We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Panwa, which offered a soothing and comfortable ambiance, perfect for relaxation. My spacious room featured a stunning sea view, a cozy bed, good AC, and strong WiFi. The shower room was clean and roomy, adding to the overall comfort. We also enjoyed two delightful dinners at Tamarind, the hotel’s Thai restaurant. Every dish was excellent, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The warm and inviting ambiance made the dining experience even more special.

We had a a very good stay overall. Hotel has all the necessary facilities and then some, although it is a bit old and worn-out - could definitely do with some refreshing or even renovation. Service was excellent and enjoyed the F&B offerings, in particular Tamarind, where we ate twice....

We had a a very good stay overall. Hotel has all the necessary facilities and then some, although it is a bit old and worn-out - could definitely do with some refreshing or even renovation. Service was excellent and enjoyed the F&B offerings, in particular Tamarind, where we ate twice. Shame that it opens only for dinner! Breakfast buffet selection was very good. I appreciate especially the rare inclusion of gluten-free breads. Panwa area also not isolated as there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Two areas that were not as satisfactory, however. One, I was first given a room that had no sea view to speak of even though I paid more for one. Worse, I was put next to a construction site. It was a bit unacceptable, especially when I’m an Accor Platinum member. Hotel did well in upgrading me subsequently, which I totally appreciate. But it made me wonder why they didn’t do it in the first place given my membership tier’s entitlement. Two, the sea water is unfortunately not very clear. I know it’s nothing the hotel can do anything about but just something for anyone hoping to see crystal clear waters.

Excellent hotel and great service especially from Bow, Fon and Kelvin at the bar who were a pleasure to see, The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was also excellent . We had a number of evening meals in the hotel and the food was of a high quality and well presented .

Good hotel from staff. The view is perfectly. Everyone is willing to help during the stay. The beach is beautiful and villa is perfect. Special thank to Sun who checked us in and bell staff, Bell. Tong. And during check out Gail and JB is good and willing as well.

The resort is located in a quiet area of Phuket and was a little further away than we had realised (about an hour from the airport). Nevertheless, as this was not our first time in Phuket it wasn’t a problem for us as our focus was just on relaxing. We had a beach front villa with a lovely view over the ocean. The tidal shifts here are very noticeable so at different parts of the day the beach has more of a mud flat look but when the tide is in it’s beautiful. There are plenty of activities to do at the hotel - morning yoga, aqua aerobics and even family film nights. We had the all inclusive package (not what we would normally choose) for breakfast, lunch and dinner and cocktail hour and the food and food choices are excellent and varied and designed with adults, children, food allergies and dietary requirements catered for. We’re glad we had the all inclusive package as there are very few restaurants outside or near the resort. The waitstaff are professional and friendly and thanks to Kate for looking after us over the two weeks. Ning and her colleagues made sure we had every comfort in our room. We stayed for two weeks which is a bit long for doing very little but would definitely recommend for families or couples looking for four to five days of unwinding in a beautiful setting.

Very off beat Property 1 hr from the airport. Wonderful sea view rooms with unspoilt beach connected to the property. Their Thai restaurant is very popular.2 swimming pools .do try the indian restaurant opposite the property.also huge spread in breakfast with live counters

