This place is a one of a kind, the staff makes you feel very welcomed and enjoy playing games and making jokes.The staff members Jazmine, Jorge, and Axel are absolutely amazing and very fun and outstanding staff. They made the stay worth it. Definitely will be coming back!

Jose and Jazmin were a great time, and our entire stay was amazing. The food was all delicious, and the scenery was incredible. Definitely would recommend. I will be seeking out Hyatt resorts for future stays, just make sure you get the credit card when you plan your trip

Wonderful resort. Food and drinks were great. Hotel was very clean. Variety of different pools. Rafael, our butler, made the trip even more special and memorable. He went above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough! Will definitely be returning!

My husband and I stayed at Impression Moxche in early March. We were treated like family from the minute we stepped on the property. We stayed in a junior suite ocean front room and couldn't have been more pleased with the location and view. Rafael assured that our room was cleaned and tidy daily. The mini-frig was always stocked and the snacks are great-especially the gumdrops. Our Butlers, Alejandra and Eduardo were attentive and thoughtful each and every day to any needs. They surprised us one evening after dinner with a bubble bath, strawberries, and sparkling wine when we returned. We spent every day at the rooftop pool and were well taken care of by Jorge, who made our bali bed feel like home, and Alfredo, who always kept our drinks full. There are other pool and beach options, but we loved the rooftop so much. Cielo was our go-to for lunch daily where Roger provided the best of service. The activities team at this resort is incredibly engaging. Alex, Jazmine, Juan, and Ilse are a great team, and we truly enjoyed conversations and activities with them. The buffet had many, many options for breakfast and Karlita took very good care of us. the lobby bar was a great place to stop for a nightcap and some conversation before ending the evening. We hope to return next year for another incredible and unforgettable trip. Thank you to everyone at Impression Moxche!

Full of interesting activities, such as Golf simulator, crafting dream catcher, black... etc. Very friendly entertainment crew Axel. Jasmin, Hose. Thanks to them, I enjoyed stay at hotel without bordem.!!!! Great food in all restaurants

We paid for an upgrade to enjoy our experience for my birthday to the max! There were lots of perks that we can take advantage of that made the upgrade worthwhile. A massage, 1 dinner at Teodoro, exclusive rooftop pools and several other perks (including mimosas before 10am! - an issue we had a Secrets Moxche (see previous post!)). These were the reasons why it was worth the cost! The room was nice but seemed built quickly as there were some finishing touches that were missed. But we did not spend much time in the room to dwell on it. I just notice all the small things and take all gestures into account, no matter how small. The dining experience at Teodoro was very interesting and I tried a lot of things I never thought I would have. This was one of my first times trying a 7-course tasting menu. Without upgrading to Impressions and getting this included, we would not have paid the extra cost per person otherwise. We ended up getting a massage (couldn't get it together in the same room; there was an extra cost for that) and got an extra day of complimentary hydrotherapy. Night shows were nice and there was a section specifically reserved for Impressions guests that offered popcorn and drinks during the show. You didn't have to leave your seats to get drinks because there was a service in the section. When switching to Impressions side, we now had access to that section. And when we let the ushers know that so we can sit in the section, we were given so much attitude and push back when we told them our room number to identify that we were staying on the Impressions side. I don't even know why we were treated that way when I was super polite about it. There were plenty of smaller pools everywhere on the resort but we preferred the exclusive rooftop pools on Impression side. The drinks and food service was top notch and the bartenders were the best! Always remembering our drink orders daily. Overall, it was a really nice stay at Impressions. The service we got as Impressions patrons compared to when we were Secrets patrons was night and day. Our experience was amazing! We were at Moxché for two days and then got upgraded to the penthouse in Impression by Moxche as part of our membership. It was a great place, the rooftop pools were amazing and the staff was great! The food at the restaurant Ocielo was delicious and the pool staff did a great job with anything you needed. They came around and cleaned your glasses, gave you cold towels for your face, brought food and drinks and always checked in. My favorite staff up there were the entertainment crew who were there every day saying hi and getting you involved with activities and games etc. Ilse, Jazmin and Jose were the best! I hurt my ankle so Jose brought the activity to me so I didn’t have to hobble around. They all made our stay that much more enjoyable! We also ate at Teodoro and WOW, what an experience!! One of the best I have ever had. Alexander was our waiter and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Our butlers for the room were Erick and Luis who did great. When we were missing things we needed or asked for they were quick to get it taken care of and were very responsive. The shows were entertaining and singers were great! The only complaint I had was with the restaurant situation at Moxché. Wasn’t a fan of the inability to make reservations or to have our name put in when we were at Moxché. We showed up at 6ish and still had to wait in line to get a buzzer and waited over an hour to go to dinner each time. Otherwise an awesome trip and it was our second time too!

