Overall, I will give a rating of 9.6 out of 10 for this hotel.
Location: It locates in the Tokyo Disneyland area. There is a mono-rail loop line in Disneyland. The hotel is just across the street of the mono-rail station 'Bayside'. There is a JR station 'Maihama' at Disneyland. To travel between the hotel and Tokyo is about 30 minutes by taking train.
Check-in: Check-in was fast. The hotel gives a few restaurant discount coupons which is a plus.
Condition: The hotel itself is dated but well maintained. However, the elevator button at the floor lobby is not sensitive.
Room: Room is clean, comfort and spacious. They are still using door tag for 'Do Not Disturb'. The light is controlled by switches, not like some hotels using the door key for controlling lights but I believe nobody would care about this.
Facilities: It is a very nice resort except no swimming pool.
Staff and service: Staff are very polite and offer exceptional services. When we arrived to check-in, we were offered wet towel for freshen up. The lobby staff offered to take our used towel as garbage.
Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay is one of the best hotels among all the hotels I have stayed in Japan. I definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel.

The hotel serves its purpose. We came to go to Tokyo Disney, but the buck stops there. Staff were nice but not at all inviting compared to the many hotels we stayed at in Japan. Rooms, lobby, restaurants, hallways, etc. were so dated that I felt like I had been transported back to the 1980s. Hotel felt as if it was struggling to figure out hospitality after COVID. Would not return.

The most experience was nice, especially the meals and staffing at the restaurant were lovely. Fontana the main dining was cozy and quiet, we enjoyed a great dinner with professional service.
But the front desk was horrible. They didn't show which cost will be subject to the hotel points. I think this accommodation does not have integrity.
If you are a mileage runner or point collector, please avoid this hotel.
Totally different from The Okura Tokyo.
オークラブランドのホテルとして認識しておりましたが、首をひねるサービスがフロントで多々あり、参りました!

I wouldn’t stay here again for a lot of reasons. We were lucky to get a 2 night stay here as there was a great deal on Booking.com we snapped up. I’m no way would I recommend anyone ever pay full price. We’ve stayed at MUCH nicer hotels for far less than they’re asking for normal rates.
Cons-
- Dated wallpaper/tv/bathroom
- Dirty carpets in room
- No coffee or water provided - every hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip until this one has provided complimentary water/coffee/tea
- You can feel the springs in the mattresses, need to be replaced desperately. It was an extremely uncomfortable bed
- Very, very expensive (to be expected with hotels with any hotels around Disney)
- No soundproofing between room and hallway. We heard every noisy guest arrive back to their rooms until late at night
Pros-
- Very helpful/friendly staff
- Convenient location next to Disneyland/Sea
- Amazing water pressure
- They held our bags at reception as we arrived before check in at 3pm and wanted to visit the park. Bags were waiting in our room on arrival
- Great, fast room service up until 12am
- Bus to Narita Airport can be booked through reception for 1,900¥

For your hair luxurious face creams ... i was super impressed with the choices.
Will definitely recommend the hotel if visiting the Disney Parks . Bayside station is directly opposite the hotel , there are shuttles all the time to the station although its not necessary as its literally across the road to the station where you can hop on the disney monorail to Disney park or Disney Sea park or to the shopping area Ikspari.
I stayed 3 night and
Loved it .
I will not recommend the spa at all . Its overpriced and not well trained therapists . I booked the in room massage and had another massage at the spa .... not good at all and cost about 12000 japenese yen .
This hotel is good value for the price paid and its location.
We arrived by train from tokyo station , jumped off at Maihama , boarded the disney rail and was at hotel in umder 5 minutes super easy .

This is a hotel in need of a makeover (Upgrades required). The place is genuinely clean to the best of their ability, but the owners need to invest and move on from the hotel they built 10+ years ago. Breakfast is pretty good. Saying this - the carpets are old, beds/pillows are worn out and curtains and the furniture is outdated. Defenitely has a old smell to the room upon entering. I would have cancelled and checked out immediately, if I had the option.
The staff are not as friendly and the first response to most questions is "NO", before even understanding the question. Very different to the humble culture across the rest of Japan.
We stayed here for 7 nights to and ended up going out of the hotel most days. They have a free shuttle bus to the station... and also have a paid shuttle to/from the airport - However, you have to ask for this information as it's not freely provided. Time to upgrade the hotel, or the new one getting built next door will outshine.