We spent 4 nights at the Pullman as part of a wider SE Asia trip, and this was designed as the relaxing, beach part of our otherwise active trip. It turned out to be the nightmare, due to the shockingly substandard & crassly incompetent behaviour of the staff in the face of terrible guest behaviour, with a management that are not interested in the guests but more in promoting their questionable sustainability initiatives. Here is our experience: Day 1- We checked into our private pool villa with beachfront access, and the room was stunning, nicely decorated, very spacious bedroom & bathroom, high ceilings, good amenities, and large windows with a splendid view onto the private terrace & pool and the sea. We had dinner at Tamarind, which was quite price for what it was - the fact that we were maximum 3 tables for dinner, at a time when the hotel occupancy we were informed was 90% was telling. Our first night was ruined and disturbed however by the the guests in the villa directly next to us. They made loud noises, played loud music on their phones, and drank till the early hours, very disrespectful behaviour. We did not make a fuss on our first night, but had an extremely poor nights sleep, sadly the villas not being isolated phonetically. Day 2- we went to reception first thing in the morning to inform them and ask to change the villa. The night manager (Matthew?) was still on duty and he apologised and informed me those specific guests are checking out the following day, and he offered us another villa for the night and to call if the situation repeats that evening- seemingly fine initial response and being one more night to possibly endure, we decided to remain in our current villa. Safe to say the situation repeated itself, as we returned from dinner to our room at 2200, the sound from the 3 arabic guests next to us was overwhelming, turning from laughing to almost aggressive, feral screaming, and loud incessant arabic music. We immediately called reception and spoke to Matthew who arrived on scene and managed to get the attention of the guests and asked them to quieten down. 10 minutes after he left, they started again, more loud than before, so again we proceeded to call reception who sent a security guard, a young teenager, who knocked on the door and asked them to be quiet again, by this time it was already 0100. This again did not work, and whilst the music stopped, the loud voices and screaming continued into the night. What we found shocking, was that not long after this second visit, waiters were arriving to the villa next door with more bottles of alcohol !! A total slap in our face. Management should have had the common sense to stop serving them, after the complaints received and the shocking behaviour. Again, after 2 nights in our supposedly relaxing 4 night stay, we failed to rest and had a disastrous night. Day 3- we called reception to confirm the 3 troublesome guests are indeed checking out, and were told by a small deputy manager, JB, that in fact they are checking out tomorrow and Matthew had misinformed us. This was an extremely basic mistake to make, had we known then we would have made the effort to change the villa the previous day. We complained that we would like to speak to higher management and we requested a rebate or gesture on the 2 nights that we simply failed to rest and were a nightmare to our holiday, and were informed that we would sit down with the manager the following day, meanwhile we reluctantly agreed to use another villa that evening just to sleep in. We were offered a use of the spa, which we rejected, as we felt it was completely disproportionate, and also offering a dinner was mentioned. More importantly, it was agreed that JB would allow us to speak to management the following day. This entire discussion with JB was done over the phone, I would have at least expected the deputy manager to come and discuss in person in our villa when he saw how irate we are, as a basic customer service. That evening, after dinner, of course the guests were screaming and feral again so we went and slept in the spare villa, which had just been freshly painted that day so there was a strong paint smell in the room... Day 4- we moved back to our villa in the morning, and spent the day at the private pool and on the beach, waiting for the guests next door to finally check out so we could enjoy some peace. We explicitly did not recontact the front desk, and spent all day waiting to see if we would indeed be contact by any manager who was interested to speak to us. Safe to say, and disappointingly so, there was ZERO follow-up and nobody, not even the lowest deputy manager, or anybody contacted us that day. There was no follow-up on the dinner offer, which we would have rejected anyway, and at checkout there was no, how was your stay, we apologise for any inconvenience, let us make a gesture on your bill etc, simply pay and get out, as if we had been the guilty or troublesome guests. This was shocking behaviour - whilst the hotel cannot be held responsible for the initial behaviour of the guests, it can control them better, by managing situations that arise in a more efficient manner, and informing guests of basic rules such as keeping noises at a minimum from 2200 to 0700 for example, at risk of any fine, but nothing. The 2 general managers were even there at breakfast during our last day and walking around the resort, but there was not even an inkling to discuss with us, so this was pitiful behaviour from a 5* resort in the face of deplorable guests, ruining the holiday of other guests. Other points to mention: - the neighbours to the other side of our villa were also arabic origin, and spent the entire days on their loungers on the beach (so next to us), also playing loud arabic music on their phones, and smoking marijuana, even when we had families with small children in the other villas surrounding us, also using the common beach area. - happy hour (1500-1600) is inconsistent service- one day we were told they would bring it to our lounger, and the following day, we were informed happy hour applies only to the immediate pool vicinity and not to our lounger beach area, and it was only after insistence they agreed to it. - there is a nearby mosque, and everyday, 2 or 3 times per day, there is loud arabic calls to prayer, which are quite disconcerting and annoying to hear. - the beach is only useable to swim in from around 1200-1500 (Jan/Feb) due to the tide, the rest of the time, it is mostly mud for 100m. - breakfast we found delicious. - the villas became very hot and stuffy during the nights, also making sleeping problematic, as turning on the AC was not an option due to its extremely loud noise. - there was also loud frog noises due to small swamp like rivers between the villas. this we lived with, due to being in nature, but they are worth mentioning as they were loud and constant. - the daily turndown service was very inconsistent, on 2 days, our towels, had been removed but not replaced. On one day, our bathroom towels had been replaced, but not our beach towels. All these required calls to reception to resolve and multiple calls as took 30min+ to finally have housekeeping react. - whilst the villa area is spacious and has mostly a private beach area and grass lounger area, the rest of the areas, namely the main pool area and beach area, for all the other guests, was very crowded, with loungers inches away from each other, so we were relieved to have some space, and explicitly avoided the pool area, it did not look like an area one could relax, but more like a package holiday area in Benidorm. If we had not prepaid for the 4 nights, I would have checked out after the 2nd night and moved elsewhere, so save yourself some potential aggravation and substandard service for a 5* resort and go elsewhere. After this experience with Pullman hotels, and despite being members of Accor, we are unlikely to patronise their hotels anywhere in the world in the future.

This was a honeymoon that was way below our expectations. Unfortunately, we encountered terrible issues with the electrics in our room to the point that we were told the room would need to be closed after we checked out for major repairs. We had water leaking through a ceiling light...

