Just got back from an 8 night trip to Le Blanc Cancun, and it was fantastic! This was our first trip to Le Blanc, as we have been to 3 other Palace resorts. We wanted to try this one as we heard the service is out of this world, and that is an understatement! Easily the best Palace resort we have been to for lots of reasons, but service is number one. Everybody from the pool staff, bartenders, waiters, and cleaning staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Three different pools, two with swim up bars, and all with great views were really nice. We did a couples four hand massage, and I would highly recommend that! All five sit down restaurants were great, we did not have a bad meal. Our favorites were Bella and Terrazza. Special thanks to Raul at Terrazza, Adi from the entertainment staff, Manuel at Bella, Yessica at the pools, Kevin for Aqua Spin and Edgar and Daniel at the Lobby bar. Best of all were our butlers, Byliyoel and Rodrigo, our butlers. They both made this such a special experience as they helped us with things like updating our reservations, aromatherapy in the room, special pillows, and preparing the hot tub in our room at night. They went above and beyond! Loved everything about this resort, we hope to be back soon!

Le Blanc never disappoints! The food was amazing and the service is beyond special. The beach is perfect and the pools are kept spotless. The beds are comfortable and the showers are very good. The lobby bar is lively during happy hour with entertainment. Cannot go wrong.

I had high expectations for Le Blanc Spa Cancun, but unfortunately, this resort is extremely overhyped and not worth the outrageous price of $1,000 a night. From terrible customer service to subpar food and a lackluster view, it was a major disappointment. Customer Service: Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” light on, staff constantly knocked on my door and even entered my room without permission—once to drop off food that wasn’t even mine! Instead of a simple apology, they awkwardly took it back. On top of that, they repeatedly addressed us by the wrong name and room number. The most frustrating part? The relentless sales pitches. We were pressured non-stop to upgrade or join their membership program, even after saying “no” multiple times. It felt like they only cared about squeezing more money out of guests rather than providing a true luxury experience. Food & Drinks: As a big foodie, this was probably the most disappointing part. For a resort that claims to be high-end, the food was shockingly below average. I’ve attached an image of their so-called “A5 Wagyu” and “ribeye steak”—both of which looked and tasted terrible. Not a single restaurant impressed me, which is incredibly disappointing. Even the desserts were awful—limited variety, and what was available tasted bad. Every piece of bread I had on this trip was stale and hard as a rock. The drinks were just as underwhelming. They skimp on alcohol, using cheap brands and barely pouring anything. Despite drinking throughout the trip, we never even got tipsy. For a supposed five-star, all-inclusive resort, this was unacceptable. There are six restaurants, yet every time we tried to book an early reservation, we were told they were “fully booked”—even though the restaurants were visibly empty. The only available times were ridiculously late, making the entire dining experience frustrating. View & Atmosphere: The views are underwhelming, especially compared to other resorts. At other resorts it expands far from the left to right side, but here once you step out you only get what’s in front of you. The layout is basic—just a pool with a beach directly in front. There’s nothing unique or memorable about it. Everything feels overly marketed and misleading, making for a major letdown. Overall: Le Blanc Spa Cancun is far from the luxury experience it claims to be. Everything felt overpriced, underwhelming, and frustrating. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.

I feel compelled to write this review to warn other travelers. We booked this resort based on the glowing reviews, but I now question their authenticity—whether they are entirely truthful or primarily from members. Our experience at this resort was mixed. We traveled from Sydney, Australia, via Los Angeles to Cancun. To avoid delays, I pre-booked our airport transfer through the resort. We landed in Cancun at 3 PM, cleared customs quickly, and exited the airport without any queues. The resort’s transfer representative was easy to locate among the many taxi drivers at the arrival gate. However, we were immediately asked to sign our return transfer charge and told to wait 10–15 minutes for our van. That short wait turned into a full hour, while we watched other guests being promptly escorted to their transportation. This was a disappointing start, especially for a so-called luxury resort. After some back-and-forth, we were finally placed in a van and arrived at the resort at 5:30 PM. Check-in was pleasant, with a welcome drink provided. The staff member assisting us was quick to offer a room upgrade. While we were still checking in, another staff member introduced herself as our concierge and invited us to meet with her after check-in to plan our activities. Once check-in was completed, we were taken to the concierge desk, where we quickly realized this was more of a sales pitch than a service. The concierge tried to sell us a $500 credit in exchange for attending an "information session," which could be used at the spa or for other activities. Sensing our disinterest, she offered to reschedule the meeting, but we declined and proceeded with our activity bookings instead. Upon arrival at our room, our floor butler greeted us and explained the amenities and services available. The ability to request services via WhatsApp was a convenient feature. A special shutout to Remi and Rosa, who were both incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the pool area was a major letdown. There were not enough lounge chairs, and many were "reserved." The pool concierge seemed primarily focused on serving "diamond members," leaving regular guests with little attention. Finding a chair under an umbrella each day became a frustrating task. By the second day, we discovered that the hotel sells memberships with various tier levels, and nearly all main pool chairs were reserved for members until 10:30 AM. After that time, non-members could "claim" any unoccupied chairs, but this system felt unfair for a supposedly ultra-luxury resort. The mandatory "information session" was another unpleasant experience. We were taken to the 6th floor, where the high-pressure sales tactics began. Living in Australia and already feeling let down by our experience, we had no interest in purchasing a membership. I explained to the sales representative and manager that if our expectations had been met and we had received a different level of service, we might have considered it. However, after paying a staggering $1,100 USD per night and being treated like second-class guests, we expected far better. The sales representative admitted that members receive a more "elevated experience," but whether that’s true or just another sales pitch is anyone’s guess. We weren’t willing to find out. Additionally, throughout our stay, there were constant attempts to up sell discounted packages and future stays, which felt like an odd and pushy approach for a luxury hotel. Rather than focusing on guest satisfaction, the resort seemed primarily driven by money. If you choose to stay at this resort, be prepared for possible disappointment in the level of service you receive. I wouldn’t stay here again, and when I return to Cancun, I’ll be exploring other options. My advice to the management team: Treat all guests—members or not—with the level of service expected from a luxury resort. A satisfied guest is far more likely to become a loyal customer than one who feels neglected. While the membership model may work for some, it left us feeling like outsiders rather than valued guests.

