We had the most amazing stay at One&Only Reethi Rah. The island is absolutely beautiful, the service was excellent, and every detail made the trip feel very special. A big part of what made our stay so memorable was the people. I would especially like to mention Shippe from the art studio. He went above and beyond his role and made us feel so welcome. He spent time with us, did art with us, went fishing with us, went snorkelling with us, played paddle with us, and made our stay even more special. He made every moment fun and special, I will forever be grateful for the memories he helped create during our stay. I would also like to mention Rossi from the recreation team. He takes care of activities like paddle, the rock climbing, and the games they offer, such as ping pong and pool. He took his time to play football, badminton as well as paddle with us. Also a big thank you to the guys who work at the water sports and our host Mahish who was amazing. The rooms were also incredible, they were kept perfectly clean. The housekeeping team deserve a big thank you as well because they work day and night to keep everything looking amazing. The whole team was wonderful, but Shippe really stood out. Reethi Rah is a place we will never forget, and we will definitely come back!

Our villa was spacious and comfortable, the dining options were excellent, and the service from the staff was consistently warm and attentive. One&Only Reethi Rah is truly one of the most incredible places we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional the stunning surroundings, the warm hospitality, and the incredible attention to detail throughout the resort. The villas are beautifully designed, extremely private, and offer breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water. Every part of the island feels peaceful and luxurious, making it the perfect place to completely relax and unwind. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining options were also excellent, with amazing food, beautiful settings, and a fantastic variety of cuisines.

Quite comfortably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Been lucky enough to stay at other One & Only’s, Four Seasons, Rosewood’s, Ritz Carlton’s, Mandarin Oriental’s, St Regis etc over the world and none come close to this. It’s quite obviously beautiful, and is extremely well maintained, but all of the staff go the extra mile to ensure you have the best time. It’s hard to pick out individual names, but in particular, our host Yiting and Fadde who managed Tapasake were both exceptional. On top of this, all of the food was world class and is worth coming for alone. We can’t wait to return for longer next year and see some of the renovations!

There are luxury resorts, and then there is One&Only Reethi Rah — a place so impossibly beautiful it feels less like a hotel and more like stepping into a dream. From the moment we arrived, every detail was flawless. The island itself is breathtaking: powder-soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, lush tropical greenery, and villas that redefine privacy and elegance. Whether waking up to sunrise views from our beach villa or watching the sunset melt into the Indian Ocean, every moment felt cinematic. What truly sets Reethi Rah apart, however, is the service. The staff somehow master the rare art of being both impeccably professional and genuinely warm. Every request was handled effortlessly, often before we even had to ask. You are not treated like a guest here — you are made to feel like the only people on the island. The dining was exceptional throughout. Each restaurant offered something unique, from world-class Japanese cuisine to fresh seafood and unforgettable beachside dinners under the stars. Even breakfast became an experience we looked forward to every morning. The attention to detail across the resort is extraordinary. Bicycles waiting outside your villa, perfectly curated interiors, immaculate beaches, tranquil spa treatments, and endless activities — snorkelling with vibrant marine life, paddleboarding in calm lagoons, or simply doing absolutely nothing in paradise. What makes One&Only Reethi Rah so special is that it manages to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. It is luxurious without ever feeling pretentious, exclusive yet deeply relaxing. Every corner of the island is designed to create a sense of peace, beauty, and escape from the world. We have travelled extensively and stayed in some of the finest hotels globally, but Reethi Rah exists in a category entirely of its own. It is not just a resort; it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave. Quite simply, one of the most magical places on earth.

What a magnificent experience！So far the best resort I’ve ever been to:). Not just the views and the facilities, but also the service and all the staff there. The sea view on the island was stunning, and I barely saw any seaweed in the lagoon. Breathtaking views from all angles on the island, especially in your room. Rooms were big and comfy, with beach villas you don’t just have the room, but a whole private area, it was just so large. And I have to mention the housekeepers. Every time we came back from the outside, our room would be tidy as new，even my makeups were put in order. All the staffs there were so nice and were always there for us, when I say all of them, I mean it! Staffs at the restaurants, staffs at the lunch area, staffs at the beach club and the buggy drivers, etc :p… And our butler Yiting，she was always smiling and was so helpful. Always trying her best to find anything we might need. And my favourite part , the restaurants! Love the Thai omelette from breakfast! And the noodle soup! Yummyyyy! They even had honeycomb :p My favourite restaurant for dinner was definitely the Mediterranean restaurant! “Gambas” was amazing!!! You can’t really go wrong with any food there. Will definitely go back again!

