Definitely one of the best hotels in Greece. Great location. You are in Athens yet you feel that you are in a resort. The villa, the service and the ambiance were excellent. Despite the cold weather we had a great time with long walks during the day and cozy times by the fireplace at night. Parking in Athens is horrendous but Glyfada was within 15 minutes walking distance from the resort and we went there for shopping and dining. It had a well-equipped gym. The breakfast at the main restaurant was scrumptious The service was excellent and they were even bringing us their own version of a delicious cheese cake made with feta cheese from the kitchen every morning. We dinned only once at the “Manko restaurant” where we had an expensive but very tasty fish dinner with Margaritas. We are definitely looking on staying there again on our next trip, and try the Manko restaurant again. Ted

The hotel, in my opinion, is one of the top 10 hotels I have stayed at in recent years, and there have been quite a few. Excellent location near the sea, outstanding service level, a highly equipped bungalow, and a private pool in the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a few days of vacation.

This is without a doubt a very beautiful property with excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and pleasant but there are major issues with the way this resort is run. Given that it has been open for one year it seems unusual that they have not yet worked out the kinks. Let's start with the breakfast service. Each day we were there we waited and waited for a server to even take our order and the first day we waited twenty minutes after being seated for a coffee. We were completely ignored and I had to get up and find the hostess to finally get some attention. Even after ordering our breakfast we waited and waited for our meal and of course when it arrived it was cold. Breakfast took over two hours. The second day when arriving at breakfast we ordered coffee as we sat down but yet again had to go ask for a server to take our order and once again received cold food after a very long wait. After complaining to the manager we received a fresh order within ten minutes. Why do we have to complain to get proper service at the very, very expensive property. This is a great place if you have young children but if you are a couple looking to relax I suggest you look somewhere else. The bungalow we were assigned was right next to another where a young child's birthday party was taking place in the later afternoon extending into the evening with a DJ, loud music, and very noisy children's games. When we complained it took forever for someone to finally suggest they could move us to a room half the size of what we were in at the time. I can only ask why this resort who well knew this child's party was scheduled, who catered the food for that party and assisted in planning it, would place a couple with no children right next door when this is an extremely large property with accommodation spread out over a huge area. Clearly, there is little attention to detail and huge attention on how much they can charge for everything , including the accommodations, as well as the food and wine. Twenty-five euros for an ordinary glass of wine, fourteen euros for a coffee, all with very poor service. This beautiful property deserves better and so do the guests.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Overall great experience!

Lovely grounds and facilities , excellent staff and restaurant. The only reason I gave a 4 star is they there is room for growth making it into a destination resort . It’s new so for an establishment that’s barely a year old ， I’m confident it’ll be a 5 star...

It’s new so for an establishment that’s barely a year old ， I’m confident it’ll be a 5 star establishment in no time . For now , there are still a few things that needs to be ironed out . Recently returned from a week long stay at One & Only Athens. We have stayed at many of the hotels within this group and this did not disappoint. Beautiful setting, lovely suite with outdoor area, excellent staff and amazing food. Also many other dining options nearby in the lovely town of Glyfada. Met the lovely General Manager Yann at breakfast who gave us his card to contact him directly if we needed anything but everything was just perfect!
