Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort

Our girls' trip to the Renaissance Ocean Suites and Renaissance Island in Aruba was everything we hoped for and more! We loved relaxing by the beautiful lagoon and pool, especially with the swim-up bar just steps away. The spotless fitness center was another bonus. The highlight was the SUP Yoga and Aqua Zumba classes with Anouk Balentina. Her energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm made every class unforgettable and created magical memories we'll cherish forever. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Whether we needed a taxi, room service, or had a question, everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made our girls' getaway even more special. We can't wait to return!

The spa at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort was one of the highlights of our trip. The overwater massage cabana overlooking the crystal-clear Caribbean water created the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Sipping delicious drinks while enjoying the breathtaking views and even seeing the famous flamingos afterward made the experience feel like paradise. The biggest reason this experience was so memorable was Melisa. She has the most incredible hands and provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely relaxed from beginning to end. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and wishing the massage could have lasted even longer. If you’re visiting Aruba, don’t miss this spa experience. Ask for Melisa, she is absolutely amazing, and the combination of her exceptional service, the stunning oceanfront setting, and the incredible hospitality made this an unforgettable part of our vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay with our family of four and our extended family as we celebrated my parents' 80th birthdays. It was the perfect place for a special family vacation. Our kids, ages 12, 14, 14, and 15, had a fantastic time and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the all-inclusive package was well worth the price. The restaurants were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We truly loved everything about our stay. Our only minor suggestion would be for the beaches to be a bit larger, but the private island was a wonderful touch and made the experience even more special. We would definitely recommend this resort for families and multi-generational vacations.

We enjoyed the variety of pool and lagoon at Ocean Suites, pool at hotel, and beach/lagoon w/ flamingos at Renaissance Island. The staff added to the enjoyment of our vacation, particularly Luis-Carlos in the new fitness/wellness center, who gave excellent stretch and abs classes, and Anouk, who was an excellent water aerobics and Zumba instructor whose popular classes created a happy vibe. We just got back from vacation and had a great time. We chose to stay in the ocean suites as we thought the pool was better with the swim up bar. There were a few cons I will say first. There was hardly ever a bartender at the swim up bar. The service was always slow and staff gathered in corners talking and ignoring customers at times. Give yourself plenty of time. The second to last night there were ants in our room because there is a gap under the balcony door. Other than that they have a few restaurants on sight the food is really good, the drinks are good. You can easily walk or shuttle across to the sister resort and access amenities there. That’s the resort that takes you to the resorts private island which is beautiful. We saw flamingos, lizards, and had an amazing massage. House keeping is also very thorough and they are always cleaning. There is a mini mall market across the parking lot and that is also nice. We had so much fun and everyone was so nice. They had a really cool themed party on Thursday with dinner but unfortunately we didn’t know about it until it was too late so did not attend, I do wish they told us those things when we checked in. The suite is definitely worth it and the balcony is stunning. Everyone at the resort was so nice and made our vacation absolutely amazing. They are very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this resort.

The Renaissance Ocean Suites side is our home away from home for the last 15 or 16 trips weve made to Aruba, the staff has always been like family, and the addition of Emma was an excellent choice. She took such good care of us going above and beyond every day! She keeps the mood light and the pool area and patios perfectly clean. She really needs to be in a higher up position! Shout out to Emma Caton!!! Every morning, while having breakfast and coffee, she put a smile on our faces. We looked forward to seeing her. Even though she was cleaning our chairs and patio are, she was in a better mood than us!!! Her conversation was uplifting and I just wanted to scoop her up and take her home with us. We have been coming to Rennaisance for 12 years (our 17th trip) and Emma was the friendliest and happiest employee! I would also like to give a shout out to Sugar on the private island. Her smile lights up our lives and she give us the best hugs every time we see her. Sadly, she was on the Iguana side this time. But we walked over there just to get our hugs and see her.

I really enjoyed myself at Wind Creek. The name fits it perfectly. It was always an ocean wind blowing while at the resort. The food was great! Fish and chips were amazing.Quesadilla’s as well. The location was great as well. It was 15 minutes from most things at best. Lots of food options near we well. Plus the boat to flamingo island is free! We went a few times. Speed boat is fast but not as bad as people make it seem. Definitely would stay here if I visited again.