It was our third stay at Reethi Rah and we were again overwhelmed with the choice of activities and the kindness and helpfulness of the personnel. Having missed Fandhita, the other restaurants, particularly Tapasake, and Botanica, were excellent. On the Missoni Beach, we would like to mention Ibrahim, Pranna and Ksenija who provided an excellent service. At the resort, Yting and Alejandra were very helpful as hosts. Also the staff at the Kid's Club, including Rassi. deserve a special mention. When we departed from Male Airport, there was a long delay at the checkin and Niyaz and Hussain were extremely helpful in smoothing the process. In addition, the villa cleaning staff excelled themselves (122 and 124). As a general remark, we would prefer a slightly higher charge for the stay instead of having to pay for all the extras separately , e.g. rock climbing with the children in the afternoon, to name one activity. Clearly the resort is in good shape under the management of Jan Tibaldi. Overall. we enjoyed our stay enormously. Nick and Esther D, Switzerland.

We had the most wonderful stay at One&Only Reethi Rah. We first came here in 2016 for our honeymoon, and have been coming back ever since – it has truly become a very special place for us. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect – the island, the villas, the food, and especially the service. Last year was the first time we were finally able to come here with our baby, who was only six months old at the time. It was something very special for us to share this place with him. What made our experience truly special was the incredible care we received for our baby. Aani, one of the nannies at the Kids Club, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring – the kind of person you instantly trust. She didn’t just look after our baby, she created such a natural, loving connection with him. You could truly see how happy, relaxed, and comfortable he felt with her, which meant everything to us. This year we came back again, and seeing him now a little older, already familiar with her and so happy to be around her again, made it even more special. Knowing he will grow up coming here and seeing Aani again makes it incredibly meaningful for us. What really sets this resort apart is the feeling it gives you – it truly feels like coming home, like being part of a family. Knowing our little one was in such loving and capable hands gave us complete peace of mind. This level of genuine care is something very rare and made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back.💙🌺🌴

The resort is nice , all the so friendly in a professional way. They are all also helpful. All of them tries their best to make our visit, relaxing and enjoyable. The resort cares about the little details, which makes a big difference. Like we ordered coffee from the room service and they came to prepare the coffee at our villa rather then sending a cup of coffee. Shammu did a good job on that.

Stayed at One&Only Reethi Rah for the second time and it reinforced exactly why this place sits at the top. Service operates at a different standard. Every interaction is precise, proactive, and personal without ever feeling forced. Staff anticipate, not react. Food is consistently high-level across every venue. Quality, attentiveness, and variety all hold. Hospitality is the differentiator. There’s alignment across the entire team, not just standout individuals. That’s rare. Returned for our second time. Booked again for this year. That says everything.

We stayed at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives for our honeymoon, and honestly, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The island is absolutely stunning, truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. Everything about our stay felt special, peaceful, and unforgettable. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. They were always ready to help with anything we needed and made everything feel easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Francesca, our representative during the stay. She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and always there for us. She helped arrange everything we needed and made sure our honeymoon was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We were also very impressed by how clean and well-maintained the whole island was. Everything was spotless every single day, and you could really see the attention to detail everywhere. The hotel also made sure to manage mosquitoes, which made the evenings much more comfortable. There was so much to do on the island, and we loved that many activities and facilities were included. We really enjoyed the sports, and it was great to have access to things like the spa, sauna, and gym. Getting around was also very easy with the bikes, and buggies were always available if needed. The managers, restaurant staff, and really everyone at the resort made us feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after the entire time. Overall, our honeymoon was amazing and unforgettable. We left with the most beautiful memories, and we would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special and luxurious getaway.

