standards. We are from Argentina and we are definitely coming back.

Very enjoyable dinner at the Chianti restaurant. Our server Jorge Luis and Gavino were top notch! The pasta, bruschetta, and garlic soup was excellent and really enjoyed the live music as well. I had tiramisu for dessert and my wife had the lemon creme which was the best.

They checked on us all day at the pool multiple times asking if we needed refills on drinks/food. I told my husband I felt like I had the VIP treatment! We’ve stayed at multiple resorts in Cancun and this place hands down has the best service and food. The FOOD was so authentic and delicious. The pool bathrooms were kept so clean all day long I was impressed! The room was large spacious and loved the seating area. Also, we had dinner two nights in a row at La Joya - Jesus was our server and I was so impressed by him as well. He always served us with a smile and he even remembered our drink order from the previous night. I hope this reaches corporate so these employees can be recognized for a job very well done.

If you have a chance to go to Tori restaurant do it! Vitalino was a highlight for our trip high energy and very kind. He made our dinner experience surpass our expectations. If we needed anything he made sure we got the item. Definitely would go back!

We had an awesome stay at the resort. Food, the room and the facilities are great! We recommend this hotel for a nice vacation. The hotel room was great, all renovated and the bed is very comfortable. They cleaned the room twice a day which was a plus.