Joe met us at the door. Cinthya made sure we had the perfect room and beautiful flowers, Cesar had all of our reservations exactly right. The pool staff is superb. Thank you Lucy, Laura, Henry, Pedro, Jesus, Maria, Jeanette, Armando, Chris, Omar, Deanna, and Josie. Thank you Victor and Jose at the beach. Rossy, our butler, made sure our room was decorated perfectly for our anniversary and was always very attentive. The bartenders at the pools and inside were fantastic. Thank to Syed, Jose, Hector and many more. Thank you Daniel for the drink of the day. The meals were fantastic. Thank you Paschal and Manny. They arranged a special anniversary song. We had the pleasure of staying at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun last May, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for something special. Transportation was easy as soon as we got into the car, unfortunately, the lady at the Palace transportation kiosk at the airport who was welcoming guests wasn’t very friendly, which was the worst “welcome” experience I‘ve ever had. Being at the resort now was a completely different story. Brendon at the front desk welcomed us and helped us start our special vacation. The staff at Le Blanc truly go above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests make you feel like a VIP. Room service by Elmy and Irving was done exceptionally to keep everything clean and well-organized. Our room was beautifully decorated with flowers and rose petals for my wife’s birthday. LeBlanc has many different rooms to choose from with the laguna and the ocean views. Elevated amenities in the rooms are resort standard here. The resort has 5 major restaurants: Bella, Lumiere, Terraza, Yama, Blanc Bella: A Taste of Italy The restaurant’s elegant decor, soft lighting, and attentive service create a delightful dining experience. The birthday dinner was absolutely 5 stars. Service and Staff: The staff at Bella made our dining experience memorable. They were: the three best servers at Belal Bryan, Ana, Lorenzo - stunning service, manager Ezzio, and chef Irvin, Bella was our favorite restaurant at Le Blanc, it delivered where it matters most: on the plate. Service was spotless. Lumière: French Classics The food and presentation were phenomenal. Chef Justina, who was in charge there, did what she does best …attention to detail with a rainbow of flavors with every dish. Service and Staff: Carlos and Luis did a good job. Unfortunately, during our second visit, I had a difficult time getting my favorite glass of Port. Eventually, I got it. Overall Impression: the service was good but not the best. Lumiere ended up at being our second favorite restaurant for our evening dinner nights at the resort. Terraza, As an outdoor restaurant was our 1st choice, it was always fun to eat outside and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Here are some reasons why we loved Terraza: seafood. If you’re a seafood lover, Terraza is your paradise. From grilled octopus to succulent shrimp, the seafood dishes were expertly prepared. Don’t miss the fresh tuna dish for your lunch. Service and Staff: The entire team including Chef Eick, Chef Jasar, our waiter Tonathiu, and the hostess Diana did an exceptional job. Blanc Restaurant was our breakfast, lunch buffet, and evening a la carte restaurant with fantastic Mexican modern fusion plates from different regions of Mexico. Elegance and simplicity are a huge plus for the Blanc. The variety of the salads could be improved but overall we had a positive experience during our time there. The following staff members are worth mentioning: Edgar, waiter Jose, who was very good at recommending new dishes to me, chef Uriel, Bethsaida, Francisco the captain, a very pleasant gentleman, Mariana, cook David, Fuesto, manager Enrique, Bethsaida, Edgar, and hosts Brenda Yama Japanese Restaurant. It is a place where you can relax in a very calming atmosphere. Each plate was a work of art, reflecting the precision and elegance of Japanese cuisine. The food was phenomenal and full of flavors. Service and Staff: Our waiters, Ezequiel and Josua, were knowledgeable guides, who offered their recommendations. Great job. Kakau. The coffee shop at LeBlanc Spa Cancun is tucked away around the corner, unmarked by signs, this should be fixed to help to see this location from a distance. The coffee is sourced from Oaxaca. The pastries were fresher at the Blanc restaurant, while the chocolate, truffles, and French crepes were top-notch. Be warned, this place will be your must-destination a few times a day. The staff were wonderful, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Francisco, Gabriella, Ricardo, Justo, and Melissa, they know how to make you happy especially early in the morning. Pure Healthy Kitchen is the location for special dishes on the other side of the resort. Pure Healthy Kitchen offers savoring dishes prepared with natural ingredients Chicken Crepes Catch of the Day, refreshing Pear Salad. One of the many special employees there was Chef Teresita from Tabasco….she was phenomenal. Chef Andres has exceptional talent, bartenders: Adiel, Julio, and Josue everyone did a very good job keeping us happy. LeBlanc Resort has this special service provided by a team of butlers: We were taken care of by the impeccable service provided by Butlers Byliyoel and Santiago. Their service was above and beyond simply saying the 1st class. From the moment we arrived, they ensured that every detail was taken care of. Their attentiveness exceeded our expectations. They were always one step ahead. In summary, Butlers Byliyoel and Santiago are examples of exceptional service for everyone to learn from. The service provided by Beach Servers was exceptional. The following employees are worth mentioning: Emanuel's exceptional service, Jesus, Cristian's very attentive and energetic server, bartender Luis, and the culinary artistry of Chef Andres. The resort has 3 pools and one big jacuzzi. The beach is big with plenty of space and plenty of beach chairs for everyone to enjoy. Service by the resort lifeguards Hernando and Juan was always perfect. LeBlanc Resort offers spa services and access to hydrotherapy. Here's what you can expect: Sauna: Ice Room: Steam Room: Jacuzzi: Cold Plunge Pool, and Warm Pool. Spa Beauty Salon Services: Manicure and Pedicure, Facials, Wood Therapy Massage. Our services were provided by: Yuribia, Georgina, Rocio, Alan thank you all. The resort had a phenomenal outdoor sea market event during lunchtime, supervised by Chef Heber and Chef Erick. This was the best food event I attended, an event like this, do yourself a favor and go. It’s not just about eating it’s about celebrating food, connecting with people, and creating memories that will last long after the plates are cleared. This was more than just a meal; it was an experience. Server Tomas was spot on delivering wine to us very quickly throughout the entire event. I also want to mention Gabriela from the guest desk - she was very helpful with our spa treatment reservations, Lucinda, and Jenette were super helpful by the pool every day taking care of our needs, and bartender Gilbert from the main bar. Our drivers Julian and Julio drove us safely to and from the resort. Isaiah the bell boy is a super nice man. Antonio at the concierge desk was always smiling and ready to help with any requests. Thank you also goes to Leslie the resort manager and her assistant Ameyali Cruz, both very friendly and helpful. I would like to suggest putting a Mexican bottle of wine in the guest rooms instead of the California wine. Mexican wines are very hard to find in the States. Have better communication about any food sample events when and where so all guests could know about what is happening especially for the guests who are at the beach otherwise no one knows when the seafood market or any different activities. You do not have everything available on your app and besides I want to stay away from the phone on vacation. In the end, I would like to say you are an incredible team of people with passion, love, and a warm heart, willing to go beyond anyone's expectations to make your guests feel special. We thank you all for your hard work and commitment to keep consistency and the happiness level on the highest level 24/7. You are the best in the world. Best resort we have visited!! Impeccable service, great food, very clean. Good variety of restaurants, very nice spa, 2 large and 1 small pool. We enjoyed the resort so much that we never left the premises during our one week stay. We will definitely go back!!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and smaller in scale than most all-inclusive resorts we have been to, which gives it a much more quiet vibe. That is something we have been looking for and enjoyed ourselves immensely. This was enhanced by some of the best food we have been served in resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. But what made our trip memorable and completely relaxing was the attention we received from a well-trained staff that, from top to bottom, made us feel as if they enjoyed taking care of us. Specifically we would like to mention our butler, Rossy (Rosa), who went out of our way to greet us daily, anticipate our needs and reply to any of our questions immediately. Jessica, the hostess at the morning buffet in the Blanc restaurant, perfectly combines warmth and professionalism; and Victor, out by the beach, balanced checking on us in so non-intrusively that we never felt disrupted. Every morning I practiced my pitiful Spanish with the crew in Kaka'u, the coffee shop, and they, especially Melissa and Alessandra, were always gracious and kind. Carlos, our waiter at Lumiere, was funny and well-informed as to our food choices. We will return!