Exceptional! We stayed in One & Only Reethi Rah for 10 nights over Easter holidays. Where do I start - the resort is exceptional!!! Everyone working in the resort are the most friendly, kindhearted and the most helpful people you could ever meet!!! The resort looks stunning with beautiful beaches, villas and amazing food!!! Easter celebrations including the Gala in Reethi Rah were outstanding - my husband and I had the best time and our 6 year old son Joshua was living the dream! Our family has been coming to the Maldives for many years and this was our first time in One & Only and we can truly say that we have found “The One” - we can’t wait to return next year! Special thank you to the kids club - Joshua didn’t want to leave, your care, dedication and all the fun activities planned were outstanding!!! Another SPECIAL thank you has to go to our host/butler Yiting - you made our stay EXCEPTIONAL!!! You are the most wonderful, kind and incredibly helpful person - you MADE our stay!!!

We visited as a family of 4, with 10 year old twins for the Easter holidays. We where blown away with the whole experience. Starting with the beach villa, the beach itself (wow), the restaurants, the spa, the professional and friendly service (thank you Francesca and many, many more), the vegitation around us, the variety of activities available, the constant mosquito control, etc. etc. Small things too, like the boys found their extra beds very confortable. I am happy to say that this resort exceeded all our very high expectations. If this was not enough, we enjoyed the Easter festivities, especially the Galla show and dinner as well as the Easter egg hunt. Lots of great memories. The privacy and quality of the beach itself will stay in our memory forever.

Oh, my goodness, where do I start? I have just returned from an 8-night stay at the One&Only Reethi Rah and can honestly say that it is one of the best beach holidays that I have ever had. The island is just stunning with 12 beautiful white sand beaches, 6 amazing restaurants and a beautiful spa. I visited nearly all of the beaches by going out for a walk around 5pm, finishing up with views of incredible sunsets around 7.15pm. I stayed in a beach villa with private pool. The villas are well spaced and are separated by palm trees and greenery, so it was like having my own beach. Total privacy, I was just in and out of the pool and sea over and over again in complete silence (apart from birdsong and the sound of the sea). The villas are equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more. All the restaurants were great. My favourites were Fire and Tapasake (as I love oriental food) and Botanical (as the ambience was wonderful). The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice. I had a lovely snorkelling trip to Makunudu Island and swam with the Hawksbill turtles, loads of parrot fish and saw my first lionfish - beautiful! My host, Eugene, was lovely. The restaurants are open on different evenings and, when I said that I would like to dine in all of them, she planned it all for me and kept me up to date on activities throughout the week. I was probably the only solo traveller there at the time but I was made to feel so welcome and I can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much.

We just came back from 10 days in paradise and it was all we hoped for and more! This was our first time in Maldives and fist time in One&Only, and I can definitelly say that it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we landed, everything was super smooth, we were assisted through airport formalities by OO team and were on the boat in no time. After a very short and pleasant ride we arrived to this paradise island where we were welcomed by smiling team and escorted to our beautiful beach villa. And then the dream began. I could write pages about how well we were taken care of, how amazing each and every team member is and how quickly our time passed. The food was superb! We tried every restaurant and still can't decide which one is our favorite. Special shoutoot to chef Novy who made our tepannyaki experience so entertaining and fun. Special gratitude to amazing watersports duo Gatho and Thotho who made sure we see manta rays on a snorkelong trip! Ksenia in Beach club for taking care of us and chef Ilija for his amazing wafles. Chef Luka in Rabarbaro for the most delicious lunch. And countless more fantastic team members! Thank you all so much for the amazing stay! We can't wait to come back!