The resort was BEAUTIFUL! The propeety layout, pools and restaurants were all wonderful. All the food was very tasty, we loved the wide variety of food options. We appreciated the daily entertainment and the shows (in a very nice modern large theater) were very enjoyable. Can’t say enough about the staff, everyone was very helpful and always willing to help. Shout out to our butlers-Raefel and Giberto, both were very supportive and helpful. They really made our stay extra special! This place was pricey but was definitely worth it for a special occasion or luxury getaway.

My husband and I were traveling with a few other couples. We all stayed on the Impressions side and it was a fabulous trip. We’ve gone to a few different places over the years and this was by the best resort we’ve stayed at. The level of service is incredible. We were so impressed with our butlers, Mariana and Jefte. They texted us each morning and were available to help or answer questions all day. We definitely lucked out with them as others in our group didn’t have the same level of butler service. The resort is absolutely stunning. The views, the rooms, the landscape, pools, restaurants. Everything was just top notch. We loved all of our meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. We did not have a group coordinator and the only issue we had was dining together. It would have been nice to make a reservation rather than see the hostess look of shock when we said we were a group of 15. We tried to show up at 6pm and we were willing to sit separately but it was a challenge a couple of the nights. We had Fernando (the sommelier) assist us one night with a table together at Allora but there was an upcharge for the wine. The experience was good with him serving the wine we ordered. Our room was beautiful. We felt pampered daily with our bar getting restocked and the turn down evening service. If I had one thing to recommend about the room, it would be better lighting in the bathroom area. With the dark bathroom, we found the lights were not adequate but otherwise, the Impressions rooms are gorgeous. The mattress was very comfortable. We hope to return another some time in the future. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s an amazing resort!

The Resort is absolutely beautiful, full of surprise pools on every walk through the resort. We stayed at Impressions and wow so much more offered. Our fabulous butlers Mariela and Maili were incredible for any information or any extra wants in our room or advice. The pools at Impressions were so quiet, never a problem with sunbeds and the additional restaurants were amazing for breakfast and dinner. The entertainment staff were all incredible, especially Jazmin and Axel, who did incredible magic tricks! Thank you to all, we loved it. Also the entertainment around the resort in the evenings and the theatre were outstanding.

Wonderful experience! Entertainment crew especially Isle and Jose made the trip better. Food is incredible, lots of pools and chairs to choose from. Highly recommend upgrading to Impressions. More pool and restaurant options. We will be back.

What an amazing resort!! We have been to a lot of great places. This one just surpassed many others to be the #1 spot we have been. The upgraded excellence at Impressions by Secrets is not cheap- but it is so worth it!!! The grounds at both Impressions and Secrets...

What an amazing resort!! We have been to a lot of great places. This one just surpassed many others to be the #1 spot we have been. The upgraded excellence at Impressions by Secrets is not cheap- but it is so worth it!!! The grounds at both Impressions and Secrets are top notch. You can see the attention to detail everywhere. The Entertainment team was outstanding! Huge shout out to Jose, Jazmin and Ilse. They work so hard and always have a great attitude. The food!!! Best food ever. It did not feel like food at an all inclusive. It felt like food at a 5 star restaurant. The special experiences at Teodoro and Omokasi were outstanding. Our last dinner at Suki was easily a $500 dinner. The pool staff at the rooftop Impressions really know how to pamper the guests. Mateo and Jorge were awesome! Carlos and Enrique made sure our stomach was full and our glasses were not empty! Pedro at the Secrets middle pool bar was a fav too!! Jerimias at the Impressions lobby bar was fantastic!! A true Mixologist!! Josue greeted us at check in. He’s a hospitality intern getting his degree. He’s going to be a huge asset to the company that snags him! I don’t know any of the cleaning staff’s, but the ones that serviced 1812 between the 8th and 16th deserve a raise! Last, but certainly not least- our butlers… Maili and Mariela were EXCELLENT! Each and every day they went the extra mile to make our stay so special!! I know I am missing several names. I will update as I remember!! Can’t recommend enough!! Thank you Impressions by Secrets Moxche! Can’t wait to return.

It’s amazing and high-class hotel. They were very kind and nice. You can do, see, eat, and drink a lot of things here. And you probably will be able to get wonderful experiences. I hope to stay here again and I won’t forget this memories forever.
