Very good Hotel. Attentive friendly staff. Quiet, very clean rooms. Slept well. Breakfast more than enough. Well located. Public transport within walking distance. Shuttlebus to Haneda Airport. Very pleasant area. Next trip to Japan we will book the Hotel once more.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western dishes and was okay. The food was the same everyday so if you are looking for variety this would not be the best choice. Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very clean and modern hotel. Connected to the train station so it makes it a very convenient location to stay at. Rooms are spacious and would definitely stay here again if we had the chance to go again. The buffet was a bit unimpressive. The big disappointing thing was the pool area. The pool is indoor. I’m not sure how/why the hotel would charge people to use the pool in the summertime? Who would bother paying for that? At least it was free to use 11/2023. But the pool area is not impressive at all. Check in was simple and quick. Elevators are fast.

A great room to relax and take it easy. It was a large room, so It was easy to relax. In addition, close to shopping and eating. I love the balcony with chairs and table. We will definitely go back someday.

The hotel is in a good location and having a balcony with a view of the ferris wheel at night is magic! The staff were friendly and always helpful but I honestly think so is the entire country of Japan! The biggest negative is the state of the rooms...incredibly dated!...

We were looking for a Hotel to stay prior to our cruise. We found this hotel on TripAvisor and would recommend it for a short stay. Location is excellent about 30 mins from Haneda airport by Taxi and staff are great. Cruise port is 10 mins away and recommend booking...

Location is excellent about 30 mins from Haneda airport by Taxi and staff are great. Cruise port is 10 mins away and recommend booking a taxi the day before you board as there are very few available on boarding day.

Check in was super ,vey impressive and courteous. Was staying in a corner suite over looking the bay .was so disappointed when there was no water left in the room the second day and when called said it’s only given first day .we pay Same price for all 4 days...

Was staying in a corner suite over looking the bay .was so disappointed when there was no water left in the room the second day and when called said it’s only given first day .we pay Same price for all 4 days and it was not cheap as it was during the World Cup rugby semi finals . 2 bottles is not going to kill them . Very disappointed. Also no coffee in the room only tea . The housekeeping staff had not cleaned the morning cups . Was vey surprised. . Stayed in the best of hotels and this is not accepted .

We came for the rugby and for that was very well located as it is close to the fan zone. Think it is located in the CBD. A decent distance from where everything is happening next to yokohaama station. The hotel could do with some updating but otherwise nothing wrong...

I would come back and stay based on the hotel cleanliness etc. The area I am not 100% sure.

Spacious Room - Executive Twin Park View, Non Smoking, Free Wifi, helpful staff- stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it!! Great location too, large shopping Mall (Queen's Square) adjacent and easy to access. Access from this mall also to the Minatomirai Station for train services. Would definately stay...

The staff was friendly and worked hard to help when they could. The hotel restaurants are extremely expensive considering what you can get on the street. I would stay here again.
