This is our favourite hotel in London. Great location - central but quiet at the same time with good access to public transport. As always it’s the staff that make the difference - they genuinely care about your experience and make a good hotel into a great hotel.
A Great Afternoon Tea in Stunning Surroundings
My partner and I booked for afternoon tea last Monday at The Crystal Moon Restaurant to celebrate both our recent birthdays. The food was delicious, the surroundings stunning and the staff first class and attentive. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Just returned from a weekend in London and stayed at this stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, with tastefully decorated rooms that exude both comfort and elegance. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from ALL their lovely members of staff. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to make our stay perfect, which it was. Our stay here was fantastic, and would absolutely return. If you're looking for a place with not just great rooms and amenities, but also a staff that truly cares about your experience, the Corinthia London is the perfect choice!

The Corinthia Hotel London was by far the BEST hotel experience I've had in my life. Everything about this hotel is impeccable and professional. Every single staff member is well trained and understands the hospitality industry. We were greeted by several team managers as our reserved accommodation became unavailable due to some work required. We were given a warning by phone before arrival and were arrived an even better suite than we reserved. Again, there are wonderful people you meet along every step of the way, from bags, to check in, to attendants on the floor, to an impeccable housekeeping team. The accommodation was again, by far, the best I've ever experienced. I began early on to jot down names to assure the many members are recognized for their care and sincere attention to hotel visitors. I have a list of almost 20 names, but everyone was the same. PERFECT. The suite. Our accommodation was ready and spotless when we arrived. Attention to every detail is an understatement. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. You will not believe the linens and detail in the rooms. And team members checked in with us when they saw us to assure we were completely satisfied with everything. There were days we thought about staying in all day because it was so beautiful. The restaurants all seemed to be beautiful. Daily breakfast was a treat. The public rooms are magnificent. We dined one evening at Kerridge's and it was 5 star. The spa at this facility is also amazing. Although there was not time for a treatment, the facility is over the top in giving you a perfect experience after a long international flight, or taking the time to unwind and detox in the spa facilties. The location of the hotel was perfect. A short walk had you in Trafalgar Square, or Piccadilly, and walking tours were easily accessible. The public transportation was also closeby if that was what we wanted. There was always a taxi nearby and the door staff were fantastic. If you want a holiday or vacation that is truly memorable, I would say book the Corinthia without hesitation. If you want it to be perfect.... contact them in advance and let them know WHAT will make your stay perfect, and I assure you they will do all they can to make it happen. Thank you so much to the entire Corinthia Team !!! Sincerely, Rob Lonardo

From the moment you walk through the door, which is being held open for you, the staff go above and beyond from that moment on to make your visit not only memorable but precisely what travelers deserve. Check in process was a breeze, despite our room not being ready right away, which was handled expertly by escorting us into Northall for complimentary beverages while housekeeping finished things up. Shortly thereafter we were escorted by staff to our room, which was expertly appointed, clean, spacious and just overall fantastic. Need something? The team is on it. This spot does not disappoint, and Corinthia London is not only well worth the price, but ultimately ended up being one of the best experiences I have personally had staying in a hotel. Could not recommend more!

We were able to enjoy the fireworks just a couple of blocks from the hotel without the crowds. The staff is very attentive as you would expect. Rooms are quiet and well-appointed. We have booked a return stay later this year. Fish and chips at Kerridge's bar is worth the visit.

Beautiful Hotel, very clean, excellent customer service (Apart from the service from some of the waiters/ Waitress at Breakfast) on the first morning a waiter stood between our table and the table next to us talking to other visitors for at least ten mins while we were were eating so not very nice having his backside to look at while we were eating. The second morning service was very slow and had to ask where our drink was 3 times, we had almost finished eating by the time it arrived, not what you expect for a 5 Star Hotel. The Bedroom was lovely and had some lovely touches eg: A welcome bottle of champagne, A Cake and Jar of Sweets. The Bathroom was a good size with such a nice deep bath. Unfortunately the sink wasn't draining but got sorted straight away when I reported it. The Bed was large and very comfy as were the pillows. There is a well stocked mini bar , unfortunately we were charged for a drink we didn't have but we did get a refund when we questioned it. Also be aware there is a 27 pound a day charge on your bill which basically is a tip! But you can ask for it to be refunded if you don't want to pay it. The Hotel is very central for most places you will want to go , for example we walked to Buckingham palace, Piccadilly Circus etc.

My previous review was somehow never published, so I am here again to share my wonderful experience at Corinthia London. The hotel has a rich history, from being a command center during war time to the later Ministry of Defense, yet its gorgeous architecture and elegantly decorated interior connect guests to the timeless luxury. Additionally, its unbeatable location is self-explanatory. Both the room and service are top-notch among high-end 5-star hotels. What separates Corinthia from other luxury hotels in London is its amazing food offering. Yes, you read that correctly, I am praising the food at a hotel in a city not really known for its culinary imagination. Corinthia offers a wide range of food selection across various culinary specialties while maintaining excellent quality and taste for each dish (at least those I ordered). Not to exaggerate, I dined at the hotel for 8 delas during my 3-day stay because I cannot find better food elsewhere in London. Don't get me wrong here, I have stayed at other luxury hotels in London in the likes of MO and Hotel Café Royal, but Corenthia's food offerings remain unbeatable. (Regular dining, excluding Michelin starred restaurant). I would strongly recommend Corinthia to people looking for a luxurious stay in London accompanied with a great treat for your tastebuds.

