We visited for the third time over a period of 8 years, exceptional staff where everything is possible, they are very pleasant & welcoming, knowing us by name, the rooms are excellent, the pool area is laid back & peaceful with very comfortable good sizes sun loungers, the spa treatment...

We visited for the third time over a period of 8 years, exceptional staff where everything is possible, they are very pleasant & welcoming, knowing us by name, the rooms are excellent, the pool area is laid back & peaceful with very comfortable good sizes sun loungers, the spa treatment we both had were excellent, probably one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Food was excellent except little more choice in the Thai restaurant would help. Overall excellent !

Fantastic Architecture by Jean Michel Gathy )with one special room by Philippe Starck, which strangely no one onsite knew) - but cheesy italian interior design, which was made later by other poeople, does not reach the quality of the building design by far. Amazing views in 270 degrees - but sadly, reception staff is neither warmhearted nor too competent. Great food and great staff at the restaurants - but no general manager or senior management is greeting guests, caring about guests or at least visible. Superb 3 x 33 meters pool - but hotel opens no connection to the villages nearby, no shuttle or nature walks. --> too sad that this fantastic place is not overseen by Zecha/GHM/Azerai/Azumi - it could be one in a thousand, if it is managed with more heart and ambition!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Location, scenery and design were exquisite. Service was beyond amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our beach walk and Muay Thai. Lastly, they delivered wrapped presents on Christmas Eve! Wow!!!!!

The most amazing resort we have been to. The property is beautiful and has many options for leisure. The accommodations and food are awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a relaxing place with stunning views this is the place to be.

We stayed here 10 years ago on our honeymoon and chose to stay here again to celebrate our anniversary. The suite room with our own pool was fabulous with an amazing view. The service is as friendly as it was on our first visit and every member of staff we encountered always greeted us with the biggest smiles. The food we have had has been delicious, though some may find the menus limited, there has been enough choice for us over our stay. The spa experience was delightful and one of the best massages we have had. In summary - quiet luxury at its best.

Wow - this place. The views are incredible. The rooms humongous. Staff are friendly but don’t get too in your face and don’t try to hard sell you anything. They just leave you be and are there when you need them - Perfect. Breakfast is a real highlight, especially the a la carte selection. Try and get one of the front tables with a view. Spa is also very nice and has another couple of pools up there so another nice spot with a view. All in all. Highly recommend and would come again. The only thing to note (in case not obvious to others) is that there isn’t really a beach here, it’s all pool. However you can be driven to a stretch of beach to kayak / paddle board easily if of interest.

Excellent in every respect - staff, breakfast, comfort and views. Spa is sensational. Location was a plus for us, a real opportunity to unplug. We were happy to engage a driver when we wanted to dine elsewhere and found it easy to move around the island at will. I would certainly come back here and hope that I do. I am eager to explore other Como hotels based upon the excellence demonstrated at the lovely Port Yamu. Many thanks to all the staff who contributed to making our holiday such a delight.

We stayed in COMO PY In 2019, prior to Covid, and again in the weekend that just passed. 5 years later and the hotel has not lost a single beat. In fact I would saw that they have improved on their already great service. Appreciated how the recognised my C5 membership benefits, even on a daily busy weekend. We stayed in the Bay suite this time - and although there were signs on Aging on the floor tiles, the rooms were still maintained very well. In terms of the wellness activities such as yoga and spa treatments , it the best that we’ve experienced in our travels . The massage sessions is a must - if you’re able to get a slot. It was worth every single penny The only downside is that point yamu is fairly far from where the action is . But if you want somewhere that is peaceful, and without crowds, this hotel would be perfect for you
