The reviews highlight the excellent customer service, particularly from Judith at the concierge and Angel Cadet the butler, who went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasurable stay. The resort is full of amenities, including various pools, bars, restaurants, and recreational facilities. The Caribbean King Suite was particularly appreciated for its spaciousness, outdoor jacuzzi tub, and soundproofing. The food at the sandwich place, the chicken shawarma sandwich and philly wrap from Sax pool, and the loaded nachos from the pink food truck by the beach were highly recommended. The beach was noted to be spacious and clean, and the resort's medical facility was appreciated for its cleanliness.

I will start with the positive stuff. The rooms are great, spacious, beds are super comfy. The beach is gorgeous and the cabana rental was super easy with a lot of amentities for the day. Each day we had a fantastic server, she was very friendly and accomodating. All that being said, I would never come back. The food is barely edible. I lost 5lbs in five days due to the fact I lived on pineapple the entire time we were there. I guess you sell the rooms at a premium for all inclusive and then make the food so terrible and the drinks so weak and sweet that no one actually gets benefit of an all inclusive. Outside of a select few, the staff was incredibly rude especially to women. One evening my husband and I went into the casino where my water bottle was taken from me upon entry and he was allowed to take his?? Another evening while with my husband I was stopped and asked to see my Hard Rock bracelet and he was never questioned?? Another evening I ventured alone into a store and as soon as I greeted the staff they began making rude comments about me in spanish, I am bilingual so the joke was on them. For the money spent I was incredibly dissapointed. If I would have gotten a discount for every eye roll from a staff member there, my stay would have been free. They offer 24 hour room service but be advised this is simply two choices, chicken quesdilla which I am told wasnt bad or a bread sandwich with one piece of ham and one piece of cheese. I am told there are two decent restraunts on property but those are the only two you are required to have reservations. Did I mention that they will not take resesrvations there? You are rquired to use a QR code or the tablet in your room, neither of which worked. This could be an incredible place but it's just not.

Staff is excellent especially Judith at the concierge. Very helpful!! Restaurants and pools were great. Room was large and housekeeping was on it. Waiters at Toro were a lot of fun especially since we were celebrating a special occasion. Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely no 5 star resort

Its baffling to read many of the reviews here. This is nowhere near a 5 star resort regarding quality & facilities. The most positive was the people working in the hotel. Most of them very friendly & smiling. Smart to tips them. Beach area very beautiful, what a stunning sunrise. Many different pool areas of decent quality. We walked the beach in the morning, none problem at all to get good seats with umbrella then. Coming after 11 you can get trouble to find shade, but beds available all day. Service by the pool pretty good. The resort is starting to look a bit tired, they have a large backlog on maintenance. The room was of good size, 3 floor in building 7A. But again its starting to look very tired. Needs paint & change of some of the interior. Our flushbutton on toilet didnt work on check in, but they fixed it in 30 min. Aircon worked good, but makes noise like a plane engine.
We went for Toolinthesand.com event. Super impressed on transport, check in/out, organsation of the festival & information.
On the negative side was the room service. Often 180 min wait. Sometimes they never came. Cold food of terribel quality when they came. The beer & wine on offer as part of all inclusive was of very low quality. The biggest issue with this resort is the food level. Not even close to good enough. Breakfast at The Market was the highlight with good omelets. Ciao was a dissaster, margarita with no taste, bruchetta was a small dry piece of bread, lasagne a total dissaster. Just a shocker there. Also Toro was extremely underwhelming. Bistro med was ok, but not a very cosy place. Isla we was not impressed on food level, but pretty nice place.
The Market was our favourite, with good service and we all could find some good food.
Lots of shops, bars, casino and so on.
We enjoyed 5 great days here with lots of cool people & music. But unfortunately not a hotel we would visit again when its no Tool festival.

