Fabulous Hotel, with the most amazing staff! . They look after you so well but in a relaxing way. Some Hotels it feels forced, but at The Milestone you absolutely feel as though they care about you.
Everywhere was spotless & beautiful decor.
Would highly recommend this diamond of a Hotel.

Fantastic 5-star hotel in a superb location for Kensington, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park at a super price. The staff were incredibly attentive - we were given a tour on arrival, our room was ready early, the breakfast included was delicious and great value. There were little touches such as a hand-written note from the manager, box of freshly baked biscuits and London tea bags on arrival, plus a glass of champagne and a beer as a complimentary welcome. On returning to our room at night we had slippers each, a small bag of sweets on the bed and a lit floating candle in a small vase at the side of the bath! The room was quiet, the bed dreamy and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better night's stay.
£15 fees and a random £1 charitable donation were added to the cost - however, we let those slide as the service really had been fab. Not sure which charity we've ended up supporting though! There's a locked door to a disused Chapel on the ground floor which got me all intrigued - it would be fabulous to have an info sheet available with photos etc.!

The tourist buses that take you around London can be picked up right outside the door.
The breakfast is sensational. On our third, final night I stopped into the bar for an evening drink, which was also a great experience. The bar staff is great as are the servers in the restaurant, the concierge, the front desk people, and the doormen.
The Milestone was one of the true highlights of our short, first stay in London, and we are planning to return. Noel Coward stayed at the Milestone and, when we returned home, by chance we went to see the movie "Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale" in which Coward plays a central role. We felt as though we were part of the story!

We had an amazing experience staying at the Milestone. We had booked a room here for two nights at the end of our trip up to Scotland and to celebrate our engagement. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and in helping us celebrate. Everyone you encounter here from the doorman to the bar staff to the front desk is engaging and treats you like family. The hotel itself is also beautiful and cozy. The rooms are all unique and wonderful to stay in. You also cannot beat the location directly across from Hyde Park. We also highly recommend doing their afternoon tea service and grabbing a cocktail or two at their bar, The Saddle Bar. All the food and drinks were fantastic. In short, this was a magical stay for us, and we will be staying here from now on whenever we are in London.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped with directions, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable.
Our room was beautiful, elegantly decorated with the most comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and luxurious, with a fantastic shower that made it hard to leave in the mornings.
Breakfast was another highlight: delicious food served in a truly elegant setting. It felt like such a treat to start each day in such a lovely atmosphere.
The hotel itself is immaculate. I even commented to my husband that it looked like everything sparkled, it’s that clean and well cared for.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend The Milestone Hotel to anyone looking for a special, memorable stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the Milestone hotel and, as it was a double celebration of our 15 year anniversary and my partner’s Birthday, we stayed for 3 nights.
The fact we have been twice before already speaks volumes. We are always touched by the finer points of this hotel. Belonging to the Red Carnation Hotels one of the ethos’ of the group is that it emphasises on ‘providing an intuitive, deeply personal kind of service, shaped by care and passion’.
This is so evident from the staff and management such a high level of the personal touch that you feel relaxed and ‘at home’ straight away.
The hotel was full, with some guests taking resident for 3 months! Yet with such a busy season there was never a drop in service levels and each member of staff took time with us.
Wonderful hotel.. Mr. Andrew Pike will no doubt be very proud of his team… See you next year!

Wonderful neighborhood with great coffee spots and the park across the street! This was our second stay and will be back next year!! Get room service too!!! Delicious!
