Regarding hotel's IRRESPONSIBLE responding to customer, I'd like to share on this review page. I had a stay at this hotel from 7 June to 10 June and lost a HAT (USD300) in OUR OWN ROOM when we were outside. Literally it disappeared. We reported this to Concierge manager, and they searched our room with the full inspection including safe and luggage cases, but not found. They doubted that we lost outside, and we asked to check the CCTV. By fully reviewing CCTV footage, they confirmed we carried the hat back to our room and the hat was never bought outside again. Also, they confirmed by access card log that the only persons who came into our room were us and the CLEANING STAFF. After we ask for their policy, we found the clause saying in any cases the lost items will be compensated for only with / without amount limits. But on the departure day morning, they showed another revised policy and said it will not be compensated unless deposited to the front desk. Although they confirmed the hat was not lost outside and never brought outside again by CCTV and the cleaning staff came into the room, they keep saying there is no evidence of THEFT and not refundable. Even, they keep asking us to CALL THE POLICE to shift their responsibility to the local police. Why do we stay at this luxurious hotel when we are not safe from the THEFT? Why do they not admit the responsibility even they themselves confirmed the situation with CCTV and the full inspection? Not Understandable.

Our first room had a strong smell in it. We got moved to another room. Same smell and not clean at all. The staff had a try to clean, but the silicon grouts were basically rotten. I talked to the receptionist again and we got an upgrade to another room. This was cleaner, not perfect though. And unfortunately the same bad smell. The staff is polite over all. The hotel has seen better days though. Good if you like local breakfast. If not you will have to queue early morning and then have a mass processing breakfast in the crowd. Good thing - there is a Family Mart nearby.

To begin with, all over Japan they are Xenophobic, the staff that serves you is always with a smile and very friendly but the people on the street look at you funny, turn away and in many places refuse to serve you, saying an absolute no with their arms. They do not speak English, in some places they mumble English and exceptionally there are people who speak it. The hotel The organization was horrible, we had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast the first day and 40 minutes the next, a hotel with breakfast buffet has to know its capacity and be able to serve its guests without having to be booking and waiting. To have dinner you also have to book in advance.... The swimming pool for adults is a mini square, in the rest of the areas it does not cover anything, very very small for adults. The pool and beach hours are from 9am to 7pm!!!!! Only!!! I do not understand why so late or so early, a disgusting! If you want to go to the pool from 19 to 21 you can go paying 2.000¥ x person!!!!! A robbery!!!! The prices of the restaurants are very expensive!!!! It is not worth eating in them. Outside there are plenty of restaurants at good prices and with good food, but if you go more than 2 people book before. To access the indoor swimming pool you also have to pay! And also for the gym! And not a little... If you want a sun lounger you have to pay, a mat on the ground pay, you can only lie on the ground or on the sand. If you want a float you have to pay too. And the prices are very high, a robbery! You can not access any pool, or spa, or do any water activities if you have tattoos.A shame!!!!! I have paid like everyone else and I am not Japanese to have to suffer their problems of intolerance. If they want to receive tourism from other countries they will have to change and adapt. The beach is small and full of corals that you get stuck in your feet, if you come bring booties, and at the end of August is jellyfish season so you have to be very careful when bathing. Very disappointed with the hotel. However, the Aquarium is spectacular so I recommend coming but to another hotel

I recommend the club room on the top floor. The reason is that the sunset is beautiful and there is nothing to block the surroundings. The hotel has a good restaurant and friendly staff. The pool was kid friendly so the private beach was quieter. 最上階のクラブルームをオススメします。何故なら夕日も綺麗で回りに遮る物が無いからです。ホテル内のレストランは充実しスタッフも親切です。プールは子供向きなので、プライベートビーチの方が静かでした。

I tried various hotels in Okinawa, but now I'm settled here. The staff were very helpful, and I used the gym, spa, and room service for breakfast every day. The private beach is also small but quiet. There are places to eat in the surrounding area, and the hotel restaurant is also substantia. 立地や施設及び周辺環境のバランスが良いです。客室は広く、景色も抜群です。朝のルームサービスや各種施設が利用できるクラブルームがお薦めです。食事はフレンチが美味しいです。ワインのリクエストにも応えてくれます。

We had an amazing stay. We booked the club room on the 12th floor and from our bed, we had a spectacular view of the ocean. We woke up each morning to the beautiful view and were greeted by sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach. We enjoyed the facilities like the indoor pool, (garden pool wasn't opened yet) hot bath and the lounge that provided us with drinks all day. Free parking was offered as well, which was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was well prepared, I'd recommend the buffet breakfast, it had a great range of local dishes. For the Japanese breakfast, opt in to upgrade to the Okinawan breakfast for a taste of seasonal produce. Nothing to hate about this place! I did wish I was there during the warmer seasons so I could really relax by the beach; it was a little chilly!

We stayed here for 2 nights and regretted not staying for more days! The hotel gave us free upgrade to bigger room (maybe cause of convid 19 not much tourist. But still a very nice gesture. Room is very big and the balcony faces the sea directly. You can visit the beach which is link to the resort at level 1. Breakfast was great! There are 2 restaurant to choose from (buffet style or Japanese bento style) we tried both and were great! The carpark is at the basement and the parking fees is 500 yen per day. It doesn’t matter if you exit and come back it will still be 500 yen. We paid 1000 yen for parking 2 nights stay. The location of this resort is also very convenient, walking distance to lots of restaurants and convenient store (Lawson and family mart). If you drive it is also near to cape zanpa, manza and some other attractions. The only downside is you have to pay to access the indoor Swimming pool and gym. I would come back again when I visit okinawa next time! The service here is great too!

This is a wonderful resort with caring water facilities. The snorkelling by hotel is very good for beginners. And the trainer is very nice. The view from the hotel balcony is excellent . Highly recommended the hotel buffet breakfast.