5th time to DR all-inclusive resorts, 1st time to a Hard Rock resort and had a wonderful week! Hard Rock not your typical resort. This place is less of a traditional all-inclusive and more of a mini-Vegas.. for kids especially. There are TONS of activities geared specifically for kids within the main lobby wings which means that there are constantly kids running around the narrow hallways. There is an arcade next to an ice cream shop, for example. Also in the hallways are pop-up bars that have delicious crafted cocktails and always have a line of 10+ people, so with the kids it's pretty chaotic. You can tell by the queuing and wait times around meals and drinks that they are completely at capacity and are not staffed to accommodate.
None of the food was really out of this world (typical all inclusive fare) outside of the sandwich place, the chicken shawarma sandwich and philly wrap from Sax pool, and the loaded nachos from the pink food truck by the beach. The tenderloin is the best from the steakhouse. Skip the hibachi.
We had a Caribbean King Suite which was gorgeous with two full bathrooms, a spacious jacuzzi tub outside, and the white noise from the AC was consistent and made for a good night sleep. Never heard any noise from the hallway or outside.
The beach was spacious and clean. The vendors do relentlessly come up to try and sell you various things but they were all polite when turned away. There is security present and I never felt unsafe. The pools are gorgeous. Tons of seating but very few umbrellas in comparison. Get up early and get your spot if you want shade. This place is huge and they cram as many people as they can into it so take that into consideration. At Center Pool there is a drop off/trench area that makes an infinity pool feature that is NOT marked and we saw a gentleman fall hard. Super unsafe.
Booking through the resort earned us 70% off different services like golf, spa, bali beds. The transportation provided through booking with HR is a passenger bus with a guy who asks if you want a beer and then charges you $5 once you've cracked it. Good hustle, I have to admit. The spa is huge and the aromatherapy experience was worth it for the giant steam room and the different hot tubs at the end.
Pros: Plenty of pools and views with different vibes and music. Staff are extremely friendly. The medical facility is clean if you need it. We got lucky with a free Dierks Bentley concert that was brought in as private entertainment for a company. Casino is huge and clean with friendly dealers. The Queen cover band was sensational. Cleaning staff are plentiful. Plenty going on at all times.
Cons: Lack of shade around the pool areas. Waiting around CONSTANTLY for drinks/food. Lack of "grab n go" options. Food isn't the best - without the sub shop we would've been struggling. No live music during the day. The "resort scent" that is pumped in is VERY overwhelming.
Tips: Download WhatsApp ahead of time if you want to be able to communicate easily with folks, put a scrunchie on your sink to remind you not to drink the water, bring a bunch of $1/5 bills for tips because they deserve it, pack one extra sunscreen and aloe, don't fall for the sales pitch, leave your heels at home, watch your step.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana from 3/6-3/11 2025 for the TOOL concert. We had a fantastic experience. I would say the resort itself was better than we expected. It's a massive resort. I imagine we walked about 15 miles during our stay. It's not the type of place we would normally stay but that's where the show was. The festival organizers did a great job with everything. The room was spacious and everything worked well. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. I specifically have to mention Michelot at the main pool (closest to the beach). He spoiled us over the weekend and our last day at the beach. He was awesome. Also Olga by the main pool and Ozwaldo at the Tiki bar. Room service was good and Mini bar staff kept us stocked up with Presidente. Overall we had a great time.

A very good hotel where the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food was good, however I found the restaurants to be a bit too loud - partly due to the size of them, it also didn’t help that we unsuspectingly went during spring break - which being from the UK was both quite insightful and amusing. I cannot complain about the young adults as they were all polite and we didn’t have any issues with them it did mean everywhere was packed and it didn’t feel you had anywhere to go to get away from the party vibe in the evening. We spent our days either by the drums pool (near central pool) or when we wanted a more chilled vibe went to the adult pool (Eden) or Sax pool both of which were less full of spring breakers. The gym is probably one of the best hotel gyms we have ever been to and is a definite plus if you are a gym goer. The evenings were a bit flat for us as we quite like a chilled drink in a bar both pre and post dinner and this we couldn’t do (due to aforementioned spring breakers) however talking to people who have been before outside of spring break they did say it was a completely different experience. I would return, but certainly not in spring break

My husband and I had an amazing vacation - our stay was 4/28-5/5. Ramon (at the Moon and Guitar Pools) is the best!! He went above and beyond to take care of us - setting up our pool chairs, bringing us drinks and food, and always checking to see if there was anything we needed. We loved our Mimosas by the pool! You can’t help but smile when Ramon is around. He is a rock star and the Hard Rock Hotel is lucky to have him.
All of our interactions with hotel staff were friendly and helpful - the front desk upon arrival, the concierge, housekeeping, minibar restocking, the pool bars, other pool staff, snack bars, all restaurant staff and the check out desk. My husband and I made a wrong turn walking back to our room (still learning the resort at the time) and a gentleman in a golf cart asked if we needed assistance and when he understood what happened, he said “get in - I’ll take you to your room”!
We really enjoyed the shows (Beatles, Adele, Michael Jackson and Queen). The performers were excellent!
We easily made reservations at Tora and Zen. And highly recommend making a reservation for the Zen Sushi and Ceviche Bar.
We loved the Moon Pool and the beach. Also loved the restaurants and shops near the hotel lobby. We had a great time!