Renaissance Wind Creek Resort Hotel - Ocean Suites - was definitely ALL that and then some!! Don’t sleep on the family hotel. The layout of the hotel was beautiful (right on the beach)! The vibes were on point. CLEAN throughout the premises!!! The hospitality from everyone was extremely welcoming!! The amenities were great! Although, I initially had a slight issue with the decorating services , they TOTALLY redeemed themselves! They made every wrong ..right and then some (multiple birthday cakes daily, decor and champagne) which made the surprise birthday flow with ease! The experience of taking the water taxi from the hotel to Flamingo Island was AMAZING!! The hotel location is near multiple restaurants, souvenir shops & etc. We felt safe! The birthday daughter wants to do a REDO every year for her birthday (her sister and I pulled it off)!! Private Transportation from AV Aruba Experience is a MUST!! (See my review on their website).

I want to start by saying it’s no wonder this hotel is always quickly sold out. From the location, to the amenities to the help of all the employees, everyone really goes above and beyond! The best part of my experience has been taking my mother to celebrate her birthday with a massage on Flamingo Island. Angie & Malva blew our experience out the water! These ladies were super accommodating and very considerate. I can’t wait to bring the rest of the family back to experience this! Thanks again for all your hospitality ❤️

My mother and I recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort for an unforgettable all-inclusive mother-and-daughter getaway, and I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member we encountered made us feel like family, and their genuine hospitality is what truly sets this resort apart. It truly lived up to its name, One Happy Island! From the moment we arrived on July 1st, we were welcomed with warm smiles by Jihadi at check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. That evening, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at FLUX, where our waiter, Diego, provided exceptional service that made our first night extra special. On July 2nd, we had a countryside bus tour planned where lunch wasn’t included. While having breakfast at Aquarius, Chef Charming came over to ask if we’d like something to take with us. She thoughtfully prepared a delicious chicken Caesar wrap along with cups of fresh mixed fruit. That simple act of kindness meant so much to us and is something we’ll never forget. Later that evening, we returned to Aquarius for dinner, where Chef Jean Pierre amazed us with an incredible seafood selection, expertly seasoned and freshly prepared right before our eyes. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Each morning, breakfast at Aquarius became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to the wonderful staff. Dorthy, Betty, Ito, Yalithza, Anushka, and Margarita greeted us with smiles every morning and treated us with such warmth and genuine care that we looked forward to seeing them each day. That same evening, Drinnon from the Maintenance team came to assist us with an issue involving our room’s door lock. Not only did he quickly resolve the problem, but we ended up having one of the most enjoyable conversations of our entire trip. It’s amazing how even a maintenance visit turned into such a memorable experience. On July 3rd, we enjoyed another wonderful dinner at Fresco at the Ocean Suites. Jerson and Chris provided outstanding service and made for another perfect evening. July 4th was absolutely spectacular! Thanks to the concierge, we were able to reserve spots for the Independence Day beach BBQ at the Ocean Suites. The food was phenomenal, the entertainment was outstanding, the atmosphere was magical, and the service was flawless. It was truly one of the highlights of our vacation and an experience we’ll cherish forever. On our final day, July 5th, we made every moment count. We started our morning at Renaissance Island with breakfast at Papagayo Bar & Grill, where Maragareth took wonderful care of us. She made us feel completely at home and even gave us the sweetest goodbye hug. After returning to the resort, Luigina from Okeanos Spa welcomed us for the Swedish massages she had previously arranged for my mother and me. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. Our massage therapists, Melisa and Pilar, were simply phenomenal. It was the very first time either of us had experienced a professional spa treatment, and it was so relaxing and emotional that my mother actually cried tears of joy. It was a beautiful memory we’ll treasure forever. To finish our perfect vacation, we spent a little time in the casino before enjoying an incredible filet mignon dinner at L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House. It was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable trip. This was the best early birthday celebration for my mom. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special, and because of them, we created memories that will last a lifetime. The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, conveniently located close to everything, and filled with employees who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you to every single person who made our stay so extraordinary. We will absolutely be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Aruba.

We've been coming back to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort - Ocean Suites every year for the past four years, and it's become one of our favorite family vacations. The staff and activities are a huge part of why we keep returning! Anouk was a fantastic instructor for the Circl Mobility class and also hosted wonderful kids' activities like sand art and the mermaid meet-and-greet. Mary led several yoga and meditation classes that we absolutely loved. The Sound Bowl Meditation was especially relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. Melinda and Marcia were incredible with the children's activities, including pizza making, donut decorating, face painting, and so many other fun experiences for families. Our daughter looked forward to the activities every day and especially loves the s'mores activity, which has become one of her favorite vacation traditions. Of course, we also love the private island. It's such a unique and beautiful place to relax. Happy hour by the pool is always a highlight too! Thank you to the entire Renaissance Aruba team for another amazing stay. It's the amazing staff, beautiful property, and family-friendly atmosphere that keep us coming back year after year.
