Cozumel Palace

We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. A few highlights: Entertainment and Kids crew were FANTASTIC. Fernando and Moises had our kids involved in every volleyball game, every race etc. They were so much fun and brought so much energy. Leslie, Yara, Maria, and Diane with the kids crew were something else. They remembered our kids names and would go looking for them, making sure they knew about all the activities for the day. There was face painting, glitter tattoos, key chain and bracelet making, games, etc. not to mention the fun kids room. They were so kind and my kiddos had so much fun with them. We also had so many great servers throughout the week - Omar and Betsabe. Shout out to Antonio at Flamingo and Chacaron at Momo who helped make those restaurants so delightful. Martha at the breakfast brunch...sweetest lady EVER. We would walk in and she would come give us all hugs and talk to the kids. The workers at the Cafe were great - so patient with my kids 500 cake requests and they made great coffee. Super yummy treats, snacks, and ice cream there and it was open late which was really nice! Check in was wonderful. We all got a cold drink right away and me and my daughter received a flower. Small touches that made us feel special. It was quick and our bags were brought up almost immediately. Another thing I loved was that your room key was a part of your bracelet so no need to worry about forgetting or losing your room key anywhere! One of our favorite parts of the trip was the snorkeling off the dock. We went almost daily! We saw beautiful fish, an eel, and manta rays right off the resort. The resort has snorkeling gear to use along with long boards and kayaks. No need to even ever leave. The resort was well maintained, very clean, and modern looking. We went during off season and received an amazing deal for the week as well. It is in a great location to the ferry and fun shopping as well. I would come back here a thousand %!

I have been vacationing at Cozumel Palace for 35+ years! Each and every time my expectations are exceeded. EVERYTHING about the palace is perfect. We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding there. It was magical! The staff is unmatched by anywhere else I’ve been in my 60 years of travel. Ana, Isiah,Abraham, Joel, Martta, Fiji, just to name a few! We love you all and are Always so grateful to be your guests! Thank you Thank you Thank you God Bless you all everyday!

We have stayed at some very highly rated resorts throughout the Caribbean and we always compare everything to our “home away from home” Cozumel Palace. We have stayed at Cozumel Palace twice a year, or more, for at least 12 years. In fact, we had such a great time in March 2026, we made a last minute booking for May 2026! That in itself says something and it’s not because of our membership, we have the lowest level. It’s because of the people, the experiences we have at Cozumel Palace and the incredible kindness and excellent service we always receive. From the moment we arrive and our favourite bellman Isiais greets us by name, to the day we check out and our sweet friend Ana at the front desk cuts off our bracelets, we are well taken care of. Isiais is so patient! He must have explained the TV to us 20x over the years. Did you know Ana is a mermaid? She is a huge advocate for the ocean and the creatures we enjoy so much under warter! She is also quite a prankster! Vicente, the vacation planner, is incredibly helpful in organizing our stay. He makes sure we have all that we need for diving, the spa, excursions and extras like special dinners or events. He explains our resort credits and what we can or cannot use them for. He has also made several very good recommendations when we have asked for suggestions of places to go off the property to eat or to shop. We really appreciate his assistance and his gentle nature. Jose and Dora at Client Services add that little extra special touch to our vacation and Jose is hilarious too. All of the staff at Cozumel Palace go above and beyond to make sure you have the best vacation possible. There are too many amazing staff to mention them all but I always take notes of the highlights: Michelle at the Spa, Antonio at Momo’s, Joel and Eddy are great resources for wine and food and are so passionate about what they do! Alessandra at the Café is lovely, Perla at the beach bar/restaurant works her butt off with a beautiful smile! Miguel at Flamingo’s worked so hard and it was incredibly hot! Of course Martha is famous for her hugs and Fili has the best laugh! Last but not least, we can’t go to Cozumel Palace without diving with our favorite dive master Walter! Mariano is also a great resource when you can’t find a critter in the book and Luis and Joseph were very attentive deck hands! I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me!