Review of Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana – Wags Style (Light Edition)
Just wrapped up a stay at the Hard Rock Punta Cana, and let me tell you—it was first class all the way. The room was massive, the drinks were cold, the service? Sharper than a tailored suit on earnings call day.
But the real standout? Eliazar, the concierge. The man’s a legend. He didn’t just make things happen—he made them happen before I knew I needed them. Dinner reservations, beach spots, little touches that made the whole trip feel like VIP access to life.
If you’re going to do Punta Cana, do it right. Book the Hard Rock. Ask for Eliazar. Thank me later.

Ramon was awesome! He gave us the best service at the pool. He brought us bottles of champagne, food, saved us chairs with umbrellas all without us even having to ask. The hotel itself is so beautiful. Everyone was so nice and the weather was always a 10/10!
HARD ROCK ALL INCLUSIVE ROCKS
Ramon fuego, best service we have ever experienced!! Will definitely come back just for him ! Hotel was beautiful and the food as well! Best beaches and pools compared to everywhere we have been !! This is a place I will never forget and definitely will be coming back
Amazing Vacation to Hark Rock Punta Cana
Ramon Fuego took very good care of us at the pool the entire week! I haven’t seen anyone work so hard for his guests. Ramon hustled around the pool on foot and bicycle with drinks on his head. He kept us hydrated, feed, and entertained. Ramon is amazing!!

We have been members since 2015. The first few years were great, for caribbean I would have given it a 5 star. Today, I give it a 3 star.
1. Shuttle service to resort was a tiny van with 20 people crammed inside. Ridiculous!
2. Our membership was the top tier at the time, treated well then. Now ....our membership level is bottom, same as a non member basically. I would never buy again into a timeshare. It was ok at the time, younger, less money to put out all at once, it worked great for us. Now.....Never again!
3. Cant use beach chairs or covered canopies, you will get booted out. Now, 95% were not being used! I guess its one thing if they were full. So, my once top tier membership has dwindled to peasant status. There are certain areas in which you can use the canopies but you have to pay for them. "all inclusive" ....NOT. They nickel and dime you.
4. Lots of kids in our pool, should have 1 adult pool up front by the ocean. NO KIDS! There are plenty of kid pools to use!!!!
5. One of the restaurants was closed all week for dinner. No mention of it anywhere as to why. Best restaurants there are Zen, Toro and Ipendema. However, tried ordering fried calamari ...was not available. Tried ordering grilled cauliflower, wasn't available. Just seemed to have gone downhill on choices and quality.
6. Doesn't seem to be as many workers, cleaning outside, inside and waiting on you. broken tile everywhere, rooms seem a bit tired, outside is not kept up as well, etc...
7. They did add a few new restaurants but you have to pay for them....they added arcades and bowling but you have to pay for them, they added a new wine bar but you have to pay for it. They upped their prices on the massages and upped their percentage fees you have to pay using resort credits. Again, nickel and diming you and its supposed to be "all inclusive". With the quality going down, you shouldn't add fees!
8. They supposedly have dress codes for dinner but we saw thongs under their cover ups and lots of other ridiculous outfits. I am all about a dress casual but what we saw was not appropriate.
9. They start a new resort and they forget abut the others. They add new levels of membership and forget about the others. Bottom line....don't buy a membership. You don't get anything special after the first few years.
10. I hate writing a bad review but if it were my business I would want to know the concerns of my patrons.

