The lush enormous property, the beautiful pool, large lovely rooms with private balconies plus the most helpful, welcoming staff made this a wonderful respite. We had a two day stop over in Chetumal and luckily picked this spot. The lush enormous property, the beautiful pool, large lovely rooms with private balconies plus the most helpful, welcoming staff made this a wonderful respite. The hotel is just reopening after having to close during the pandemic so is not back to full service yet e.g. continental breakfast (included) but no restaurant or bar services yet. It is about a ten minute Taxi from downtown Chetumal and about 25 into Bacalar where we spent a lovely day. We brought take out back to the hotel where they kindly set an outdoor table for us and heated the food. Then the manager Adrian drove us to the airport. I can’t say enough about this hotel and only hope it can build itself back as it certainly deserves to.

This place is a hidden oasis, just minutes away from Chetumal in a safe, charming country atmosphere. Room had mini fridge, coffee maker, A/C, jacuzzi tub, large closet space, huge bathroom, TV, Internet, hammock, welcome robes, plenty of lighting and shutters/curtains to keep the morning light out. Private balcony, There are several restaurants, neighboring hotels, gas stations, souvenier shopping, and local eats in the area. The hotel is tucked away on beautiful grounds with wildlife, a church, pool, jacuzzi, and many other amenities. The room itself was a grand space with all the necessities thoughtfully available. Chetumal is a beautiful city; if you are looking for a getaway, reserve right away! We almost did not book here due to lack of recent reviews - Always remember that people usually post reviews either if they had an awful experience or a great one! We will definitely return!

Romantic, formal and classy-casual. Great for business and vacation. Beautiful pool, spa a business rooms for meetings. They really have such great attention to detail and are very sincerely friendly.

I stayed here for two nights. Service was good, facilities old, however the worst part was after my stay. Turns out that they charged me twice for the stay and the breakfasts. When I called, the employee said there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone. Never...

This is a great family owned and operated hotel. Great service, great room, great location and great people. The food was excellent and a full breakfast was included ! The only regret is that we could not stay longer ! We would go back in a minute.

We were looking for a get-away over Christmas that allowed dogs - we could not leave our little pooch behind! Comfortable room and bed, with great jetted soaker tub in room. Quiet off the highway location, with pretty groomed lawns. Good swimming pool.