PROS: Majority of the staff are excellent. The restaurants and food are delicious and unique. The beach is beautiful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The spa is amazing. We had a couples massage which was the best of our lives. The hydrotherapy is unique and wonderful. Airport transfers are easy and convenient. CONS: Upon arrival, you are warmly greeted and your reservation is confirmed. Next you are taken to meet with a vacation planner who pushes you to participate in a breakfast meeting. This is a high pressure sales situation where multiple team members push you to become a member of Palace Resorts. This lasts anywhere from 1.5 hours up to 4 hours. We met numerous people who had felt pressured to join and regretted the decision. I did not meet a single member who was glad that they had signed up for it. I found it irritating that the first time setting foot in a resort you are pressured to spend valuable vacation time in a meeting and pressured to join, especially when paying $1500-2000 per night! The next huge con for us was the beach. While beautiful, good luck finding a chair. The baby boomers are out there before 8 am “reserving” their chairs by placing sunscreen or clips or books on chairs. At any given time only about 1/4 of the chairs are occupied. My wife and I would be out there at 9 AM. With assistance, we could get a chair in the back (maybe). We observed that often between 9 AM and 3 PM many if not most of these “reserved” chairs went unoccupied the entire day! The Beach staff refused to clear the chairs, even when someone has not been there all day or for many hours. It’s very frustrating when you are paying so much to be at the beach and have such limited time and you cannot even get a chair because the resort staff are catering to highly selfish and inconsiderate people. I suggested to the staff that if someone vacate their chair for more than an hour, then they should go ahead and clear that chair, but they refuse. Anyway, that in and of itself is enough for me to not return to this resort. If my wife and I left the beach area to go to the pool, we would clear our chairs for any others to use, but unfortunately, when we would get back a couple of hours or a few hours later, we had no hope of getting a chair and we even laid in the sand a couple times. My only other complaint was very poor service at the upper terrace pool. We were given menus and then after more than an hour, no one could find the staff member who was supposed to be handling the food. Someone did bring us a drink and he told us the other guy would return, but he never did so we left and went elsewhere. We had to chase the guy down just to get a menu and he was not friendly and seemed like he did not want to be there. In his defense, some other people nearby were ordering food and complaining a lot about gluten-free options and this probably made him annoyed and less attentive to anyone else. Or maybe he quit! In summary, I will not return to this resort. At this price point, I would expect to be able to have a chair at the beach. I also do not want to spend my time in a high-pressure sales situation when I’m on vacation, especially as soon as I hit the door. Kudos to the majority of the staff here. There are many wonderful employees who we had the pleasure to meet. The spa is unique and wonderful. However, it’s just not enough to make up for the frustration of the beach chair situation and the sales pitches.