We visited the resort to attend the wedding of our friends. What should have been a joyous celebration ended on a sour note as my husband had two items stolen from him from our room. We normally stay at a different resort and this solidified exactly why we would be returning there and NEVER coming back here.
His Blenders Prime sunglasses disappeared, and we initially thought we were mistaken and I grabbed them because I have the exact same pair along with 3 other Blenders brand sunglasses in cases that were in my bag. However, this was not the case and they were legit gone. We then knew there was a problem when he could not find his brand-new cigar set that we purchased from the cigar shop on the property. It was super expensive and very upsetting that the box just walked away. We scoured our room prior to leaving and know that it was not mistakenly left behind. I am not blaming housekeeping because my husband had those glasses on his face at breakfast on Thursday (checked with pictures) and they cleaned while we were at breakfast. However, sometime after we changed later in the day, went to dinner, casino, nightclub, things disappeared. I do not know who may have entered out room. I see this has been an issue previously after reading other reviews. Please beware!
Theft issue aside, I want to give a fair review. I already felt it did not live up to my preferred resort but there were some things that I did appreciate.
Pros
-We were in 4100, Rock Royalty Caribbean Sand King Suite. Nice room with plenty of space and comfortable bed. Great location right by two pools and the beach.
-Isla buffet was a standout for us and we ate here everyday. We liked the Dominican offerings. The staff were lovely! The chef was kind enough to make a dish for me twice that was not available for breakfast. That was above and beyond service. Thank you!
-Gallos Mexican restaurant has a fish dish that left me drooling. The bartender also made a delicious margarita with reposado tequila that was perfect.
-Staff overall tried really, really hard and were friendly. We spoke Spanish as much as we could and really tried to connect with them.
-Our friends' wedding was set up beautifully on the beach!
Cons
-Resort is too big for my liking. This is a personal preference and others will love it. My legs hurt.
-For a resort this size, it's boring during the day. Pool-side isn't as lively as I'm used to seeing. I've experienced BINGO, dance contests, dance lessons, etc.
-Wish there were more water activities.
-Surprised people haven't been mowed down by the carts. LOL
-Feels a little nickle and dime-ish with extra charges in too many instances for an all-inclusive location
-Included $200 nightly credit has a catch to it that makes it not really worth pursuing. Even if you use it in the venues it applies to, they wouldn't apply a straight $200 credit. You must pay 30%, $200 could only be for 70% of the total, per the explanation I was given.
Needless to say, the theft alone is enough to say I will NEVER, EVER return here. I emailed the hotel immediately on Friday so that there is written correspondence of our issue. No response but I'm really not surprised. I'm sure there is a canned response ready to go for this review but I certainly wanted to alert everyone of our experience. Majority of my reviews are positive on TA but I could not let this slide. Hoping everyone else had a nice vacation.

Eliazar helped make this the best vacation we ever had. The room was a dream, the service and attention to our needs were top notch and the professionalism was unmatched. So many things to do within the resort that there is something for everyone.
Terrible Costumer Service

Room service is not what is described. Food never arrives, and if it does, an hour later. Overall, not a good hotel to stay. The water in the pool is not climatized. Beverages on the bars by the pool are the cheapest available in the market. Most of the time, the pool bars are out of alcohol. If you want some drinks, you must tip.

I stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana expecting a luxury experience, but instead, I had one of the most disappointing and unsafe stays. Someone stole money directly from my room, and when I reported it to the hotel security, they did absolutely nothing. They wasted my time, didn’t follow up seriously, and I left feeling completely ignored.
This resort is expensive, but the security is poor and the management did not care about resolving the issue or compensating for the loss. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety and respectful service.

This was our fifth trip to the Hard Rock Resort. Again, as always, we had a great time. The food and service were, outstanding. We stayed in Bldg. 4, it again it was out fifth time staying in this building. I assume it is the rock royalty suite. If you go to the hotel, please get the rock royalty suite you will be amazed.
We had Leonel Cabrera aka Leo as out personal assistant. Our comfort was his main priority. He is outstanding if you have a personal assistant ask for Leo you will not be disappointed. There isn't anything he will not do to make your stay memorable.
If you are lucky, you will get Madelin Batista cleaning your room. What she does to your room will bring many a smile. We walked into our room to find two swans made out of towels kissing on our bed with rose pedals all over are bed.
We went to the casino every day we were met by Julio. Now remember some days we won and then there were days. We'll let just say it wasn't as good as the days we won. However, Julio always brought a smile to our face.
If you like the beach pick your favorite spot, Leo will make sure that spot is reserved for you every day.
If you are a pool person, the Hard Rock resort has many pools for you to choose from.
There are food trucks and places by the pools for you to grab a small snack.
If you have children, bring them there are many things for children to do. The pools with the many slides. I always wanted to try the high-speed slides, but my wife tells me I need to act my age and just relax by the pool.
So if you are looking for a great time great service and great food give the Hard Rock Resort a try.
If you get that personal assistant remember to ask for Leo. You will not be sorry.

