My husband and I stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon travels to Japan and Okinawa. This hotel is very beautiful and quite peaceful! The staff were very polite and accommodating. We loved our room- very clean and excited about the heated toilet seats- lol! The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet that pretty much got us through to dinner everyday- but get there early to get a table or you have to wait, but they also will ring your room when your wait is over which makes it nice.
There is only one piece of wisdom I wish I knew before staying. It’s a little confusing because the check in desk is located on the 4th floor and the hotel goes up from there. When you don’t speak the language this is a good thing to know. When you walk into the hotel after unloading your luggage- you have to go up the elevator to the check in desk. Hope this helps!!
We will stay here every visit we return and there will be many as my husbands heritage is from Okinawa.

This place is so beautiful, and the staff was AMAZING! I arrived before my husband, and I didn’t have to lift a finger from the time I pulled up to the time the lady closed the door to my room. I appreciate great customer service!
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is amazing! We stayed on one of the Premiere floors, and that came with some small perks: free breakfast (which was delicious), discount on any other meal of of the day, free drink at the bar (including non-alcoholic), free coffee and tea in the rooms, early check-in and late checkout times, etc.
Outside the hotel, there are many things within walking distance, and the airport is only 5 minutes away. It’s within walking distance to Kokusai Street.
Enjoy with the one you love 💕 We will certainly stay again!

The quality of room amenities are a surprise for us. They offer La Mer shower gel, shampoo and two sets of basic skincare samples. They also offer other amenities which you can see it from the photo.
The hotel is situated next to a monorail station, it's very convenient if you are not renting a car.
The downside of this hotel is that it is situated between 5th and 14th floor. You would need to take a lift to the 14th floor first, then change to another lift to get to your room. Other than that, everything is great!
Rihga Royal酒店的客房非常寬敞,取決於您選擇的客房類型,你仲可以從客房欣賞美景。大家都知道日本的酒店房間可以好細,但Rihga Royal的房間很大,這是選擇rihga royal 的主要原因。正!

This is a very pleasant, modern hotel with excellent facilities, a good location (rooms overlooking the port and the river), very close to the airport and right next to a monorail station. Rooms are large and well-appointed. Service is warm and attentive. Terrific breakfast - Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes at the 14/F restaurant. Remarkably beautiful decor in the form of ceramic wall tiles and reliefs. The only slight inconvenience is the need to change lifts at the reception floor (14) to access the guest rooms, i.e. you always have to go to that floor first when you want to get to your room or leave the hotel.

It was the first time we (my wife and I) travel to Okinawa. Unlike many tourists seeing the island’s beauty by driving a car, we decided to take public transportation for our Okinawa trip. Therefore, the location of the hotel where we stay was crucial.
Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa is located by Asahibashi Station (旭橋駅) with a 2-minute walk across the walkway and a 2-minute walk to Naha Bus Terminal. It is about 15 minutes from Naha Airport to the hotel by taking the Yui Rail (ゆいレール). In addition to public transportation, we also took bus tours to many of Okinawa’s most popular destinations. Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa is very close to Okinawa Kencho-Mae (沖縄県庁前) which is one of the meet points of many bus tours. Although the hotel is not located at Kokusai Dori Street (国際通り), the most popular shopping street, it is close enough (about 10-minute walk). We can still easily enjoy the shopping and stay away from the noise of the busiest street in Okinawa.
- To Naha Bus Terminal: 2-minute walk
- To Asahibashi Station (旭橋駅): 2-minute walk
- To Naha Airport (via Monorail): 15 minutes
- To Okinawa Kencho-Mae: 10-minute walk
- To Kokusai Dori Street (国際通り): 15-minute walk
Our room (standard room) was comfortable and spacious. Although we only had one luggage, I can imagine the room is big enough for two people with four large luggage. The bathroom is also big enough that my wife and I can use it at the same time. The bathroom has a separate toilet room, which is very pleasant.
The complimentary toiletries are handy, especially the following two items. 1. Wash body towels (for wash and scrub our body) which were the first time I saw a hotel provides this item. 2. Two color toothbrushes. The idea of different color toothbrushes is neat so we will not be confused.
Like most hotels in Japan, the toilet has a washlet toilet seat. It did not have many features to adjust but good enough.
The reason the service is not 5 is that in the last night, the room door was not close properly at the moment when we came back. Of course, the concierge staff sincerely apologized for the mistake after we told her this incident. The room door is supposed to close automatically; however, the housekeeping should be more careful when leaving the room.
Worth it? Totally! Highly recommend for people who don’t drive and take public transportation or local bus tours.

Hotel lobby is located at 14th floor with a splendid view of the city and river.
Room is actually quite a good size although layout a little weird. It seems there was some renovation done as room looks pretty new to me, except for the carpet.
Dined at their restaurant and it was quite a lovely one. Food is quite good, although not exceptional.
Hotel is right at a Yui rail station and next to a small quaint mall cum library. There are also many convenience stores within reach. So convenience is definitely there, although lacking in terms of dining choices in the vicinity.

It's a good experience for vacation in Naha.
My wife and I had a great vacation in this hotel. It has perfect location, friendly staffs, and nice quality for staying. It is near the bus terminal station and Kokusai Dori Street. It is also convenient to take a trip by hip hop bus in Okinawa.