Artemo at the bar Cavo was amazing!!! Between the butlers Brito and Raul and Artemo, there was nothing I highly recommend Le Blanc. From the drinks to the service, you will be impressed!!! Very highly recommended and I can’t wait to go back!!!

As South Asian guests, we experienced consistent discrimination despite our significant investment and VIP status: Most Concerning: - White guests (including those who booked through discount sites) received immediate, proactive service while we had to repeatedly flag down staff - Watched staff rush to set up chairs and bring towels for white guests while we had to do everything ourselves - Service improved only after we started tipping excessively - Even at restaurants, servers would interrupt our service to attend to white guests - Spa services cut short (15 minutes instead of promised 25) while observing full-length services for others - Denied access to VIP area despite multiple empty chairs while seeing non-VIP guests accommodated Membership/VIP Issues: - Pre-arranged anniversary package never delivered despite VIP status - When questioning VIP benefits, told "it depends on the contract" - Paid premium prices for discriminatory treatment - $30K membership seemingly worthless for actual service delivery General Issues: - One elevator out of service entire stay - Jacuzzi temperature issues never fixed - Dietary restrictions ignored despite notification - Basic luxury amenities not maintained The disparity in treatment was so demoralizing that we left two days early. It's particularly disappointing when you've invested tens of thousands in what was promised to be an elite membership. Having traveled extensively at luxury properties worldwide, this level of obvious bias was shocking and unacceptable, especially given our significant financial commitment to the brand. Save your money and dignity - book elsewhere. A $30K membership apparently can't buy equal treatment.