We’d come back to the Dominican but not this hotel! The beach is lovely and white, beautiful clear blue sea.
Pros & cons as with all but after speaking to people on the plane this hotel should have done better.
Food awful!!
Worst we’ve ever had at an All Inclusive, it’s clear they live off the brand (Hard Rock).
Majority of the food is cold or warm if you’re lucky and next to no taste.
- Toro was awful (lobster overcooked, couldn’t even cut it), side dishes were just about warm
- The Italian was awful the starter and mains were not nice at all so we didn’t eat them.
- The Mexican was ok, not great.
Not much in terms of mixers and I don’t drink so wasn’t much on offer. 0% beers available at the shop but have to pay $6-7 for them which is frustrating as they are included in other hotels.
We did find a couple of nice places to eat luckily.
I would recommend;
Breakfast; it’s all pretty much the same I went safe in the end with toasted bagel with peanut butter (Italian & Mexican are calmer compared to the market)
Lunch; Sax pool & Bongo pool had great food (the tacos and burger were amazing).
Dinner; Zen restaurant
Snack; Split (great sandwiches)
You shouldn’t be having to rely on lunches to tide you over, you should be looking forward to dinner which we unfortunately didn’t.
Paid $65 each for the awaken your senses meal, again loads of courses but wasn’t the nicest of food, good experience but don’t pay full price it is not worth it. The couple next to us paid $30 each which was annoying as we paid over double what they paid.
Legendary meet; if you want to waste 90 minutes of your holiday to be talked into buying into the scheme without them listening to you when you say no then go ahead. We only, we had breakfast beforehand alone to try save time but it was still 90 minutes. They’re very pushy, it’s worth going if maybe you want to do the excursions for cheaper but wasn’t a great experience. They just don’t listen.
Pool info;
Sax pool
- Relaxing pool, less lively than central, music all day but chilled
- Try the Sax burger it’s amazing (maybe ask for less salt as they do use quite a bit)
- WiFi signal not great round here but if you want to be disconnected a little then perfect
- Lovely staff. Want to serve you and all are happy & friendly. Maribel super nice and the chef too.
Bongo pool
- Relaxing again, less lively and chilled music all day
- Tacos and burger were tasty
- Wifi was good here and at all other pools tbh. Just Sax where it wasn’t not great.
Other pools great if you want a bit more lively, we ventured to all of them.
Lazy river was fun and water park was good too. The ice cream at the water park is very tasty.
They have ice cream inside in the lobby and also water park but not aware of anywhere else that it’s available which again is a shame as it’s a huge hotel so should have more ice cream stations near the pools, at least some of them.
The pineapples / coconuts are $10 a day if you want, they do alcohol and non-alcohol these are refillable all day so worth the money.
The staff were lovely and friendly which was nice, if you tip they will work for you especially the pool staff that walk around and get drinks.
We had lovely weather just before it started to get into wet season properly so looking to go again next year but try another hotel.
Hopefully this review will help people looking for places to stay in the Dominican and hopefully Hard Rock up their game!