Every year we come here it only gets better! The attentiveness and care from the staff is unmatched. Poolside, Omar and Gabriel were fantastic. They took the time to get to know you, and by the end of the week it’s all smiles and hugs. Service was top notch, all of the restaurant staff was amazing including Carmita and Oswaldo! They made our experience even better than I thought possible. All in all it was an amazing trip.

I cannot express the wonderful time my husband and I had at Cozumel Palace. The entire staff is always so nice and friendly. Every employee from the management down including housekeeping always smiles and says “hola”. The food has always been good, but this year I feel like it has improved. The chefs special in Gondola was exceptional. Emmanuel and David made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation special. From decorated umbrella and room to a special lunch of carnitas. Emmanuel is the best pool concierge in my opinion. We were there celebrating our 35 th wedding anniversary. The romantic dinner with the violinist was great. The food was perfect. There are so many people to thank. Joel for all of the extras that he always does for us. Eddie for the perfect wine pairings. The head waiters in Momo and Bugambilias and Flamingos also make us feel at home. Cozumel Palace is our favorite Palace resort. We will always go back at least once a year.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Palace Resort for our honeymoon. We’re not big all-inclusive resort travelers but decided to give it a try as a special occasion. We were not disappointed. Our favorite restaurant was Bugambilia. Carmita was our waiter for two different nights and was incredible. We also enjoyed having Ivan there. And Monica is amazing as well. Breakfast was a treat. We ate too much every morning. Martha is there six days a week and she was the best thing to wake up to. She was sweet and remembered our names and room number. Plus, I got a daily hug and big smile. Fili often served us at breakfast and did a great job. The snorkeling right off the resort was our favorite activity and we did it every day. We would 100% recommend Palace Cozumel to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful place with fun activities, delicious food, and even better service.

Cozumel Palace truly feels like our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, we’re welcomed like family and consistently receive exceptional service throughout our stay. One of our favorite dining experiences is always MOMO’s. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every meal special. A special thank you to Ruisel, who has become much more than a server to our family over the years. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit memorable. Seeing Ruisel each trip is like catching up with an old friend. The entire Cozumel Palace team works hard to create an unforgettable experience, and it’s the reason we continue coming back year after year. Thank you for making Cozumel feel like our second home. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Great boutique resort! It’s smaller, which allows for more personalization and the staff really gets to know you. You also get to know guest a little bit better than you would at a larger resort. We made new friends that we have already planned future trips with. Sushi at Momo was our favorite of the five restaurants out of the seven nights we were there. We went three times. Resort credits are nice but you still have to pay a 16% tax for all activities and tip for all spa services. Do some research on activities to see if it’s worth it to use resort credits, or purchase from an another vendor.

We were part of a group of 13 that book for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The staff is the best anywhere!!! Within a day or two they seemed to remember our names, our favorite drinks, and people within our group! The drinks were delicious and we appreciated the better brands like Kettle One or Grey Goose and Captain Morgan!! Our room was beautiful and I loved the turndown service every night! My only complaint is that for dinner, all restaurants were sit down, no buffet options. We were here years ago and loved the buffet which was outside (now that space is a sit down restaurant called Flamingos. We lived and used the room service which had very good selections! We made some great memories! Thank you for a fantastic time!

My entire family stayed last week & we all loved it! The property is beautiful & well maintained. The service was beyond our expectations. Rocio, in room service, was our absolute favorite ❤️ but Martha?! We were all absolutely stunned by her ability to greet each of us, by name & with such warmth! There is 1 thing that stood out to me the most, and it’s a big thing! My 19 yr old son has Autism, yet I was able to rest and enjoy myself! That never happens! He became comfortable at the resort quickly. It is a very manageably sized property with plenty of staff. Many of the staff members recognized him after the 1st day. They were respectful & gave him space while also providing prompt and efficient service. So much was available to him at the resort that he never had to leave unless he wanted to. He was able to roam about freely, enjoying the food and activities of his choice. That is a really special thing ❤️ To be clear, he has been an exceptional swimmer from a very young age *if he weren’t, this wouldn’t likely be the best choice* There are lots of great things to say about The Palace, but for my unique family, that was the most important part!

