We have been to Maldives few times however Ayada is only place that I can say 100% perfect. Food was great and I can say chefs are very talented. Myself and my husband stayed few days in beach villa and then sunset ocean villa. We love both villas however Sunset ocean villa is our favorite. All the staffs took great care of us and special thanks to go to our incredible butler Mihad. We will definitely coming back and we are recommending Ayada to all the peoples around the world as you will not be regret choosing Ayada Thank you

There are no better words to describe Ayada than ‘ultra luxury in paradise! Set amongst tropical greenery alongside powder-soft palm-lined white beaches, Ayada offers hospitality at its very best. The modern accommodation is beautifully designed. We had a beach villa with our own pool and what felt like our very own private sandy beach in front. The large comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with the biggest bath I think we’ve experienced, an outside shower, electronic blind were all just a few of the touches. If honest we were slightly worried about the transfer time but I would say don’t let it put you off, the team make the connection seamless and as soon as we arrived at Male arrivals, we were met and escorted to the lounge before the connecting transport. Everything was arranged for you and as soon as we arrived at Ayada we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere and the stresses of life melted away. We were met on the jetty by a very welcoming team and our butler Moli introduced herself to us and whisked us off on a buggy firstly for a familiarisation tour of the island, followed by a show around of our room. Moli was wonderful and on hand when we needed her throughout our stay. We were allocated with modern bikes with our villa number on. Although neither of us had been on bikes for possibly 20 years (!) we quickly got into the swing of it, despite initially looking like we had just had just our stabilisers removed! We loved riding our bikes to the different venues through the lush greenery lined paths. There is so much wildlife which makes you reconnect with nature and enjoy the simpler pleasures in life. In the stunning turquoise sea in front of our villa we saw stingrays, mini sharks and turtles which was stunning. The food is exceptional and the chefs and kitchen team should be applauded for producing such varied and delicious cuisine. It amazed us how they manage to do it day after day when on an island, miles away from anywhere. But that is part of the magic made up of real moments of attention to detail. And last but by no means least the team at Ayada who without exception were outstanding and far too many to single out. It is always the people that make the difference and no truer word can be said than on this island. True leadership starts at the top and with Simon the General Manager, Craig the Resort Manager and AK the Food and Beverage Manager at the helm you can’t go wrong. All were very visible warm and friendly. We enjoyed engaging with all the team who provided such a warm and personalised service. We have been fortunate to have stayed in a number of luxury resorts and this by far was the best experience we have had. Thank you to the whole team who collectively create the ‘magic’ we will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner rather than later and would highly recommend this very special resort.

The staff are all amazing, they all make sure you everyday, you are having the best day of your life. Shahin our butler and Craig the manager, making our stay, my wife and I, the best moment of our lives. Everyday is a new experience, the view is breathtaking. You never get bored, the place is just amazing. Have I spoken about the folks at dive kingdom? Or the guys from the fire show? Too much to speak about. An experience worth living. An anniversary turned into a trip in paradise.

My wife and I visited Ayada to celebrate our 10th anniversary and the resort was everything (and more) that we could have hoped for. I had found the resort via TripAdvisor and was the first resort I fell upon. Even after looking at a multitude of different resorts in other locations, something kept telling me we needed to stay here - and that gut feeling led us to having this trip of a lifetime. Resort: The grounds on the resort were immaculately kept. Staff continuously worked to make every view seen during a walk or bike ride absolutely breathtaking. The staff was always attentive, courteous and would always greet you with a smile. Not to be cliche, but it made you feel like you were at home visiting with close friends. Craig would stop by every day and we would have a good chat - he was very attentive in ensuring that all guests were receiving outstanding service and enjoying their time. Everywhere on this resort was picturesque and breathtaking. My wife enjoyed the different photo opportunities that had been set up along the paths. Zee and Dev (our butlers) would greet us each morning with a list of daily activities and suggestions of activities to partake in along with scheduling our dinners and excursions. They were extremely attentive and provided to our every wish. Room: We elected to stay in the Sunset Over Water Villa. Being able to watch the sun rise over the island along with the breathtaking views of the sunset on the horizon are memories we will never forget. Gasim greeted us each afternoon and evening to tidy the room and prepare it for the evening. He was extremely friendly and always had a smile on his face. Upon arrival, he had decorated the room for our anniversary which my wife loved. With the views, large open space deck, private pool and mini-bar we found it hard to ever leave our paradise. Food: Magu Breakfast at Magu was outstanding. A wide variety of dishes to satisfy any guest along with a variety of fruit, juices, and coffee. Breakfast easily became my wife’s favorite meal. She really enjoyed the oat energy balls and once word made its way to the pastry chef, he came out to discuss with her and had them available every morning. Raasih and Ak warmly greeted us each morning. Ocean Breeze Beautiful location, ambiance and atmosphere. Eating dinner here while watching the sun set while sitting on the dock was an unbelievable experience. The catch of the day was my go-to meal and it never disappointed. Kai A multitude of Asian inspired dishes that were fantastic. The decoration and look of the restaurant was unbelievable. After taking the Big Game Fishing adventure, the chefs prepared a feast from the fresh caught tuna, grouper, and barracuda that we had brought in earlier in the morning. The staff took pictures and smiled of the plating which showed they really enjoy their service and like to see the guests excited. Sea Salt We opted to partake in the Sea Salt beach BBQ during our stay and it was another unbelievable experience. Fresh lobster cooked in front of you, with a multitude of other dishes served buffet style on the beach as the sun set over the water. The fire show at the conclusion to dinner was also entertaining and enjoyable. Zero Degree This was our go-to lunch destination. Arnel was usually our waiter and was extremely friendly and courteous with each visit. The seafood pizza and Rock n Roll shrimp were my go to items. The pool located here would be beautifully lit up with different colors and stars each night for a nice touch - would recommend! Mizu As US citizens, we are well versed in the Japanese teppenyaki style cooking and food. The multi-course meal featuring a scallop dish, sushi, sashimi, soup, meat/egg fried rice were phenomenal. My wife and I both had the steak which was prepared perfectly. To end the evening, a delicious dessert of coconut ice cream with grilled pineapple was provided and was to die for. Furthermore, the views from your seat allowed you to watch the sunset and were absolutely breathtaking. Excursions: We rented the Corvette jet boat and drove along the shoreline one afternoon which was an experience my wife will never forget. I believe it could have been the highlight of her trip. We enjoy fishing at our travel destinations so the Big Game fishing charter with Jameel and crew was a no-brainer. We were really good (lucky) fisherman during the adventure and brought in a tuna, 2 nice sized groupers and 2 barracudas - one of which was quite large during our four hour trip. Upon returning to the dive center, we were the talk of the area, with guests and workers already hearing the news prior to our arrival. As stated earlier, the chefs at Kai prepared a wonderful dinner with the catches. The snorkeling outside of the Sunset Over Water Villa was amazing. Each day we saw an abundance of fish and different sea life ranging from small groupers, tropical reef fish, Manta Rays, a sea turtle and a few Black Tip sharks. Overall, I could not have asked for a better trip and adventure for our first visit the Maldives. I cannot see myself visiting anywhere other resort during any later trips to this tropical paradise. You will not be disappointed!

