Beautiful resort, amazing food, amazing views, beautiful shows...the dancers are incredible and super entertaining...the host Daniel is amazing...definitely my favorite resort so far and I come to Mexico every year. It's not a huge resort so everything is easily accessible and still spacious enough to enjoy the amenities.

We had the time of lives. We went here for our 10 year anniversary. People were so nice. Most of time we serve by Puga. He was the best. He made sure we didn't need anything. Everything was amazing. Thank you Sensira for the best anniversary ever

Simply amazing !!!! We had an amazing!!!! Andres,Yoshy y Alvaro we’re so cool and played amazing tunes!!!! I highly recommend them! Such an amazing vibe and time! We will be back sure!!! Get ready to dance and have nothing but an amazing time!!!!!!!!

The food in all of the restaurants was very good . Our favorites were the French ( need a reservation) and Italian ( no reservation needed ). Very attentive wait staff at all restaurants including the Buffett. The bartenders were quick and poured heavy (Javin at the main pool bar was our guy) . The rooms were clean and nice . We felt the communication of events and even where to find places in the hotel could be better. It is spread out so unless you know where something is you may not even know it’s there. Evening entertainment was ok … again it was not communicated well about where or what was happening at night. We did not travel w kids but this resort is full of them . It is geared toward families w young kids so if you don’t want that, this is not for you . There are not enough chairs around the pool and they don’t let you reserve chairs. If you leave your items on the chairs the staff will come and take it away. We never got our beach bag or a bag with 2 pairs of sunglasses in it returned even tho we inquired at the concierge desk each day. There is a lot of seaweed making the water color darker and not the aquamarine color as up in Cancun . The beach is shallow and short so mot great for walking along the beach . Aqua aerobics was good every day ( only 30 min) . Overall it’s a nice resort .

Sensira Resort was the best choice to host our family and friends for our destination wedding! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ximena was assigned as our butler and she was the absolute best! Ximena has a calming presence and she made sure we felt extremely welcomed as the wedding couple. Ximena had a special treat delivered to our room as the bride and groom. She made sure my wedding dress and my husband’s suit were steamed prior to the wedding. She picked up our welcome bags, welcome sign and had them set up before our welcome party. She definitely catered to my husband and I as a couple. We throughly enjoyed our stay in the Ruby Suite. The Ruby Suite was an absolute amazing room with a beautiful view to stay in. Sensira is an affordable, friendly resort that’s perfect to host your guests for a destination wedding! I highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week March 2025. We enjoyed all restaurants except for the Mexican. Good quality food and buffet offered a great variety. Amber Room - we were very happy with our room. We did enjoy the butler service as an automatic point of contact for any of our questions or needs. They took care of our dinner reservations for us which was a nice bonus and acquired a deck of cards we used for the duration of the trip. The room had an amazing view and was spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a bit small, just enough space for the two chairs and a small table. Having free access to the outdoor beds was an amazing bonus but be prepared to get up VERY early if you want to snag one for the day. The wifi service was strong and always connected. We travelled without kids so spent our days by the adults only pool. The size of the pool was great and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The only downside of the adults only area was the music. Same jazzy cover song playlist everyday. Would have been nice to change it up a bit as by the end of the week it got a bit tiresome listening to the same songs everyday. FYI, this resort had a LOT of kids! Not a bad thing, but just be aware if that’s not something you’re really interested in. The beach - the days we were there were quite windy, red flag for 3 and yellow the rest. We saw some people using the stand up paddle boards and kayaks but we weren’t interested. The beach was cleaned every morning of seaweed but it seemed an impossible task. As soon as it was removed, more just washed up. The effort was there though. You can walk a good kilometre or more one way. We used the treadmills in the gym in the mornings and the other equipment that was there, weights, machines, incumbent bikes, were often being used too, and another adjacent room that looked like it would be set up for group classes. Nice little gym to offer some exercise to work some of the food and drinks! The tennis court and basketball court were both out of service but we did play a round of mini put one day, which was fun. We didn’t partake in many of the evening shows or day time activities but it seemed that there was always something happening. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The poolside bartenders and wait staff were amazing! Never had an empty drink! Overall we had an amazing time during our stay!

Abraham in the Rodeo steak house gave 5 star quality service. I recommend every one to go to him. The resort has everything that you can think of. Amazing sea views. Reforge best resort in all of the Cancun area. Family friendly. Honey moon frendily.

Definitely a family resort but top quality to rival the more premium brands. We have stayed at many resorts. We were impressed by the cooked to order food on the buffet. The top quality liquors at the bar, the considerate staff, and the great specialty dinners. It was easily as good as some of the resorts that cost a lot more. As a couple the noise on the weekend was a bit much- but the positives far outweighed the negatives. We knew it was a family resort and would recommend it for anyone traveling with children.

Ribeye and sweet mash such a great experience 😉. We stayed on the resort and in the all inclusive menu. We found that the ribeye was good but the New York strip was a better order. They were obviously smaller 200 g per order for both the ribeye and the New York strip. But the New York strip felt like a steak and the ribeye was more grease and thin sides were good. We had the mushrooms and the sweet potato was a very good accomplice to both steaks.
