Cozumel Palace

We went here for our honeymoon and had the absolute best time ever! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! They are so attentive! The food is absolutely incredible! My husband has celiac disease so we were worried about cross contamination and food options, but they were SOO accommodating to his allergy! They had plenty of gluten free options and substitutes. He was able to eat much more than we thought he would! The whole resort was so cleanly and cozy! It was so fun being right by the cruise ship port and walking around the town! I would 100% recommend Cozumel palace!

What a wonderful luxurious resort! Our family enjoyed this beautiful paradise! Our first time to stay in a Palace Resort but won’t be the last for sure. Such a very nice and safe place for children! My son enjoyed the Karaoke night. 👍🏼👍🏼 The food in restaurants are scrumptious and the servers are attentive and friendly. The coffee shop is inviting! The snorkelling trips were super cool. Going to El Cielo was divine seeing starfish and sting rays. The spa is heavenly! It’s a smaller resort but packs a punch! Thank you to everyone at Cozumel Palace for making our stay a memorable one. Hats off to the staff!

Amazing Family Stay at Cozumel Palace! We just returned from an incredible family vacation at Cozumel Palace and couldn’t be happier! We stayed in a duplex villa, which was perfect for our family with a teenager and an 11-year-old — plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. The kids loved the energy at the pool, thanks to the entertainment team, and the evening shows were a highlight — the Michael Jackson tribute show was a huge hit with the whole family! There was always something fun going on to keep everyone entertained. We also had a fantastic experience diving with Aqua Safari, the on-site dive shop. Our son (who isn’t yet certified like the rest of us) got to do a Discover Scuba class and then join us for a one-tank dive — it was such a special experience for him, and the staff made it safe, fun, and memorable. Big thanks to Andrea and Victoria at Aqua Safari for making that happen! The restaurants were a favorite for all of us — my kids loved trying different foods at the various restaurants around the resort, and the wait staff was consistently attentive and warm. We really appreciated the bartenders, waiters, and waitresses who went out of their way to make us feel special. We also want to thank the lifeguards for keeping all the swimmers and snorkelers safe. Special shout-outs to the incredible staff who made our stay so memorable: Fili, Antonio, Elizabeth, Perla, Rodrigo, and Naomi at Cozumel Palace, along with Andrea and Victoria at Aqua Safari — thank you all for your hospitality and care! We can’t recommend Cozumel Palace enough for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

We are frequent guests at Cozumel Palace (2 weeks/2 times per year for 13 years). We are always treated like special guests and the staff provide outstanding personal service. They made celebrations of our birthdays and anniversary so special. It is a great value, the entire hotel and rooms are comfortable and pristine. The spa is lovely and offers great services. Cande is an excellent massage therapist. And if you want to venture to town, everything is within walking distance. Vicente and Darwin book all our scuba diving, spa treatments and excursions. We would like to recognize these staff members for making our stay perfect! Breakfast: Gabriel Chan, Silvia, Miguel, Heri, Jennifer, Naomi, Fili, and Maria, Jose and Gabriela (cooks). Pool Bar and Lunch: Jesus, Gabriel, Paul, Jairo, Omar, Perla, Alan, Elizabeth and Emmanuel. Bars: Raul, Rodrigo, Rodri, Juan, Enrique, Alexander, Reyes and Javi. Flamingos Dinner: Antonio, Laura, Alexander, Victoria, Sharon, Hiram, and Rodolfo. Momo: Jose Cime, Jesus, Darwin, Antonio, Elden Bugambilla: Brian, William, Carmita, Oswaldo, MaryLu, and Carmen Turquesa: Ivan, Lourdes, Argenis, Jonathon, and Julio. Wine: Eddie Staff that works in many locations: Joel, Kathia, Dianya, Martha, Monica, Luis Angel, Betsabe, and Mirahi. We are already looking forward to our next visit in February. We LOVE Cozumel Palace! It's our favorite trip every year! The staff is amazing and takes excellent care of us. There is no place else that we go once a year where the staff recognizes us and calls us by name. Martha, Gabriel, Alan, Paul, Victoria, Elizabeth are all excellent servers. They are friendly, remember what we like and what we don't like and we enjoy being around them. We cannot recommend Cozumel Palace more and it's all because of the staff! Oh, the food is top notch as well. Jose makes the best omelets every morning. The entertainment staff does a fabulous job of providing fun for everyone at every level. Charlie, Moy, David, Diana and the rest of the entertainment crew is so fun to be around. They make our time in the sun and the pool exciting. We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. A few highlights: Entertainment and Kids crew were FANTASTIC. Fernando and Moises had our kids involved in every volleyball game, every race etc. They were so much fun and brought so much energy. Leslie, Yara, Maria, and Diane with the kids crew were something else. They remembered our kids names and would go looking for them, making sure they knew about all the activities for the day. There was face painting, glitter tattoos, key chain and bracelet making, games, etc. not to mention the fun kids room. They were so kind and my kiddos had so much fun with them. We also had so many great servers throughout the week - Omar and Betsabe. Shout out to Antonio at Flamingo and Chacaron at Momo who helped make those restaurants so delightful. Martha at the breakfast brunch...sweetest lady EVER. We would walk in and she would come give us all hugs and talk to the kids. The workers at the Cafe were great - so patient with my kids 500 cake requests and they made great coffee. Super yummy treats, snacks, and ice cream there and it was open late which was really nice! Check in was wonderful. We all got a cold drink right away and me and my daughter received a flower. Small touches that made us feel special. It was quick and our bags were brought up almost immediately. Another thing I loved was that your room key was a part of your bracelet so no need to worry about forgetting or losing your room key anywhere! One of our favorite parts of the trip was the snorkeling off the dock. We went almost daily! We saw beautiful fish, an eel, and manta rays right off the resort. The resort has snorkeling gear to use along with long boards and kayaks. No need to even ever leave. The resort was well maintained, very clean, and modern looking. We went during off season and received an amazing deal for the week as well. It is in a great location to the ferry and fun shopping as well. I would come back here a thousand %!