Cozumel Palace is an excellent place to go for personal service, great variety of food and friendly personnel. The hotel is very clean and accommodating the app for the Palace is user friendly and self explanatory. The best part of the whole palace is the people who work there. From the morning breakfast crew including the head waiter Gabrielle to the waiters Heri and File some of the breakfast and lunch crew. They are on top of everything. The food prepared by the head chef Carlos is varied and excellent. Luis is a floating manager in the restaurants and is very welcoming and personable always making you feel at home and welcome. Joel the manager in the Mexican restaurant and Martha, the hostess, ate a pleasure to deal with. They are always smiling and happy to see you.Mariah seems to be everywhere always willing to help you in any way possible. We come at least once a year and spend a week. It the home away from home that caters to all of your needs. The massages and manicure and pedicures are wonderful. I’m partial to the hot stone massage. I highly recommend this Palace. We have been back at least once each year since they opened.

This was our 4th trip to Cozumel Palace and it was one of the best! It was so good to see familiar faces and be welcomed by new ones! Martha is the absolute sweetest. She will remember you after one greeting! My son connected with Charlie (AKA Charlie Jackson) back when he was 6 and couldn’t wait to see him! He is an absolute asset to this resort. David and Fernando are also part of the entertainment crew and are very good at their jobs and made us laugh everyday and made sure we had a great time! We enjoyed breakfast with Miguel everyday and Alan took care of us at Flamingo bar for lunch. Both are excellent at their jobs and make you feel special everyday. There is a cafe now and Angel and Mayra knew me and my daughter’s coffee every morning. It was a great addition to the resort! I enjoyed stretching with Louis in the gym as well as the water aerobics at the pool. Luis and Katie were fantastic host that greeted us every evening with genuine smiles and conversation. Eddie of course remembered us from the years past and setup a romantic dinner for my parents 50th Anniversary. Raul and Carlos took care of us at the bar every night and honestly felt like family by the end of our trip. The resort is as beautiful as always but upgraded wonderfully. We enjoyed our walk out loft room. It’s perfect for a family. Easy access to and from the pool. Our room was kept very clean and we had our turndown every evening with our chocolate that we looked forward to. After experiencing Discovery Scuba twice my family of 4 decided to get our Padi open water certification. Adriana was fantastic. She was sweet, knowledgeable, patient and made the process less of a chore and more of an excursion. She took her time with my son who had never scubaed before. We were thrilled to pass and we were congratulated by everyone at the resort. It is a small, intimate resort and we can’t wait to make our 5th trip there and get to scuba in its turquoise water! A huge thank you to the incredible staff at Cozumel Palace for making our 10-day stay so memorable! Gabriel, Silvia, Jennifer, Eddie, Miguel, Don Jose, and Doña Maria welcomed us every day with warm smiles, hugs, and outstanding service at the breakfast and lunch buffet. Emmanuel, our amazing Diamond Concierge by the pool, went above and beyond, even decorating the pool area for my nephew’s graduation. Jesus at Momo’s made every dinner fun and memorable, while Don Ivan, and Carmina at Bugambilias ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. The team at Gondolas, especially Martha made my nephew’s graduation extra special with their thoughtful decorations and friendly service. A special shout-out to the entertainment team—Fernando, David, Moises, Yara, Charlie, and Ariane—for keeping us laughing, active, and entertained throughout our stay. Our housekeepers Fabiana, Lucia, and Amy were amazing cleaning our rooms daily. Eveyone always does an excellent job, work hard, and keep a smile at all times. Isaac the bellman was always so kind, friendly, and helpful. And to our Diamond Concierge family—Eder, Nina, Mildred, David, and Alejandro—thank you for always making us feel at home with your warmth, friendliness, and dedication. We even got to see Ignacio from Playacar Palace as he covered for Emannuel a few days, he did a great job as always too. Your hard work, professionalism, and genuine care made our vacation unforgettable. We are truly grateful for each one of you! Muchas gracias por tanto, nos veremos pronto si Dios lo permite!