This year at O&O has become an anniversary year for us, we have visited the island 10 times. 10 times we were delighted with the rest. We would like to thank the entire O&O team and say that despite the fact that the island itself is amazing, people still decide, and here they are the best. And there are those who make our holidays really special. Our favorite area on the island is the beach club. This is probably what makes the island unique. Lots of entertainment. It is impossible to get bored here, and typical Maldives become completely atypical with the preservation of the surroundings. We literally lived there and never wanted to leave. Especially on water sports. As a big sports fan and a person who rides everywhere and on everything, I can say with confidence that the island has the best water sports of all the resorts where we have ever been. And this is 100% the merit of the team that works there! There is no such high-level service at any resort where people will dive to you just to put on skis or secure them better. The guys know how to create a mood, quickly teach any activity and give unforgettable emotions. Separately, I would like to mention Gato, who can super clearly tell you when to do what and if you follow his instructions, you will get any trick. In addition to professionalism, Gato has a talent in the field of video shooting. It was immensely gratifying to receive footage and videos that were fundamentally different from those that everyone has. Filming Gato on a drone exceeded all expectations! I would like to thank Thohtho for demonstrating tricks right out of the water, he was very motivated and inspiring, I always wanted to reach out and at least get a little closer to this level of skill. Gato and Thohtho are a unique tandem, the guys have always had the best trips, whether it's wakeboarding, water skiing or a trip to a desert island. The guys made sure to take an awning with them, towels, water, and organized a family shoot for us. All trips were accompanied by well-chosen music and a great mood. And after a good rental, be sure to have a happy dance. Have you ever seen such support anywhere? The guys are very charismatic and energetic! The icing on the cake was that while wakeboarding, the guys even managed to find and show us dolphins, these are unforgettable emotions! In short, they took care of us all the time, paid attention to every detail and showed that they were the best of the best! I would also like to thank Shiyaаn, who is also always there for us and traditionally arranges the best jetski, boat and banana tours every year, showing us the most beautiful places in the Maldives and capturing them on camera. Thanks to Richte, who fills this place with a special atmosphere, he is especially kind, attentive and caring. He's the kind of guy who'll dive in to help you at any minute! I've never met such people before! All of the above guys are very athletic and pumped up, it's a pleasure to ride with them! It is clear that they are professionals! I would also like to mention Katya, who quickly joined the process and caught the wave of the atmosphere that prevails there. It was always a pleasure to chat! In general, I would like to thank everyone who has been working on the island for many years - it is those who have been working for years - who make the most impression on their holidays! Let's move to the breakfast area, where, thanks to the guys who have known us for many years, especially Mugay, Naappe, Ahmed Shareef , Hafeez, we have always had an abundance of fruits! It's nice that the guys remember what we love and are always attentive to our wishes. And before entering for breakfast, Fathuhee always greets, who not only always helps to put up bicycles, but is always very kind to all guests. He always tries to say something in Russian, always surprises with his creative talents and gives pleasant things made with his own hands, which then always remind you of a wonderful vacation! Many people have known us on buggies since an early age, they know how much we love to ride and always share our memories together! It's nice that the team is so attentive and hospitable. I don't remember all the names of the guys, but I can definitely mention Maal and Easa. I would like to note that the level of cuisine in the main restaurant, in Aqua and Earth, has grown significantly. It became very tasty! And they entered the top of the best and our favorite restaurants! Just like the mega project, Tapasake. Thanks to the guys from the diving center, special thanks to Nabeel! For many years now, he has been organizing the best excursions for us, making the best underwater shots, and inspiring admiration for his professionalism and skill in free diving. It also helps you catch fish while fishing! Thanks also to his partner who was with us! The guys show incredible care, you just swim up to the boat, and they already take off your fins, you just start climbing the stairs - you are already greeted with a towel. This is a wow service! Finally, I would like to say about the Butlers. We probably had the only negative impression here during the first week. This time, Aziz was assigned to us. Aziz did not fulfill his duties, never approached us, did not inform us about upcoming events and events. When asked why they didn't even send us a schedule for the week, Aziz didn't try to solve the situation in any way, but simply refused us. After that, he never even greeted us. I'm not even talking about the fact that I've never put my hand to my heart, as is customary on the island, this is a very nice and friendly sign of the island! I ask you to pay attention and take measures against Aziz, we are not the only ones who are unhappy with his work. Such indifferent and unprofessional people should not work at such a high-level resort. You should pay attention to the Russian-speaking host and be sure that each of the employees is proactive and makes every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and high-quality as possible. Fortunately, in the second week they gave us Taya, who did an excellent job with all the duties and was the complete opposite of Aziz. An example of how to work. The best hotel we have ever visited, this is our second time . In this hotel or resort, everything is ideal, starting from the very welcome at the airport, the phenomenal yacht that takes you to the island, the welcome on the island – unlike other hotels, upon our arrival, we were greeted by the General Manager of the resort, Mr. Jan, and the Resort Manager, Miss Larisa. The villas offer perfect privacy, which is very important to me, nice pool.The resort is arranged down to the smallest detail. I'll give just one example: while cleaning the sand around the villa, they create geometric figures from it. Moving on to the beach club, Missoni, beautiful music, very tasty food, and an extremely kind girl, Ksenija, who took every order with a smile. Always polite and smiling. Even though my favorite place for swimming was the other beach with a pool. In this resort, all the restaurants are like Michelin-starred restaurants. Fandita, where the sunset is beautiful, phenomenal cocktails; Aqua, where we enjoyed a lovely intimate atmosphere; and of course, the best in the world, the Tapasaki restaurant, the only place in the world where I personally eat sushi, where the chef will come out and explain where the fish and seafood came from. During our stay, we had the opportunity to enjoy and try the food of two chefs who have Michelin stars. Such a taste of food, the presentation, the combination of flavors – something unrepeatable. All of this was beautifully explained in our, shall I say, Balkan language by Aleks, yet another waiter who demonstrates that in this resort, everything is at the highest level. My favorite at Tapasaki is the dessert, Chocolate Fingers; you absolutely must try them.As we returned here second time John remember what is my favorite desert. Thats tell to me how much every person on the island take care for guests. As I don’t drink alcohol vine card of non alcohol vines is very big, and all form vine what I tried was very good. Since I'm already talking about sweets, I have to mention Chef Lajos, who makes very tasty desserts and is always ready to fulfill every child's wish when it comes to sweets. Last but not least is the kids' club, where our son spent time with pleasure. I think it's every parent's dream while on vacation that when you ask your child, "Do you want to come with me to the beach or go to the kids' club?" you hear that they want to go to the kids' club. A big thank you to Bunny, who spent time with our son. The level of the resort is sufficiently spoken for by the fact that everyone in the kids' club is, at any moment, ready to bring the child to you, wait for them to chat with you, and then take them back to the kids' club. After our second visit to this resort, we have one big problem: we cannot find anything similar anywhere else anymore. :) I wholeheartedly recommend the resort. And a huge thank you to Aleks, Ksenija, Lajos, Bunny, Miss Larisa, and Mr. Jan for an incredible vacation. We will definitely see you next year as well.