Staff needs hospitality training , great for families
Staff needs to be retrained. Very dismissive especially the golf cart rental guys and cashiers at the Paradise Pass. Need to integrate Dominican culture into the mix . Food was okay , more like 3 star Resort food. Overall great for family vacations , it’s feels like a resort in Florida.
Ramon made our trip memorable
Ramon is one of the workers and by far the most attentive and entertaining. He made the experience top tier. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere here and the variety offered is like no where else I’ve been. So much to do for everyone!
This place was excellent! Everything you need is at this resort. RAMON was the BEST server! The reason I come back!!
Ramon made this experience the best for us! I can’t wait to come back and see him! He keeps the people entertained while making sure he gives you excellent service. I can’t wait to come back next year. This resort has everything you need. I highly recommend!!
Spoiled on my birthday trip!!!
My Last Minute Birthday trip was a success and just what I needed! It was mot my first time here, but this visit did not disappoint! We were treated like family! From the moment we walked in, Issac did a great job during our check-in and did everything he could...
My Last Minute Birthday trip was a success and just what I needed! It was mot my first time here, but this visit did not disappoint! We were treated like family!
From the moment we walked in, Issac did a great job during our check-in and did everything he could to give me what I asked for. His personality and smile made it so easy. The room was great as always! Never had any complaints. Cleaning staff and room service was great!
The beaches are always beautiful. White sandy beach with bright blue water. I didn’t spend too much time on the beaches because the waves were pretty strong and I’m not a swimmer. But I did go lay out a couple times and the staff on the beach were also amazing and very attentive.
I did not spend much time on the beach, but I did spend every day at the pools. I’ve actually been to this resort multiple times, so I like to make my rounds to find my bartenders as sometimes they’ve been moved to different places. I used to hang out a lot at the guitar bar, but this time around it was too busy with children, and it wasn’t just the right vibe for me and my husband. However, the bartender DeLeon was so friendly, and funny. He did what he could with the little he had. For the first few days of the trip, they were short on certain liquors and completely out of soda water. I’m not into sweet drinks so that made it kind of disappointing for me but despite that, DeLeon’s charisma kept us there! Even though I didn’t go with any kids, I would go visit Yirda, one of my favorites from the Wait staff that was moved from the guitar pool. I would stop by every morning to say hi before going on with my day because she is amazing!
Now the Central Pool is where you go to party! The DJs are always playing great music, there’s plenty of food to snack on, and the bartenders are exceptional. Anderson and Jose took care of me every single day. They knew I was there for my birthday trip and greeted me every day with my shot of tequila! And I although I said the party is great there at the Central pool, I spend most of my time at the Eden pool. The Eden pool is more my vibe for this trip because it is an adult only pool that is tucked away discreetly, on the side of the resort because it is a topless pool.I didn’t see too much of that, but it wouldn’t bother me anyway. But the staff there was amazing. Noel, Hairol and Tiffany kept me there! Noel and Jairo have such charisma and make the best drinks. I was getting spoiled with fresh mango juice margaritas. so delicious! That pool just has a whole other ride. It’s so chill and great bars snacks too. It feels a little bit more upscale than the other pools. I also spent a lot of time at the bongo pool because it was near my room and I would stop by there on my way back. I was taken care of by Jorge, Scarlett and Amarilis. They provided great service and drinks. They are so fun and Scarlett even had everyone in the pool join in to sing me Happy Birthday…it was so sweet!
Now for the restaurants, I didn’t really go eat too many of the restaurants this time around because a lot of them have long wait times. However, I just spend a lot of time at Los Gallos, the Mexican restaurant. Which in a previous review, I spoke negatively about it. But I guess reviews speak loudly because it was a whole different experience than the last visit. They brought back color to the restaurant. They brought back a larger menu with tasty dishes. The tequila man is still being used as a server, but he does make little cameo appearances as the tequila man. He knew I was celebrating my birthday, brought out of sombrero and brought me a special tequila shot. It was great. However, one of the biggest reasons I spent so much time there was to go to the little bar in the back where there was a bartender named Dalvin. Omg!!! he was amazing! He made the best craft drinks I have had in a very long time. He had me coming back every single day and had a flavor of the day for me. One day he made all tequila drinks, another day it was coffee drinks, then he got creative with some creamy drinks., etc. And on the eve of my birthday, he brought me a birthday cake and had the staff sing to me. He was sad that he wasn’t gonna be there for my birthday and wanted to celebrate me before his day off. It was so sweet and made my night!
Because of the wait times of the restaurants, I did end up going a lot to a Mediterranean place, or the regular buffet for food. As well as ordering room service.
I would always end my night at my favorite spot, Moonlight. Again, spoiled, just about every day. My husband spent part of the trip, not feeling well in which I would have to go by myself sometimes. I always felt comfortable going there on my own. Victor always made sure I had a seat at the side of the bar. He makes amazing drinks, but my favorite is his espresso martini! The best I’ve ever had! The other bartenders Yordy, Jose, and Fermín we’re also very attentive. And they even remembered it was my birthday and poured me a birthday shot at midnight and wish me a happy birthday. It was so thoughtful of them. I was spoiled.
And lastly, on my way back to my room after my night at Moonlight, I would stop at the coffee shop. Where a sweet man named Angel, would make me the best lattes, and we hold a sandwich for me to have after the night.
This was definitely a trip to remember. The staff at the Hard Rock hotel Punta Cana made my birthday so special. And I will continue to go back over and over again!