As it is every year the staff, food and entertainment are always excellant. Charlie Jackson and his doing Michael Jackson is always fantastic. Wish he did a full show. Raul our favorite bartender is always a credit to the Palace. The maids do a great job as well. The Piano player who performs every Wednesday and Sunday nights is fantastic. We always look forward to his nights.

My experience was amazing the staff and crew were super nice and great food was the best food I've had in a long time and I cannot stress this enough the events were fun and scuba diving here was great for my first time and Fernando the instructor was the best and Jesus and Ivan were great and super nice and camita was a great and amazing person m and Dianne made the experience all that better with the play room and events and I wish I could experience this again

Cozumel Palace, a beautiful resort off the Yucatan peninsula. What is not to love about this resort? We have been to many resorts but few compare to the natural beauty, wonderful food, wine, and impeccable service accented by a personal touch seen by few resorts. The truth is the palace people are simply the best. Being a smaller resort they will know your name on day one. They will go above and beyond in every way to make you feel special. After visiting the resort you will understand why we refer to them as our Palace family. It would be remiss if we didnt mention the all-star staff members-the ones that make our stay so fabulous. Entertainment /playroom/gym The entertainment staff is second to none. Abi your staff is the best. They make sure there are plenty of games and entertainment for all ages and level of participants. The kids room offers a break for both kids and parents. It is staffed with 4 great and trusted palace family members Leslie, Yara, Mary and Dianne. The pool area during the day is full of games and entertaiment for any level of particpation from pool volleyball, trivia, or just watching the staff show off their dancing skills. The charlie jackson show (our favorite) or watching Ozwaldo with his high energy. In addition, you can catch various professional acts throughout the resort from live music, impersonators, singers, pianist. All hosted by the palace entertainment staff. To mention a few standouts. Charlie AkA Charlie Jackson (if you know you know), David (the MC, thanks) Moises (always so nice) Fernando (el guapo) Luis, Roger, Arri and Oswaldo, The restaurants deliver a touch of class with former sommolier and now restaurant manager Joel Sanchez and current sommolier Eddy Chin. They always bring great wine selections for the novice wine taster to experienced connoisseur. There pairing are impeccable. Thank you so much for all the great wine selections, friendship and amazing kindness. Hint: do the wine tasting, outdoors at night is always our favorite. We do wish It was always outside. The palace has 4 unbelievably good restaurants Asian, Mexican, Italian and the perfect ambiance of flamingo's steak house as well as lunch otions and a fantastic coffe bar. Flamingo's Located outside on the deck overlooking the ocean has the perfect ambiance. They have nightly entertainment and serve spectacular steak and seafood entrees. The wait and hostess staff Katie, Laura, Victoria, Sylvia and Monica are second to none. They could not work harder to bring a more amazing dining experience. Along with great food options they deliver exceptional service. Among our favorite people are Martha (of course), Ivan (thank you so much), gabriel (exceptional), Jesus, William, Jose, Carmen, Victoria, Jenny, Miguel, Enrique, Luis Angel and Heri. Antonio for delivering my wife birthday cake and the whole group for personalizing her birthday for an entire day. It was amazing! We cannot thank you enough. Wait staff/bartenders/coffee bar Allissanda, Mayrh, Perrla, Angel , Marahi Bellhop Issac Abraham Bartenders/servers Rodri, Reyes, Juan, Alan, Jairo, jorge And finally, Emmanuel pool concierge for always ensuring a great pool day by positioning umbrellas for more or less sun. Providing towels , or any other need you may have while at the pool. So many great people in the spa as well. Great services by Maury and Yari. Do not let this resort pass you bye. It is must experience resort!! And as a bonus you can dive out of the resort through Aqua Safari and their experienced dive team Mariano, Walter, Jose, Fernando, Luis, and Blancha.
