Thanks for the gracious hospitality and assistance from Sabrina Ferrari in reservations, managers Felipo and Iliana, concierges Simone and Zachariah and the entire serving staff, our stay at Hotel Lungarno was enchanted, magical and memorable. Every aspect of the experience was done at a high level of care nd consideration - a balcony with spectacular view of the Arno, a comfortable room with fine bedding and thoughtful amenities (such as the Bose speaker so one could enjoy one's own music while changing or having a glass of wine before dinner on the balcony). The breakfast buffet is generous and sumptuous and the servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. Amidst the crowds of Florence, Hotel Lungarno is an oasis of calm, care and comfort.

Hotel Lungarno is the only place that we stay when we are in Florence. From check in, the bell men, maid service, room service, restaurant and bar. Everything is top notch. It is very elegant. The location can’t be beat. South of the Arno next to the ponte vecchio ....

Hotel Lungarno is the only place that we stay when we are in Florence. From check in, the bell men, maid service, room service, restaurant and bar. Everything is top notch. It is very elegant. The location can’t be beat. South of the Arno next to the ponte vecchio . You can walk everywhere. Make sure a request a balcony room. There is coffee maker and hot water kettle in the rooms. There is an extensive art collection throughout the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lungarno. The hotel is very comfortable with loverly rooms. The staff is very helpful and proactive, made us fell welcome. The location is excellent very close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. we would recommend the Lungarno to anyone visiting Florence.

Excellent hotel, location restaurant and bar. excellent proximity to all the sites , restaurants bars and shops. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, from the check in to the concierge, cleaning, restaurant and bar some of the best,location wonderful next to river.

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location, staff, and experience are unparalleled. I am already looking forward to my next stay. Our room had a perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio, and it is a short walk to the most important sites in Firenze.

Very nice hotel in great location. Staff was very helpful, especially Belal. Room was clean and kept up twice a day. Only downside is the small elevators, which i suppose is the normal situation for the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfecto! Location is second to none, staff are friendly and professional and the hotel is in immaculate condition. We stayed in a standard Double room and found the room size the be on the larger side of anything we've experienced in other European city-center hotels. The bathroom was surprisingly large and the fixtures, materials and water pressure are all best-in-class. The hotel feels brand new inside. It has either been recently renovated or they take meticulous care of it. Or both. We were only in town 2 days/ 2 nights so we didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked fantastic. I will definitely reserve a dinner there next time. Lorenzo, Mustafa and Belal are all just a few of the professional staff that made our stay special. And don't forget, Ferragamo owns the hotel and guest receive a 10% discount at the world HQ Ferragamo store a few steps away across the river.

When we arrived at 11:15 PM and found the kitchen closed, the waiter still went out of his way to provide us with snacks and drinks—he could have easily turned us away, but instead, he made us feel welcome. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything but away from the crowds. The rooms were clean and had everything I'd need, even had a hair straightener. Was upgraded since we booked through amex and the view from our room couldn't be beat. They had air conditioning and actually had it turned on(end of april). We had full control over the temperature of our room and never had an issue. While all of that was great, I'd say the service and staff was what made this place absolutely incredible. The housekeeping was the most thorough and consistent I've ever seen. The concierge was incredible and got us a last minute reservation at a place we wanted to try. Checkin was a breeze and our luggage was taken immediately upon arrival and brought to our room during checkin. Plus we got a cute little welcome tray. The breakfast staff was amazing. Every single person I met was helpful, kind, and always went above an beyond. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. A littler pricier than what we usually do but 100% worth it. The service was exceptional and Location id absolutely perfect. We had a Deluxe Double with River view which had the most amazing views of the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel has a high end boutique feel. Not very big, so the service is more personal.

We arrived tired from many hours of travel and were warmly welcomed and taken to our room. We were settling when we noticed an issue in the bathroom. We informed the check-in people and left to stroll and go to our reservation at La Terrazzo. On our return, we were informed of an upgrade. The staff assisted to our huge suite which was a spectacular upgrade!!! So very special and it really made our 5 night stay at the hotel truly relaxing and spectacular. It is probably one of the best experiences we have ever had in our stays at top properties around the world. Also, a great daily breakfast and Rafaela always had a smile and friendly welcome each and every morning to start our day. A lovely haven of calm and a true 5 star experience. Would love to return.

