We just got back from our annual vacation to the Divi Phoenix. We have owned timeshare here for over 30 years. We stayed in the Phoenix 2 towers which recently received a small interior update….a nice refresh. My son and his family stayed in the villas which were recently fully renovated and look great now especially since the tubs were removed and they now have a walk in shower. Is everything perfect with the rooms…well no because of visitor abuse in my opinion. We did get placed in a room that had some plumbing issues and we were quickly moved to another room. If there is a fixable issue we call for Gabriel in maintenance who always comes quickly and assess the problem and fixes is. For example our washer was leaking and the plastic strip on the side of the shower door was coming off….in my opinion some people do not bother getting these small issues dealt with and then they become a bigger problem. Yvette and Claudia at the front desk always try to accommodate our room choice and we are appreciative of that. Michelle from concierge who also hosts the member’s party is always approachable. The pool and beach crew are the best…. they are like family to us…. this year we treated them to pizza as they work so hard to assure our comfort on the beach. Thank you Sandra, Julio 1, Julio 2, Ariel and Juan. Also very impressed with Joel who is the new pool and beach supervisor….he is very hands on and approachable as well. A few negatives for me are the hard style mattress which I asked the housekeeper (don’t have her name) to add some extra toppers on the bed and she did…..it helped a bit. Also, since we do cook some meals in the kitchen the cooking utensils are awful….we will be bringing our own in future since we stay longer than one week. The new butcher knife set is excellent though. Thank you Divi Phoenix for another wonderful vacation….it doesn’t get any better than walking 30 seconds and being on the beach and the additional new palapas are great too.

We loved Phoenix Aruba resort, where we stayed 3 weeks. We have been impressed by how everything and all their services were working properly and the rooms were supplied with everything you needed. Staff was friendly and professional. They have wonderful welcome party every week. We really think this was because of the great professional work of resort's general manager Ms. Lake. She was easily available to all guests if you wanted to speak with her and she is very helpful. We will be happy to return there. We have visited other resorts to compare with. We first stayed many years ago at Marriott Ocean Club and thought that we probably won't return to Aruba: tiny beach, to get palapa you need to get up before 6 am, then stay in line and pay $10 (back then) per palapa that is far away from the sea. Then we tried Paradise Beach villas and Cabanas resorts on Eagle beach, where we were afraid to swim in the sea in designated areas because of jet skies facilities located right by each of their beach areas. Their jets' noise and them trying to enter the protected swim areas and try to scare you to run over you. Our complaints to resort management did not do anything. We have no interest to return there either.

Kudos to Pure Beach for the great fun ,drinks and food we had watching the Superbowl All around service from the front door to room sevice was excellent AGAIN ! Looking forward to Feb 2025 ! The resort has less children than the other resorts on Aruba Food is pricey for the quality. If you want a Palapa you cannot reserve it, you need to get up before dawn to get a good one which was a NEGATIVE for us. Another negative is that the Divi has a 10 am checkout which is too early.

We had a wonderful, restorative four nights at the Divi Phoenix. The beach is beautiful and the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed several meals at PureBeach and PureOcean. The staff at this hotel is first rate. So friendly and helpful. Our room was older and will probably be renovated soon,...

We had a wonderful, restorative four nights at the Divi Phoenix. The beach is beautiful and the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed several meals at PureBeach and PureOcean. The staff at this hotel is first rate. So friendly and helpful. Our room was older and will probably be renovated soon, but it was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. We had massages at the spa by Kelly and Angeles. Simply wonderful!!! Our only complaint is that the hot tub was cold the entire time we were there. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a chill, relaxing vacation.

Loved our one week stay at the Divi Phoenix. Great staff. Solid location and enjoyable experience. Pools were lovely. Had to play the game to reserve a beach spot each morning. Beach was a nice size. Protected cove so no real waves and the swim area was shallow.

We had an issue with our assigned room that was resolved immediately and unexpectedly by the Divi Phoenix . After complaining to the front desk that we detected a smell of mold in a room that I had rented from an owner the resort responded by upgrading us to a waterfront room (# 205) where we viewed incredible Aruba sunsets every evening. I want to extend sincere thanks to whoever made the decision to handle this in such a generous and professional manner. Last week was our second stay at the Divi Phoenix but now we will definitely be returning many times in the future.

We have enjoyed staying here several times! It is just the right size where you are close to pools, beach and restaurants The staff have been great, especially Saudra mora at the towel hut and Charolette, our very helpful concierge. the cleaning staff and beach attendants are great too!

Divi Phoenix is so phenomenal that it's hard to figure out where to start! Not only is the resort an A+ but the staff is second to none. The Phoenix is perfectly located where a walk to the Palm Beach restaurant area is doable and the expansive surf and sand are not even a minute from your room. There have been a few staff changes, like Joel Altuve Fossi as the new Beach and Pool Supervisor (he is fantastic and always eager to help make your stay more than memorable) but some of the "old" beach/pool stalwarts, like Sandra in the towel hut and Ariel Ramirez, the two Julio's (Cesar Rodriguez and Alberto Morales) are still providing top notch assistance at the pool and beach. These "guys" can never do too much. Andres Navarro Tapias moved to PureBeach and Wave Shack Bars and he's one who is always extremely pleasant, affable and lights up a room with his genuine smile. At PureBeach Razqua Salie was our server several times and she was always on point. The checkin and room cleanliness were perfect ... Chido Geerman and Hansel Pineda, managers of those areas, can be praised for that as they have very well trained and dedicated employees. Our trips to the restaurants were great, especially The Wave Shack. Hamburgers were to die for and the pizza is so thin and very tasty...well worth our visits. All in all the time at the Divi Phoenix is always the best 3 weeks of the year!!
