Superb couple of days. Location excellent but all staff exceptional , especially Arelia, Thomas and Dorina. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. The welcome we had from Christian (bartender) was warm and welcoming. He made wonderful cocktails. Our waitress, Vera, was very attentive during the afternoon tea service and we can't thank her enough. We will certainly recommend the hotel to friends and family and will be back again in the future. Thank you again.

We had breakfast on both days, which was amazing with a fantastic variety of choices. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Excellent service and attention to detail, perfect for a weekend escape. Loved the bed time book and reading light, a touch of class. Special mention to the commisionaire, a fellow Welshman, his restaurant recommendation was spot on! Diolch yn fawr.

High recommandation! Especially Concierge Jorge is a dear Advisor, who made our trip special and unforgettable during our stay as a couple!as well we want to mention Angelo , the Chief of stables Bar who endulged is with Perfect Drinks! Looking forward to come back!

The Milestone Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in London. Everything feels well considered and of high quality. The Stables Bar is a real highlight, offering a cozy and stylish space to relax. The cocktails are superb, and the staff are attentive without being overbearing, which makes all the difference. The team at the hotel go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and their friendly approach makes the stay even more enjoyable. The combination of a great location, stunning interiors, and excellent service makes The Milestone a place that really stands out. Highly recommended.

When we visit the Milestone it’s like coming home, the staff are so friendly and they really look after us. It’s small and personal and that’s what we love. It’s the perfect location for a visit to the Albert Hall, the History or Science Museums, Hyde Park and Kensington and is only 5 mins from the circle line. Fabulous Hotel, with the most amazing staff! . They look after you so well but in a relaxing way. Some Hotels it feels forced, but at The Milestone you absolutely feel as though they care about you. Everywhere was spotless & beautiful decor. Would highly recommend this diamond of a Hotel.

Fantastic 5-star hotel in a superb location for Kensington, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park at a super price. The staff were incredibly attentive - we were given a tour on arrival, our room was ready early, the breakfast included was delicious and great value. There were little touches such as a hand-written note from the manager, box of freshly baked biscuits and London tea bags on arrival, plus a glass of champagne and a beer as a complimentary welcome. On returning to our room at night we had slippers each, a small bag of sweets on the bed and a lit floating candle in a small vase at the side of the bath! The room was quiet, the bed dreamy and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. £15 fees and a random £1 charitable donation were added to the cost - however, we let those slide as the service really had been fab. Not sure which charity we've ended up supporting though! There's a locked door to a disused Chapel on the ground floor which got me all intrigued - it would be fabulous to have an info sheet available with photos etc.!