Ayada Maldives is truly a beautiful place. The seawater is incredibly clear, the beaches are pristine, and the overall environment of the island is very relaxing. Although the weather wasn't on our side this time, with rain on three days and only one sunny day, we still managed to feel the comfort and charm of the place. Our butler, Monica, was very attentive, warm, and responded to our needs promptly. We are really grateful for her service! In short, Ayada is a wonderful destination, and we hope to have better weather next time we visit.

One of our favorite vacations ever! VEGAN FOOD We chose Ayada primarily because we saw that other vegan travelers wrote positive reviews, and we were blown away with how well the Ayada team catered to our needs. Every buffet & restaurant had several vegan menu items, but Chef Pradeep, Chef John & Chef Roma went above and beyond to give us incredible vegan dishes. They made the effort to incorporate more protein per my request (tofu supply was out during our stay), and always gave my wife a plate of her favorite fruits. We felt so cared for by the team, and wholeheartedly recommend other vegan travelers to choose Ayada and meet the chefs - they will do everything they can to give you an incredible experience. SERVICE Another special shoutout to our butler Zeeshan (Z), he was a a HUGE reason we felt so relaxed all trip. He would coordinate all the details, from room questions, to housekeeping nuances, spa bookings, excursion recommendations, dinner reservations, tight departure timings etc. He was the one to introduce us to the chefs, and make sure our dietary needs were met. He is the best! GYM The gym has new equipment, but is small. It has dumbells up to 10kg (and some wooden weights outdoors), a bench, a sit-up bench, and a smith machine with a few plates (a few pairs of 20kg). It has a lat row machine, hip adduction machine, quad extension & hamstring curl machines. Treadmills, elliptical, bike, erg. The yoga room has 2 contemporary Pilates reformers.

Best Vacation Ever! Ayada Maldives was truly a 5 star experience - from the rooms, to the food, to the staff - I would recommend it whole heartedly and already would like to come back. We stayed in the sunset ocean suites. While the weather was gloomy the first two days, we were blessed with sun on our third day! The ocean view is incredible, and each room is relatively private. Worth the splurge for the deck! The staff was what made this vacation. Our butler, Zeeshan (Z), was attentive, courteous and kind. He helped us with fitting in a dolphin excursion the day of check out. Additionally, as vegans, he made sure to introduce us to chefs. The food- this is a vegan paradise! Once learning we were vegan, the chefs prepared a special meal at every meal. Pradeep made most of our meals and was so kind and accommodating! We didn’t expect this and were surprised and impressed. The food was next level and we highly recommend if you’re a vegan to stay at Ayada!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ayada and from the moment we arrived at the resort we were spoilt until we left 8 days later. The island and resort are stunning with beautiful views around every corner. All the staff are there to enhance your stay and they all went above and beyond to make our stay very special and one that we will never forget. Our butler Zee was amazing and he was there for us whenever we needed him. Special mention for Jade who looked after us fantastically every morning for breakfast. Also a shout out for Satish in the wine bar who provided us with fantastic service and great wine recommendations and Yasmin in the pool bar . The food is amazing here so make sure you check out all of the restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Ayada, a perfect piece of paradise.
