We stayed at this hotel three nights 23rd to 26th February and booked it through Michelin. The positives include the main fact that we enjoyed three perfectly peaceful nights sleep, with quiet corridors and 'do not disturb' respected. Towels and bedding were excellent, and the bed was mighty comfortable. In terms of location, Green Park across the road, the tube a couple of hundred metres away, an easy walk to Leicester Square, Soho, Fortnum & Mason etc.
The negatives. In terms of the staff, it's the most impersonal hotel I've ever stayed at. Not a single smile from any employee, not a courteous word, a greeting, even a welcome. It seems to me that this is a hotel used primarily by business people. The bar is an absolute cacophony of mainly men conducting business meetings for much of the day and evening. On one occasion we left our seats and took our cocktails to our room because of the foul language from the 'Hooray Henrys'.
The deal with Michelin gave us a £20 per night discount on food and beverages. At check-out, the staff knew nothing of this so (you know the feeling), we had to enter into negotiations in order to have the deduction made. So unprofessional.
So, our quest for the perfect London hotel to which we can consistently return, continues.

Best hotel location if staying in Mayfair
Excellent location just off Piccadilly. The hotel rooms are very well equipped however they are on the small side but “perfectly formed”. Very good showers, nice toiletries. Breakfast is good, served during the week until 10.30am however the buffet was shut down swiftly at 10.34am.

A special shoutout as well to Romario, the bar maestro behind the most incredible espresso martini we've ever had -smooth ,rich and perfectly crafted. We've already looking forward to our return.

We booked the Mayfair Hotel with high hopes as we have stayed in some other lovely high calibre boutique style hotels in Mayfair & elsewhere in London. First impressions were quite good , there is a lovely bar although the guy on reception was notably miserable & somewhat unfriendly...maybe hospitality isn't the right profession for him & he wasn't any better the following day! We had upgraded to the Deluxe room as we expected others to be too small & although the room was very nicely appointed, it still felt on the small side & the wardrobe was near useless, not even tall enough to hang a shirt, let alone a blazer that I had brought along. I approached reception to express my disappointment & after been passed to a manager/supervsor was told that the hotel was full in all categories but we could be moved the next day to improve the situation. The next day came & we were offered another deluxe room ( we had to push to get to actually see it) that was bigger & lovely but without a shower cubicle but a shower over a bath only & very low, which would only have been suitable if you were 5ft4 & I'm 6ft!, clearly a pointless swap & somewhat frustrating. I asked if there was anything else even in a higher category & was told there wasn't & the hotel was full. This clearly wasn't true as I checked on line at the same time, even on the hotel's own website & there was indeed some availability. If you are going to blatantly lie make sure the facts can't be verified as discerning guests are not stupid when you try to fob them off! We were offered a complimentary breakfast which was a nice gesture but not something we really needed & a room we were happy with would have been much better. Whilst this hotel may appear nice on the surface the overall feeling was not that great for the money, we have stayed at much nicer with more friendly staff, a smile costs nothing & maybe the senior management here need to teach there staff this! We are used to staying in lovely luxury hotels that we choose carefully & this place sadly felt like quite a disappointment.

Relaxing, excellent customer service. A unique and welcoming hotel.
Had a delightful stay in May. Riyas the concierge was delightful and a true help in time of need. He arranged a photographer for an event we were hosting on less than 24 hours notice. Really went above and beyond and we so appreciated his attentiveness!

We went for the dandy bar experience, which is all about cocktails. Good location right off Picadilly. The barman Mario was fantastic, we had a great time. Cocktails were amazing and great food too. Nice atmosphere and great service. Recommended.

They decorated the room so nice and made me feel so special with the birthday goodies and “happy birthday” written on the mirror. The service was impeccable and the room was outstanding. We managed to get a free upgrade on our room. We stayed in the executive suite - highly recommend the extra splurge if you can! Everyone was so helpful and truly made our experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Special shoutout to Nebih and all the staff!!! Truly a pleasure! We will be back.

My husband and I were attending a gala ball at the Mayfair so decided to stay the night. Very warm welcome at reception: a delightful receptionist. Beautiful lobby and the cleanliness was obvious.
We were happy with the check in and complimentary coffee, for being Radisson members. We were allocated room 618 as an upgrade; not convinced it was an upgrade. It was bright, clean and had a beautiful bathroom but was directly opposite the building site and had no dressing table, full length mirror or dressing table chair anywhere in the bedroom, to do my hair and makeup. I had to blow dry my hair and do my makeup in the bathroom, standing up !! I now believe it was a standard room and not a premier suite as were led to believe. Shame. My only observations are the lack of suitable curtains- the blinds allowed light to pour in at 5am. So a reduced sleep unfortunately. Finally, breakfast is lovely with lots of excellent choices, BUT rather pricey at £39! I don’t eat a lot so it was absolutely wasted on me. The 12.00 noon check out is wonderful, as most hotels are 10.00am. We will be back as it was a pleasure to stay here but next time, will know to request a room with dressing table, chair and make up mirror.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and staff are extremely helpful, professional and kind. We stayed in the executive room. Again, very nice with a view of the street. Concierge were especially helpful! The guys who worked on Saturday were the best! The bar isn’t cheap. On Thursday I ordered a standard gin & tonic that cost $39 Australian Dollars! OMG! I think they added their own tip. Also the bathroom in the room was very squashy. Very clean though. The bar fridge wasn’t cold so maybe the hotel needs to address this. All in all it is a great hotel!

This was a trip to London to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. I can safely say that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly without being intrusive to your stay. The room we stayed in was generously appointed with a king size bed a seating area with sofa. En-suite toilet and shower room. As it was my wife’s birthday we were shortly after arrival given complimentary cakes and on the day of her birthday a lovely message was written on the mirror wishing her a happy birthday and hoping she had a wonderful day. We were sad to leave but will set be back for another stay soon.