Once again - AMAZING time at LeBlanc. LeBlanc is the whole package - starting off with the people they hire. We were blessed to have Heber and David as butlers this year. They far exceeded our expectations in their attention to detail and going the extra mile - surprising us with special added extras. We loved to do a daily visit to Melissa and her boss, Ricardo for a morning cappuccino. I miss Melissa's sweet smile already! I also have to have a special call out to Laura at the pool and Ana in the spa. Ada and Alfredo kept things fun - making sure my volleyball loving, can't sit still, husband had his fill of activities. We've known these special ladies for years and feel like family. We had a 7th floor corner suite which was breathtaking. The daily 'magic cleaning crew' do an amazing job. We also had wonderful conversation, laughs, and warm hugs with Iriany from the marketing area. Palace is so blessed to have this amazing and special lady represent them. The only thing that would've made this a SIX star this year would've been to see our buddy - Manny - our favorite waiter and friend as he was off on a much-deserved vacation week himself. We have a history with him where he chooses and surprises us with Bella course delicacies from start to finish. It's so nice not to have to make choices and trust that it will be a perfect menu. Can't wait to go back.

We returned to Le Blanc Spa & Resort in Cancun for a second consecutive spring visit.  Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a "Welcome Home Hughes Familiy." While at first, that phrase may seem a bit trite, we have come to understand the team at Le Blanc really means it.  They want each guest to consider returning to visit to their resort like spending time with family (without the drama - lol). The attention to detail at LeBlanc is amazing. Our Diamond Conceigre, Ingrid, perfectly organized our visit to Cancun, including 13 spa treatments throughout the week  - don't judge, it literally says spa in the name of the resort. The spa crew was wonderful.  Elaine took care of my wife all week.  My wife requested her for all her treatments after her first massage was perfect.  The other seven services were equally divine.  I experienced the best massage in eight years at any of the Palace Resort properties from Angela Cantida.  She used the right amount of pressure, working out the kinks over 80 luxurious minutes.  Thanks also to Pech Vega in the spa and nail expert Karina for my pedi.  She's been at Le Blanc for 16 years and is a treasure. While the majority of guests enjoy the Sol Pool overlooking the beautiful Cancun beach, we spent most of our time in the quieter Luna pool by the lagoon on the backside of the property.  Pool Conceigres Omar and Lucinda took care of us each day. Early in the week, the Luna pool was like our own private oasis, in that there were only a few guests there along with us.  Esteban and Christian provided us drink and food service all week.  As a note, there is a small restaurant, Pure, located by the pool.  While you can also order off the regular pool menu, choose Pure's healthy choices instead.  The Salmon wrap and the smoked salmon sandwich are both yummy as are their selections of smoothies. While on the subject of food, Le Blanc continues to provide top-tier culinary experiences at most of it restaurants. We went to the steakhouse Blanc the first night.  There we met Jorge Caamal  the new manager.  Ironically, he just moved from Austin which is our home.  After spending time in management at Hyatt, he returned to Mexico and signed on with Palace. Le Blanc has gained a superstar.  His smile goes ear to ear; he is engaging and is dedicated to helping to provide a great dining experience.  TY to our server Jerry, who provided top-notch service all night. Blanc retooled their menu in the last year. We really liked the Bluefish Tuna Tartare, the Pumpkin Soup and our two entries, a pork tenderloin with red wine demi-glaze, and the catch of the day, a Grilled Barramundi.  Note: Also thanks to Blanc lunch server Joe Lazaro. Lumiere's Chef Adame and her team continue to push out culinary gems.  She is in the process of updating the menu for later in 2025.  We tasted the new French Onion Soup which was divine.    I don't know if the Tartelette à l'oignon will stay on menu but it is a  real treat, so creamy and savory. They offer as an appetizer, but it would make a good dessert too.  We both had the Catch of the Day Barramundi again, poached in lemon, butter and cream sauce. Nice contrast with the Blanc grilled version. We had two dinners at Bella.  Bryan and Alfonso provided us flawless service, and our new manager friend Jorge jumped over from Blanc to learn how Bella operates.  So many good dishes there.  I finally got around to trying the Lasagna Bolognese one night and the Shrimp Ravioli the other.  Both are really well done.  Not a fan of the Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni.  Not much flavor, rare for a dish from Bella. Also you need to have their Beef Carpaccio as an antipasti, it always starts the meal off right.  Try the Limoncello and Vanilla Gelato for dessert (ask them to hold the salt sprinkle). Along with Jorge, we were fortunate to meet two other new additions to Le Blanc Cancun - Alan Hernandez, the new head of culinary services (sorry if I got title wrong) and Edgar Portillo, General Manager. Alan is awesome.  We met him at the coffee shop after dinner at Terraza, the Mexican restaurant.  Had no idea who he was.  He was just talking to the server in the shop. Asked how dinner was.  I said it was disappointing,  most of the food was very bland.  Then he introduced himself, yes I was embarrassed. But we talked for 20 minutes about what I meant.  I expected to experience all the wonderful flavors and spices used in Mexican cooking, but i got instead a "dumbed-down" flavorless version. Alan talked about an idea to offer guests two choices, 1. a true version of Mexican cooking with all its passionate flavors and 2. a less vibrate but still authentic version for those with less taste for some of the peppers and spices.  I thought it was great idea.  Hey, he's only been here a month. I can't wait to see him out his stamp on updating the restaurants' offerings, featuring some new creations from its extremely talented chefs. Alan invited us to lunch at Blanc the next day, and Chef Rivera's team treated us to three authentic seafood dishes I would experience in Cancun any weekend when families their own time at the Beach. It was amazing. Time is fleeting on my last day here.  As Edgar, the new GM already knows, we discussed how the people, many mentioned here, some missed, are why this place is so special.  From our housekeeper and butler team (Rene and Cecilia) on Floor 6, to Adi in entertainment, bartenders in at the Luna pool (Daniel and Sahid) and the many faces who are not front forward but make this place hum.  They are one big family. As visitors, we are an extension of that family, so thay why when they say welcome home, they mean it!