This place is amazing! You will love your stay, the service is impeccable, the views of the Ponte Vecchio, the restaurants, and the accommodations all are fantastic. Every time we walked back from site seeing or shopping in this romantic city, I was pleasantly greeted by the sent of the wall of climbing Jasmine and a friendly “buona sera!” from the bellman, the concierge, the cafe staff, the cleaning staff, and any other staff we happened to walk by. They are all so friendly and happy to help. I have never felt more welcome. Our concierge helped us get a wonderful dinner reservation for the night of and I don’t think we would have gotten in without him. It ended up being our favorite dinner! We were on the other side of the bridge from the cathedral, but I didn’t mind the short walk. This neighborhood was very nice and had plenty of wonderful shopping and restaurants as well. I didn’t want to leave so after we packed up and grabbed some amazing pastries, our kind bellman, Belal, offered to take one last photo of us in front of the bridge. Turns out, he is a wonderful photographer too! This stay was using Hilton points but I felt like they treated us as royalty. When we come back to Florence-this will definitely be our home!

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were great, especially with the view of the river and the Ponte Vecchio. Great location. Staff were top class. Centrally located in the old town, so could walk everywhere. A bit on the expensive side, but you only live once !!

Our room was cozy and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful details that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Even though the hotel is close to the city center, it was so quiet and relaxing—like our own little hideaway. The team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Whether it was arranging dinner reservations, sharing local secrets, or just greeting us with a smile when we came back each day, their service was top-notch. We’re absolutely in love with this hotel. It was the perfect way to start our honeymoon, and we’re already talking about coming back for future anniversaries. This hotel is a 5 star experience. After leaving Venice we had booked a 5 night stay in the Executive Double Terrace river view suite at Hotel Lungarno in Florence. This hotel is exquisite. Right from the jump you are treated and shown the hotel by one of the receptionist. Paolo was so welcoming and helped us book some great reservations. As soon as we entered our room we felt right at home. A beautiful sophisticated interior ! Beautiful views of the city and river! Downstairs we would have drinks inside the bar area and also on the outside picteau bistro and bar. Everyday it was packed as many tourists love to take pictures next to the outside seating because of the view. I recommend reserving a spot in the evening but most of the time they accommodate walk ins with no problem! We loved this hotel so much that we are coming back in September. 10/10 experience. This will forever be our go to hotel!

Close to everything but across the Arno from all the crowds. We checked out the four seasons while here to compare, and it was drab, tired and too far out of town. There were fake flowers in the arrangements. Enough said? The hotels sister property the Portait almost pales in comparison upon a quick glance through lobby and restaurant. At Lungarno we got a suite with a river view balcony. Loved it. This is the place to stay in Florence. Trust me.

This was one of 5 hotels we stayed in Italy. And it was, surprisingly, the worst. It's a beautiful property, but its service is far from matching the 5-star advertised experience. And... the mosquitos won't let you sleep. We were greeted with a clogged shower drain that almost flooded the room right upon arrival. This hotel has a real problem with mosquitos. The property is by the river. I'm not sure they take any measures to try to control it, but the fact is that the mosquitos won't let you sleep. And we never opened the room windows - not even for a second during our entire stay. Courteous, but poorly trained staff: That same first night, we called the bar, and asked about any available snacks to go along with drinks. It was late. We were read a few options from the menu, and told we could come down, only to be sent back to our room after 10 minutes - "we can't have you eat down here", we were told. We then ordered 2x minestrones for the room. By far, the worst soup we've ever tried - and served with hard-like-rock bread. Expensive worst meal ever. We would never expect that from a hotel that advertises "Michelin-starred dining". Hilton Diamond members: They say they have a "partnership with Hilton", but in fact no room upgrades are offered to Diamond members. The location is awesome! The breakfast buffet is delicious. And that's really it. Not worth the high price. Not even close to what we've got from simpler hotels this summer in Italy.
