It was the best trip of my life. I thought it was going to be heaven, but it was even better than what I expected. A variety of creatures, clear water and delicious food! Also, all-inclusive system is the best especially for people who are first to Maldives. Especially, the moment of drinking mojito with bartender ‘Khai’ at Sangu bar will be difficult to forget. Khai and Nishan kindly offered us cocktail session and taught us how to make special cocktails without any extra costs and Khai made it so special that my husband and I created one for each other. All staffs at the resort were very kind treating us as more than just "tourists" - they all treated me with sincere mind. I hope to come back and enjoy another wonderful experience in a near future. I love OZEN! Also, my butler Alu was so kind and helpful that Maldive almost felt like home to me:)

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the cocktail-making class at Sangu Bar in Ozen Reserve. A huge thank you to Khairul and Nishanta for making it such a fun and memorable experience! Their passion for mixology, combined with their friendly and engaging approach, made the class both educational and entertaining. We crafted some amazing cocktails, including a sweet cocktail and another featuring peated whisky, both of which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Their expert guidance and attention to detail ensured that every step was enjoyable, even for beginners. The atmosphere at Sangu Bar was perfect, and this class was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. We spent a week in Ozen Bolifushi as a couple and are already checking when we can return! Our stay was amazing beyond expectation. We stayed in a wonderfully designed water villa providing us with a very large and private outdoor area to relax, complete with swimming pool, hammock above the ocean, loungers and access to the lagoon for snorkelling. The hotel's facilities are outstanding but what makes Ozen so unique is the passion and dedication displayed by the staff throughout the hotel. Hiyanis (Butler): we can only praise the calm demeanour of our butler Iboo who responded to every request with speed and dedication! Food and Beverage: a large range of Wines, Champagnes, Cocktails and Spirits is included in the Reserve package and the very knowledgeable sommelier Rahit is always on hand to advise and organise. We're very grateful for the enlightening discussions with Rahit about wine and culture and life in general. With 5 restaurants on the island, the choice of cuisines is varied and of the highest quality. Chef Hari created magic in the kitchen when we visited Saffron and his passion for indian cooking shines through with unforgettable food to sample. In the main restaurant, Chef Sandip was always on hand - and always smiling - to meet any request you might have about your meal. Every restaurant runs like clockwork with a team of enthusiastic staff who takes pride in attending to the diners' every need. We will remember fondly Maash 's warm welcome and learned so much about Maldivian life from her. Rippe, Azufar, Mo, Mauroof (Tom!) and so many others are a credit to the team and work tirelessly to ensure a memorable dining experience at every meal. What a pleasure it was to experience Pearl and Michelle's enthusiasm and good humour in the restaurants. Spa: the spa setting is magical with 3 over-water pavilions allowing the client to see the fish underneath during the massage. The relaxation area in the garden is so serene. We had a range of treatments at the spa, including massages and facials. We couldn't praise more highly the individualised ayurvedic treatments one of us received for a back issue. It is well worth investigating with ayurvedic therapist Rachit how the therapies they offer can address our ailments, he is very generous with his time and knowledge. The therapist Shiva was highly competent and provided welcome and durable relief after only 3 sessions with massage, pressure point and kati vasti (hot oil) treatment. We also thoroughly enjoyed the yoga sessions, Sound bath and Floating Meditation provided by Lalit. Thanks to this dedicated team, we finished our holiday with a new perspective on life and a spring in our step.