Back from our 3rd visit and it reconfirmed why we did- there just isn’t anyplace like it if you want your own little bit of heaven. Our host Yiting took excellent care of us and always greeted us with a warm and genuine smile- she’s a special young lady. And a huge thanks to Adonis, who we were lucky to have as our personal trainer. If you want someone to make a work-out fun, he’s your man. O&O are lucky to have both of them on their staff! The new Tapasake structure is stunning, no doubt and well worth the investment. But, we miss the old outdoor setting in the garden. For us, some of the indoor spaces in the new structure lack warmth and ambience, but this is obviously a matter of a taste. Fabulous sunsets and views across the reefs. Fanditha is still our favourite- the setting cannot be beaten. A huge thank you to all the genuinely kind and thoughtful staff, from all the restaurant staff, gardeners who keep the landscaping in pristine condition and to the housekeeping team! We will be back and are looking forward to seeing all the new upcoming improvements put into place. Not sure how they’ll top what’s there, but knowing the philosophy to be the best, I am sure they won’t let us down. See you soon One&Only Reethi Rah!

Just returned from the One&Only Reethi Rah. My family and I had another terrific February holiday. A unique resort in Maldives which offers beautiful villas and beaches, lots of restaurant options (Japanese, Asian, Italian, French, Middle East Fanditha, etc), great Spa and sport facilities and a very professional and client focused service. Great investment in the new Tapasake restaurant. Thank you for another great holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and truly enjoyed our time. The weather was great although we were told it might rain, we were lucky to have beautiful weather throughout our stay. The resort offers many restaurants, so there is always variety, and plenty of activities to enjoy, including water sports and a very relaxing spa experience. The team was very professional, extremely friendly, and always happy to have a good conversation, which made the stay feel warm and personal. The kids’ club was excellent. There is a dedicated pool and two playrooms for kids. The area is not very large, but it is well organized and offers many different activities, with new things for children to enjoy every day. The team was amazing—fun, caring, and very engaging with the children. We especially appreciated that the kids’ club team speaks multiple languages. We also really enjoyed the food, especially at Botanica and Fire❤️ Thank you to the entire team for the amazing work and for making our stay so memorable.