Our Diamond Concierge Jayro greeted us and showed us to our room where our butlers Rodrigo, Byliyoel and Saul took care of our every need throughout the week. Rosa with housekeeping was amazing, straightening our room each day! I hope those who go have the chance to interact with all of the following employees, as they are so helpful and welcoming, making our vacation a truly "happy place": Pool concierges: Laura, Lucinda and Caesar; Beach conceirges: Axel and Jose; servers on the beach: Elias, Christian, Marcos. Our amazing dinners: multi- course dinner at Lumiere is for the adventurous diner, and served expertly by Fabian and served by Stephanie, Eric, Raul, Erika and Alenjandra and chef Justina. Bella: Irving, Jasmin and Edgar made the night memorable. Yama: Ezekiel and Elias were great! Blanc dinner was well served by Jose and Edwardo. Teraza dinner was made special by Jarmin and Ilario. We gad a fabulous Diamond Dinner served by Gerado and Roger and helped by Alberto and Andrea. The spa is outstanding: the front desk and helpers staffed by welcoming Stephanie, Erik Raul, Erika, and Alejandra. Excellent massages by Cecilia, Mariana. Ruth, Gloria, Chiquita, and Rocio. Pedicures and manicures were excellent by Linda and Lizbeth. The front desk staff were always helpful, especially Allison and Israel. And Assistant GM, Roger, whom we have known for years, is ALWAYS welcoming and helpful! And finally our driver, Juan Carlos, whom we have also known for years gave us a wonderful drive back to the airport. Such a friendly send-off to cap a fantastic week!! We will be back soon!!

We have been Palace members for over 20 years and our recent trip to Le Blanc was one of the best holidays we have had. The staff ( in particular Raul and Artemio in the lobby bar ) and Beartriz around the pool were top class and always with a smile on their face. Special mention to Raul for his superb cocktails. The hotel is spotless and all levels of service on point . We were the only English couple in the hotel which made a pleasant change with the majority being USA and Canada both of whom have a significantly shorter flight than from the UK but it was very much worthwhile the travel time for such a relaxing vacation. We live only an hour and a half from LeBlanc Cancun so we love going there for our staycations twice a year. When we pull our car into the entryway, the warm greetings begin. Welcome home is so sweet to hear. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so very attentive. As Diamond members, Ingrid, our Diamond Concierge communicates with us a few weeks before arrival. She handled all our dinner reservations, spa appointments and special requests for lounges at the pool and preferred beverages. Ingrid, Vanessa and Patricia came to welcome us and provide our itinerary. We were also excited that Roger Garcia Valdez, the Assistant GM also came by to welcome us. We arrived early so we enjoyed a lunch at Blanc. There we caught up with the servers we have known for years… Nancy, David, Jose, Daniel. After lunch we relaxed at the Sol Pool until our room was ready. The honeymoom suite had a gorgeous view of the beach. We dined at Bella our first night where Manny and Pascual took good care of us. Our favorite wine was Moma… can’t believe Manny remembered. We had the carpaccio, arancini and mussels in white wine sauce. Manny brought us cacio e pepe to have with our Osso Buco, which was delightful. It was great to see Jazmin and Josselynn at the reception area. We also got to meet Jorge – the new Bella manager. We dined at Bella three times during our week and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed the Cellist in Bella. Yama is another one of our favorites. We love the Toro sashimi and we usually order the same old favorites at Yama. But this time we experimented with a few new offerings – the Japanese Wagyu Tartare and Ponzu Oysters. Will be adding these dishes to our list of favorites. Our waiter, Alberto, was as happy to see us as we were to see him! And we were happy to see Edgar! We dined at Lumiere one night. You really need to be hungry at most of the restaurants… otherwise maybe skip some of the offerings. We could hardly put a dent in our entrees and we had no room for the Chocolate Souffle (I recommend you make room to at least share it!) I’m a bread afficionado and the dark bread is my favorite. I only had room for a small piece but wanted to wrap the rest to have with breakfast. They instead said when I got to breakfast the next day to ask the reception desk to get it for me. Stephanie brought 4 little loaves… way more than I could have expected. Our visit to Blanc was also delightful. If you like Caesar salad, do not miss this. They prepare it at the table. It was amazing!!!! Breakfast and Lunch – We mostly had breakfast at Blanc and lunch at Terraza. Nancy and Jose were our primary servers. Jose saw that Jim likes bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon, so he would make a great presentation with capers and onions, etc. Nancy got me fresh Eggs Benedict although I could have gotten them myself from the buffet. Lunch at Terraza was tasty. We got to catch up with Rafael. Next time we will order the whole fried fish. The Pools - Our fave is the Sol Pool. There are music performances daily. The concierges, Lucinda and Jessica Laura, along with a new one Jose, were always on the go, making sure you have dry towels and ice in your buckets. Shoutout to Henry too always with a smile. The bartenders are fun and the bar servers are always ready to get you what you would like. The outdoor seafood market on Wednesday was fun with lots of choices. Spa – Had several massage and facial treatment and did the hydrotherapy circuit. A relaxing, peaceful environment. The Lobby Bar and Cavo – These people are so talented and creative. They will make your favorite or they will create something really different – it’s your choice! And they have fresh herbs and dried and fresh fruit to garnish. Ivan, Raul and all the others took great care of us. Shows – We are not big show goers except for the band Rock Legacy. They always played from 9-11pm on Tuesday and Saturday. We were very disappointed that they are only there on Saturday now and we are hoping they will be back to two times a week when we return. They have a new guitarist Tony and he and Ren the drummer harmonized so well. Please, please, please, bring them back two nights during the week. I should also not forget to mention our Butlers, Joel and Billy, with Marco on the last couple days. They handled our needs for aromatherapy, champagne, and anything else we needed. I might have missed a few names, but will include pictures. All in all, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making our staycation the BEST!

