This is the best of the best. The staff was over the top helpful and pleasant. The wait staff around the pool were very attentive and a special shout out to Valveretta, the Jamaican server. She was so much fun. I’m coming back just to see her. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and tended to in a timely fashion. I can’t wait for next year.

When we come to Aruba, we have certain standards and expect a lot from this beautiful island that we have come to know and love. Many trips and years coming have made us “experts” on this topic. The Hyatt provides that the elevated experience. From the immaculate grounds, to the spacious rooms (appointed with the best towels / showers), it is all wonderful and a delight to visit. We had to extend our stay because the original amount of time just wasn’t enough - Dayger Cruz was super helpful and accommodating. With a simple WhatsApp message, they took care of the changes. We didn’t even have to lift a finger or spend our precious time making the changes. Yolanda at the spa is great, as is Kilry at the club lounge. All wonderful staff members!! Everything is seamless and everyone is made for the hospitality industry. Aruba is heaven on earth and the Hyatt is a great way to check in to that heaven. 10/10 would come back to this resort.

Andino at the pool was awesome so accommodating kind and caring, the beach was so clean. The food was delicious the drinks were amazing. The staff was truly the best I ever experienced. Truly a magic time there. If your looking for perfection this is the place to go....

Hyatt in Aruba is so beautiful in daytime & nighttime and has the best location for walking the beach trail and across the street for more bars and restaurants. Friendly service- especially those that work in the Regency Club. We enjoyed our beach palapa and pool umbrella - both were reserved ahead. We ordered wings and shrimp tacos while on the beach. Service was fast and the food was delicious. The mixology class was a fun Happy Hour activity. Breakfast at the Palms was amazing!!!! Our room on the 8th floor was clean, quiet and comfortable with a great view. We both slept really well! Just a perfect stay at Hyatt Aruba!!!