This was a honeymoon that was way below our expectations. Unfortunately, we encountered terrible issues with the electrics in our room to the point that we were told the room would need to be closed after we checked out for major repairs. We had water leaking through a ceiling light (extremely dangerous), the light switches did not coincide with the lights in the room, the jacuzzi did not work and we had a blockage in our shower. There is a mosque nearby which commences prayers at 5.30 a.m. We became very sleep deprived! Despite our best attempts in approaching the resort to receive compensation, this has been (and is still) an ongoing long drawn out process! Despite the dangerous electrical issues brought to their attention, and them acknowledging so, the resort have offered a less than satisfactory offer. It is very disappointing that a resort of this standard seems to lack the understanding of such seriousness! I would strongly suggest that you reconsider staying here for your own safety!

Excellent hotel and amazing amenities. Service was fantastic and the staff so helpful. Will be somewhere we visit again. They accommodated all our requirements and needs for food etc. without an issue. Thank you so much for making this such an enjoyable and unforgettable experience

Wow ! This resort is just in the most beautiful location and is honestly amongst the best hotels we have stayed in the world. It is situated on its own amazing private beach in a lovely calm, shallow bay with lovely warm water. The pools are big and never crowded....

Wow ! This resort is just in the most beautiful location and is honestly amongst the best hotels we have stayed in the world. It is situated on its own amazing private beach in a lovely calm, shallow bay with lovely warm water. The pools are big and never crowded. There are plenty of loungers with comfy cushions and an endless supply of towels and iced water at the pool side all day. Breakfast was incredible the biggest selection I have ever seen. We enjoyed lunch at the pool bar restaurant and some smoothies but didn’t try the evening restaurants. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite due to being a Pullman member with windows overlooking the bay, a large bed and amazing air con (just a bit noisy). Service was great - all very friendly . A little dissapointed that my card was overcharged and despite an apology I did think there would be a little compensation for inconvenience and possible bank charges but this was not forthcoming. We tried to use water sports but were told they had closed despite the closing time being 2 hours later so that was odd. There is a lovely Thai restaurant opposite the hotel for cheap food and a 7/11 and a few restaurants 10 minutes away by foot. Gym was great - air con, decent equipment. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend !

The food was fantastic, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the warm, attentive service from Aun, Kate, and Annie. Every morning they greeted us with big smiles and genuine kindness, remembering our preferences and making us feel right at home. Their hospitality was heartfelt and truly added a personal touch — they are a credit to the hotel. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We especially loved the egg station, which not only delivered perfectly cooked eggs but also featured a fun and inventive daily special — always a delicious surprise to start the day! Our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained — and the overall atmosphere around the resort was just what we needed: laid-back, happy, and relaxed. We particularly enjoyed the vibe around the main pool area, where it was easy to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Just returned from my third visit at this idyllic hotel. There have been a few staff changes since last year but the new members of staff have fitted in seamlessly and all the staff are extremely helpful and respectful, I always find if you are respectful to them you will be treated with kindness and respect yourself. The breakfast is to a very high standard with a vast selection to choose from. Plus a very pleasant choice where to enjoy it, sitting outside on the terrace or inside. Check in was easy and efficient. No problem whatsoever getting a sun bed, in fact on sometimes the cabanas were still free at 10am. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping on a daily basis. Will definitely be returning to my favourite hotel in Phuket.

Our vacation started with a very disappointing check-in, during which we were ignored by the staff for an extended period. Overall, the staff created an unfriendly atmosphere. I would particularly like to mention the employee “AOY,” who works in the pool area, as a negative example of this behavior. Unfortunately, we never felt comfortable during our stay and had the clear impression that guest satisfaction is not a priority at the Pullman. For this reason, we cannot recommend this hotel. Additionally, the hotel is located directly next to a construction site, and the constant noise disturbance significantly impacted our experience.

Booked a garden view room, staff upgraded to a sea view room with large balcony that very nice view. “ALL STAFF” were friendly, polite and helpful especially reception and two Thai girls at the Tamarind restaurant. The hotel manager and the front desk manager personally greeted us as well.

Friendly staff. Was a good experience. Good food with variety. Clean rooms with well structured rooms. The views of are amazing. Easy to get around to the mall and other places if you like. We would definitely recommend to friends and family to visit.

What a great resort. The pool and beach were so amazing, quiet and relaxing. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay so perfect. On arrival our flight was early morning and check in was not until 3pm. Which meant we had over 6 hours to wait for our room. Nathan on reception was excellent arranging for our rooms to be ready earlier. We were all inclusive, the breakfast lunch and dinner was really good food with a good choice and the service was exemplary. Thomas really looked after us during the day. Bar service on an evening was excellent. Great service from Eiad she was so lovely and looked after us really well. As did Fon and Audi. Also the ladies at the Tamarind restaurant looked after us so well. They are so many wonderful staff at this resort too many to mention. Everyone made our holiday so special. My husband broke his arm before we came on holiday and this made our holiday a bit more challenging I am so thankful to everyone at the hotel who made it so much easier for us. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting with amazing staff the best we have ever experienced. I would say the rooms are dated and not what we used too in a 5 star resort but so clean. I would not let that put you off as everything else makes up for it. Thank you all for such a wonderful holiday. Miss it already. Thanks from us all in rooms 6202 and 4301. Xx