Upon your arrival each guest is embraced by a gentle and relaxed bubble of tranquility, which begins your own personal spa experience, that appeals to all five senses. We know that once we enter “the pleasure dome”, we are safe and sound, and will be treated like royalty, and immediately be welcomed home! It’s true, the first moments of the vacation are so important, and we are always embraced by the smiles and kindness of the welcoming reception staff, the warm spa neck wrap, a refreshing tropical cocktail, and a beautiful flower to grace us for the week, in our beautiful to our room. And, last but not least, that incredible relaxing signature smell that is Leblanc, Aromatherapy Central!! Our room is ready and we are excited to unpack and start our vacation in Paradise! As well, I can never wait to see all of the staff members who have become extended family! I don’t know what I look forward to most, but I can never wait to see my extended family , that always greets me with a giant smile and warm hugs! As well, a visit to Leblanc would never be complete without a couple of visits to our favorite spa! It is always a treat seeing my favorite spa attendant, Anna! And, getting my incredible Hot Stone massage by the talented Rocio. Try to book her, as she is a true healer. Every evening we enjoy the varied entertainment in the lounge area. It seems to get better and better with each visit. The cocktails always delicious and made to perfection. Thank you Artemis and the entire bar team who create art with the delicious drinks. And as well, the lovely Maira, who serves those drinks so well with her signature smile and amazing kindness! Our favorite restaurants are Bella, Yama, and Blanc! Each with a diverse and delicious menu that satisfies even the most discriminatory palette! The professional waitstaff are always consistently happy to please every guest with excellent service ! Housekeeping is always consistently perfection, as well! And last but not least, is the behind the scenes staff that create their magic like a well oiled machine. PR Queen Mariana was amazing at her job and loves to assist guests with any special needs that they may have or to solve any problems that may pop up during your stay. And the consummate professional and the amazing Manager of Leblanc, Roger! I send my heartfelt thanks to you for making sure my vacation was perfection, and with all of my requests before, during, and after my vacation was finished! We recently returned from our 6th stay at this outstanding resort. There are so many things about this resort that we love; one of the best is the staff. They provide the best service of any resort or destination we have visited. To say that they treated us like family is an understatement. The dining here is exceptional, with so many options: French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and a Steak House. We started every day at Blanc for breakfast, where we had the most outstanding service from David, Victor, and Nancy. We enjoyed catching up with them and hearing about their families. There are so many options for lunch; poolside, Terrazza, Blanc, or Pure. Also, there is a wonderful ice cream shop poolside, which we indulge in every afternoon; why not? We are on vacation! The pools and swim-up bars provide relaxation in an elegant atmosphere. Jessica and Lucinda ensure that you have everything you need including a lovely cucumber eye mask and neck massage! When you need a change to the beautiful beach, you can also expect the same service such as cocktails and food delivered to your beach chair. Every evening we headed to the beautiful Lobby Bar for cocktails. We enjoyed the entertainment, which was a nice backdrop while having our favorite smoky Old Fashions, which were crafted by either Raul or Artemio. Dinner time is the best. On our first night, we dined at Bella so we could meet up again with our favorite person, Bryan. Even though it had been 2 years since our last visit, he remembered us and made sure we had our Lemoncello after dinner. The food at Bella is delicious! Yama, a Japanese restaurant, has excellent sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. Chef Freddie is the best and we always look forward to at least 2 dinners at this restaurant during our stay. It was great to see Edgar every night, whether he was at Terraza, Bella, or Lumiere. During this stay, we enjoyed many activities; beautiful music at the pool, cooking and painting classes, and fun shows in the evening. The trio at the Cavo bar was excellent! The audience wished they could have played for many more hours. The private butler service is a very nice touch, and Armando was there to assist with reservations and anything we required in our room, which, by the way, was beautiful. I highly recommend a stay at LeBlanc; the beautiful beach, excellent service, and wonderful dining options. You will not be disappointed.