The whole experience of staying at The Corinthia in London was superb , this is quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in and we can’t wait to return! I have stayed in many five star hotels around the world and the attention to detail at the Corinthia surpasses them all , from the lovely sweets in the room and the lemons for the gin and tonic everything was amazing Thank you for the early check in and late check out ,this was so helpful and relaxing We usually stay at shangri-la at the shard when we visit London but from now on we’ll be staying with you . The staff at the Corinthia are unbelievable and so attentive. This is where your hotel far exceeds anywhere else I have stayed and are a credit to your leadership. Special mention must go to Brookly on reception, she was so helpful when we checked in and showed us around the hotel and up to our room .

Just stayed overnight in a Deluxe King. Very spacious for one of the entry-level rooms with a hallway, dressing room, and seating area in the main bedroom. They have given the look and feel of a junior suite. I have paid more for much less space in London. It was a special trip, so we had some champagne/cake as a gift, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is beautiful. Very contemporary and stylish. The location is excellent for sightseeing and for getting about as it's across the road from Embankment. Westminster and the City are in very close walking distance along the Thames, which was lovely due to the weather. The rooms were cosy, well appointed, and immaculately clean. The staff from the moment we arrived we were friendly, approachable, and attentive. The service was excellent and what you would expect from such a hotel. Not all luxury hotels do offer such friendly feel, albeit you should expect it. These standards are not just achieved with recruitment or training. There are clearly good performance management regimes behind the scenes 👏. We only experienced breakfast with was excellent and the buffet section of a high standard. The hotel clearly caters to a wide market with children and families evident. The sweet trolley in the reception, for example, is a nice touch. All in all an excellent hotel. There is a friendly and homely atmosphere achieved, even though the interior is opulent. We will obviously be back and have joined the loyalty scheme. All the best.

We have stayed in the Corinthia many times and I am somewhat remiss for not writing this review sooner. The ultimate in Luxury in London. From reception to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant staff everyone throughout the entire hotel was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room we had was absolutely stunning. Classic large marble bathroom. A few standout staff were Lucia I believe at the front desk, and the entire breakfast restaurant staff. They also have an absolutely amazing spa that is not to be missed. A delightful place to spend a half day.

The elegant Corinthia Hotel far surpassed my expectations. Upon arrival after an overnight flight, we were surprised to learn our room was ready at 10:30 am and in addition, we were upgraded to an Executive room providing a spacious room with separate walk in wardrobe and large bath with heated floor and rain head shower. Every part of the hotel is gorgeous with flowers throughout and a stunning spa with pool. The location can't be beat. Tucked away in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to every major attraction in Westminster. However, the attention and care of the staff is what truly stands out. I can't begin to explain how many times the concierge team came to our rescue when plans were affected due to some VE Day activities causing road closures. Everyone made a point to connect every time we walked through the door. One of the best hotel experiences we have enjoyed!

We had two perfect nights at the Corinthia Hotel in London and really didn’t want to leave. We realised that every member of staff had made us feel special. They made a connection with us and there was a genuine feeling they wanted us to have a great time. If you asked where something was in the hotel they took you there, rather than just giving directions. Emma at reception was very welcoming and took me to our room and showed me all the facilities. My husband arrived later and Brooklyn make sure he knew where our room was. We were in a Junior Suite which was very luxurious. The linen was so soft and the bed was very comfortable. I went for a swim when I first arrived and Ella was very efficient, taking me to the changing rooms and showing me where the pool and other facilities were. The spa has a very relaxing atmosphere and I loved the huge sauna! My elderly father joined us for lunch. The doorman (Giorgio?!) was very kind and helped him out of the taxi and up the stairs so he was safe. We moved slowly to the Garden for a wonderful lunch. We were served by Carlo and Katerina who looked after us beautifully. My father said it was one of the best lunches he had ever had! In the evening we had cocktails at the Velvet Bar and were looked after by Nikolie and Christian. Wow - what a place! The bar had a great buzz and the cocktails were out of this world. It felt very special. We had dinner at Northall and were served by Harry, Matthias, Ashish and Daria. The food was sensational and we had a great evening. Breakfast on both days was delicious and the service was excellent, even on Saturday when the hotel was very busy. Our room was kept beautifully clean and we loved the turn down service, including the lavender bag on our pillows. I cannot praise this hotel more highly. The atmosphere, food, spa, bedroom, and bar are all exemplary. But it is the staff that really make it special. Everyone was so kind, attentive and helpful, and make our anniversary celebration one we will never forget. Thank you to everyone - we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Corinthia London. Everything was great - the room, the service, the food, the location. We were able to check in on arrival at about 10:30am. We were upgraded to a Trafalgar Suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. An unusually nice touch was that the bathroom was heated. We had fresh flowers throughout and treats every day. We had their afternoon tea, which was delicious with great service and as much food and tea as we could want Plus a nice chat with the piano player. Breakfast was very tasty, both room service and in the restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and eager to be helpful. The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to the National Gallery. We would be very happy to return the next time we're in London.
