Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort

Another great stay at the Renaissance Island Suites!! Marcias and Candida in housekeeping are outstanding! Anouk’s water Zumba classes were fun and challenging workout! She is energetic and a wonderful asset to the hotel. Everyday, we had breakfast in Fresco’s. Santusha has taken fabulous care of us two years in a row! Aizhen’s are simply the BEST! I look forward to going back!

awesome hotel right in the heart of downtown with a lot of locale flare. The ambiance of this hotel was great however the rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Because of the view and beach access I have no complaints about the cost of staying. Maid service was every day so the rooms were cleaned daily. Low noise level where my room was located. I had a minor maintenance issue however when I called around midnight to the front desk someone did come to fix/temp repair the issue but did return that A.M. to complete the job. I was very impressed with that level of service and commitment.

Beyond blown away with my five night stay at this resort! So many different options you have at this resort. I stayed at the ocean suites which is the family side and me and my husband came with no kids. You can drink at the pool bar - Carlos and Junior along with so many took the upmost care of us. We had so much fun and I even won at Bingo one day! Going home with a shirt for the great memory. You can then step away to the lagoon steps away which is a whole different quiet and relaxing vibe. You then have the boat to the private island that is absolute paradise! Tons of pictures of me feeding flamingos! (Bring quarters and go early!). And THEN you can walk or shuttle over to the adult side for a very chic experience! I can’t imagine any other resort on this beautiful island can compare! Highly recommend

Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing and made for a very fun and enjoyable vacation. The property is designed perfectly for families, featuring a variety of pools and sheltered coves that allowed the children to play safely in the water. One of the most unique aspects of the stay was taking a boat over to the private beach, which added a sense of adventure to every sun-soaked day. Between the beautiful scenery and the kid-friendly layout, it was a fantastic experience for everyone.

The Renaissance is fabulous, to say the least. The staff are the most friendly, courteous people I have ever met on a resort. I only have 2 complaints: one is the music from 3 to 6 pm. It is LOUD and crappy music. None of it is recognizable and there is no escaping it. Our room was on the 5th floor and the thudding was just as bad up there. You can't even talk to anyone in the pool because it's so loud and obnoxious. My second complaint is the room fridge. Everything either melts in the tiny freezer or if you turn it up, everything in the fridge freezes. A huge improvement would be if the 2 bar size fridges were replaced with a small apartment size fridge. Other than those two things, this place is absolutely gorgeous.

Had a wonderful stay here with our family. Location of the hotel is great, close to the airport and free parking for your rental car should you take one. Rooms are well designed with privacy for adults while the kids take the pull out sofa near the balcony and a kitchette in between. Pools are open to 11 and on site there is a small bay beachfront but I gotta say taking the boat ride to the private island is sooo much fun. Everyone loved the quick ride back and forth and the island beach is wonderful. Sure its not miles of beach front but powdery soft sand, crystal clear water with super shallow parts and parts that are deep enough for swim. Flamingos go back and forth bwn the family and adults side. We did drive off site to Palm and Baby beach and quite frankly they dont compare. hotels on palm beach front on a public beach, the water is murky from the boats kicking up the sand bed all the time. Baby beach was ok but so many loud sea gulls. I guess we were spoiled by renaissance and didnt feel the other beaches are worth the hype at all. Once we came to this realization we never drove off site for the beach again. We didnt really eat on site at the hotel except for the island. They have good beach type food like wings, pizza and nachos but pricey for what it is. Housekeeping was ok- wouldnt say they did an thorough job day to day but good enough. We had a wonderful time and would go back and recommend it to others.

This was our third visit here and it was just as great as we remember. This is a great resort that has been updated since we were there.....the private island is amazing and the staff are THE BEST. Rosalba was AMAZING and we loved seeing her every morning at breakfast at Fresca.....on the island Natalia, Sugar and Ricardo-they are awesome and took great care of our group. At the pool bar William makes amazing drinks and takes great care of everybody. Can't wait to go back! The staff make this resort amazing especially these folks! :)

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at the Renaissance. The service from your staff was top-notch, and as someone who likes to stay active while on vacation, I truly appreciated the resort's various fitness options. I specifically want to commend Anouk Balentina for the exceptional service she provided. I first met her on Saturday in the newly renovated gym, where her knowledge and positive energy stood out. She took the time to discuss the resort's many offerings with me and another guest, which was very helpful. I also attended two Zumba Fitness sessions at the pool led by Anouk. Her high energy and clear instruction made the classes enjoyable for everyone involved. She is a wonderful asset to your team and Resort

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Anouk during my visit to the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort in Aruba. First, she made quite the impression with her bubbly energetic professional presence and warm smile while interacting with guests and patrons poolside engaging them to enjoy Aqua Zoomba. Great energy, great music, great activity lead by Anouk's hospitality and charm. Second, I was surprised to find her again building sand castles and sea turtles with the guest's children telling island stories while creating memories in the sand. With her island vibe and playful manner, it was hard to tell who was having more fun. Anouk, or the children? And third, such a surprise, Anouk appeared later in the week in perched in full costume as the "Resident Renaissance Mermaid" full tail and all, welcoming guests again with her warm wit and smile completing a memorable, magical experience. Thank you Anouk for your warm smile, island vibes and enthusiastic energy. Looking forward to coming back soon.
