Sky was fantastic. The staff in general is great here. Amazing place also Karen helped us a lot with booking our trips and changed our trips the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend to stay here is next to kata Beach which is a great location

Hello, I would like management to know that we my husband and I received excellent service here. The grounds were beautiful. The food was good. The care was very personable and friendly. Very warm individuals working here at Flora. Also, my husband got a cut on his arm and was attended to very well and bandaged on his arm very well. I love to get a shout out to sky. And Judy. Everything was so nice. The staff was very friendly and they helped us a lot. They let us checkout and drop our bags in hotel, gave us sea towels so we can enjoy sunshine and sea and have a shower afterwards at hotel even though we were already checked out....

Sky and his team were fantastic! The service was amazing, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel made us feel very special.

We had such a lovely stay at The Chanalai Flora Hotel, Kata. The Hotel is in a fabulous location, close to shops & restaurants & only about a 7 minute walk to the beach. What makes this Hotel so special is their outstanding staff. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived right up until we departed. Every staff member deserves praise; from the lovely two ladies who were continuously sweeping the breakfast & pool areas to keep everything clean & tidy, to the housekeeping & reception teams, to the other members of staff we had the opportunity to chat to. A huge thank you to lovely Sky, FOH Karen, both these members of staff went above & beyond to ensure we were comfortable, to M & Maria & the staff at the pool bar I believe we had a deluxe extra large room which was very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space & a microwave too. Both pool areas are suitable for children & for slightly older ones, there is a fun pool activity day every Saturday. The breakfast buffet will meet most needs, with a mixture of European & Asian Cuisine. I should imagine the staff would be more than happy to assist with individual dietary requests. Just a point to bear in mind that the Kata Beach area is extremely busy during high season. During our stay, the hotel was almost at 100% occupancy but it didn’t feel like it, especially as the breakfast buffet is available from 06:30-11:00. Another point is that like most Hotels in this area, room access will involve use of steps & a lift system. Our favourite local restaurant are, Kata on Fire; The Tavern & Gastone Italian Restaurant opposite The Chanalai Gardens. I would definitely recommend The Chanalai Flora. A sincere ‘thank you’ to all the team. Apologies if your name isn’t mentioned, it was a team effort to make our stay so enjoyable! We hope to return next year!

Fantastic experience here at Chanalai Flora, the resort is very comfortable with 2 pools. The staff are incredible as well and very accomodating to all needs, staff including Sky and Mai were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Great views as well from Executive Club room.

All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure the upmost satisfaction any guest could dream of when visiting a hotel. It was our first time in Thailand and it’s fair to say we will be returning again to this hotel next year. You literally could not want for more than what is already provided. The frozen cocktails by the pool are a must! Even during happy hour 3-6 we would no move and just live in the finest luxury. If there wasn’t so much to do in phucket I don’t think we would have left this hotel. A home away from home (if I was rich) this is the place. Cannot wait to visit and stay here again! Amazing place, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Nan who took all our cases to the room on arrival. The hotel is very clean and couldn’t fault it from the experience I have had. I will definitely recommend and stay here again myself

Great stay at chanalai flora for our last few days in Thailand. Beds are very comfortable and great air con. Good selection of breakfast at. Staff are very helpful , especially Nan who carried our heavy bags up to our rooms and always had a big smile

Very very nice hotel, good breakfast and good service. Sky was great. Five minutes to the beach and near to all good restaurants. We had a room, at a top floor with a very very ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️nice view. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing! Convenient location, amazing staff, and great buffet breakfast. Amenities were great as well. Kata beach was just a couple minute walk away. The staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pools were awesome as well.

Chose this hotel based on reviews, the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Nan. We got a free upgrade when we arrived, thank you. Our room was huge, clean and tidy. The pool area is lovely not many sunbeds for the size of place but we managed to get one no matter what time of day. Restaurant is lovely, breakfast has lots of choice. Snack menu buy one get one free on burgers and pizzas. The terrace bar and restaurant is lovely to sit at in the evening. People with walking difficulties this is not the hotel for you, steps to out room was 63 and we were on the ground floor, other than that brilliant location would definitely recommend.

Chanalai Flora Resort was very nice, the resort nearby the sea by walk just 5 minutes, the room was clean and comfortable. We spent time on vocation here. We’re so happy and comfortable. The staff very helpful especially Mai Gina and Judy.Next time I will be back.