I have been vacationing at Cozumel Palace for 35+ years! Each and every time my expectations are exceeded. EVERYTHING about the palace is perfect. We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding there. It was magical! The staff is unmatched by anywhere else I’ve been in my 60 years of travel. Ana, Isiah,Abraham, Joel, Martta, Fiji, just to name a few! We love you all and are Always so grateful to be your guests! Thank you Thank you Thank you God Bless you all everyday!

We have stayed at some very highly rated resorts throughout the Caribbean and we always compare everything to our “home away from home” Cozumel Palace. We have stayed at Cozumel Palace twice a year, or more, for at least 12 years. In fact, we had such a great time in March 2026, we made a last minute booking for May 2026! That in itself says something and it’s not because of our membership, we have the lowest level. It’s because of the people, the experiences we have at Cozumel Palace and the incredible kindness and excellent service we always receive. From the moment we arrive and our favourite bellman Isiais greets us by name, to the day we check out and our sweet friend Ana at the front desk cuts off our bracelets, we are well taken care of. Isiais is so patient! He must have explained the TV to us 20x over the years. Did you know Ana is a mermaid? She is a huge advocate for the ocean and the creatures we enjoy so much under warter! She is also quite a prankster! Vicente, the vacation planner, is incredibly helpful in organizing our stay. He makes sure we have all that we need for diving, the spa, excursions and extras like special dinners or events. He explains our resort credits and what we can or cannot use them for. He has also made several very good recommendations when we have asked for suggestions of places to go off the property to eat or to shop. We really appreciate his assistance and his gentle nature. Jose and Dora at Client Services add that little extra special touch to our vacation and Jose is hilarious too. All of the staff at Cozumel Palace go above and beyond to make sure you have the best vacation possible. There are too many amazing staff to mention them all but I always take notes of the highlights: Michelle at the Spa, Antonio at Momo’s, Joel and Eddy are great resources for wine and food and are so passionate about what they do! Alessandra at the Café is lovely, Perla at the beach bar/restaurant works her butt off with a beautiful smile! Miguel at Flamingo’s worked so hard and it was incredibly hot! Of course Martha is famous for her hugs and Fili has the best laugh! Last but not least, we can’t go to Cozumel Palace without diving with our favorite dive master Walter! Mariano is also a great resource when you can’t find a critter in the book and Luis and Joseph were very attentive deck hands! I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me!

Every year we come here it only gets better! The attentiveness and care from the staff is unmatched. Poolside, Omar and Gabriel were fantastic. They took the time to get to know you, and by the end of the week it’s all smiles and hugs. Service was top notch, all of the restaurant staff was amazing including Carmita and Oswaldo! They made our experience even better than I thought possible. All in all it was an amazing trip.