We arrived Dec 25 2024 after waiting 2 hours at airport for hotel transportation to discover the room had stairs and platforms with no rails- an accident waiting to happen. We were forced to find other hotel accommodations! We are still trying to get our deposit back.

We started at the Sun Palace and then were offered the opportunity to move over to Le Blanc. We love Sun Palace but couldn’t pass the chance to experience La Blanc. Le Blanc was AMAZING! Oh my gosh the food is another level. Our butlers Saúl and Roberto were great always so friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. Truly all of the staff is great. The breakfast buffet was good but the breakfast at the 3rd floor was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the French Toast but also try a few other things everything we tried was so good. We had lunch at the buffet or pool side each day it just depended what we were in the mood for and if we wanted out of the sun for a little while. The spa is top notch and definitely do the hydro therapy before your treatment it takes it to the next level. My massage therapist for both of my treatments was Celine (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she was awesome! I know Le Blanc cost more but the experience you have at Le Blanc is so far above what we would imagine it made up for it.

Manny at the Italian Restaurant continues to be one of the finest servers anywhere, with a fantastic personality and a genuine talent for mentoring new staff. Edgar, the Food and Beverage Manager, is equally impressive. GREAT job! However, be mindful of large groups. The resort becomes significantly busier over the weekend, which can alter the overall experience. Despite that, I still rate it a solid 5 stars.

Sitting on my comfy lounge chair by the gorgeous infinity pool with views of aquamarine ocean and swaying palm trees, you could be in heaven. This resort has so much to offer—a beautiful physical plant, terrific food with great variety, lovely service from kind employees, spacious and well-appointed rooms, a terrific gym and luxuriant hydrotherapy spa services. The food at the restaurants was gorgeously presented and almost all among some of the best I have eaten. At many other resorts, the wait for food can be extensive-not here. And they surprise you with delightful amuse bouches. The steakhouse has an absolutely divine beet salad and the Terrazo restaurant overlooking the beach incredible French toast for breakfast. The chocolate souflee at Lumiere, the French restaurant is the best I have ever had and my son makes a mean one. The Cancun beach has gorgeous turquoise water and you can walk or run along it for miles. Only downside is that most of the rooms don’t have balconies and it would be sublime to sit outside and watch the waves…

We had an amazing time at Le Blanc for our first vacation without kids! Our butler Eder and the others on the 4th floor were exceptional. Upon hearing that we love horchata, they had a batch made and delivered to our room. Our favorite restaurants were Bella and Yama! The chef and managers came out to personally greet us after we gave rave reviews about the food. We visited the spa 4 times and had great massages from all, Angelica and Wendy were the best. Luisa was wonderful at orienting us to the Hydrotherapy features and making sure I had everything I needed. The bartenders at the lobby bar and Cavo were wonderful. We also appreciated the staff at the coffee shop. As coffee lovers, the staff entertained all of our questions about coffee and the machines used. Adi and Laura made for a great entertainment team and we participated in many of the fun games and crafty projects offered each day. After some trouble with out Palace Elite points, Public Relations manager, Mariana Mones, went above and beyond in finding a resolution and making sure we left happy and satisfied with our experience. We will be sure to come back to this and other Le Blanc properties.

This was our 6th trip to this location and I’m not sure we would come back. The fact that you can’t get a chair by the pool even when you go down at 7 am is so off putting. You’re paying $1200 plus per night and all the chairs around the pool are saved for members only. The sign says after 10:30 you can grab them if no one comes. Well that’s not true either as I did that and a couple came and took the chairs even though they had nothing on the chairs. I don’t want to fight for chairs on a vacation. Ridiculous!! You can tell the chair attends play favorites. Even though we tipped it was impossible. The food was great, we exception of the pizza at the 2nd level pool area. It was inedible Service good at bars and restaurants! But please figure it out Le Blanc if you are going to allow non members to purchase rooms for $1200 plus a night, don’t treat them like they don’t matter to you.
