Best Hotel ever! From Pascal, Marcella, Bianca & Valerio at the front staff, Tony, Alfonzo & the staff at the breakfast resto, to Luigi, the sommelier & the resto staff at the Pizza & Steak.Salvatore & the staff at the Sky Bar. Perfection:)👏💜

Absolutely LOVED our stay here!! The location is perfect with stunning views of Positano from our room balcony . Tony brought out a ham and cheese omelette for me, which was amazing! Along with delicious Italian pastries! He is such a friendly person … and goes above and beyond . Actually, the entire staff at this hotel are ALL awesome… so friendly and helpful! The housekeeping staff were great… I wish I knew the name of the young girl bc she was always so kind. Same with the gentlemen working the front desk in the evenings ! Side note: Laundry services here are reasonably priced and very fast … we were able to get all our clothes laundered during our stay. The location is excellent, 5-10min walk down to the main area of Positano… absolutely stunning views! 10000% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back!

We chose Eden Roc based on the stellar reviews on Tripadvisor. It exceeded our expectations! Everyone is so kind that works there. Pascal the concierge is amazing along with every single person at the front desk. We thoroughly enjoyed both the wine tasting and the olive oil tasting with Luigi who could not have been more welcoming and educated on those subjects. The walk down to the beach and back up the hill is not for the faint of heart, but we knew that going into it, and the views from the hotel's vantage point up top are unmatched and makes it worth it! And frankly after now visiting Positano, we would not want to stay down lower with the volume of people down by the beach and the lower sections of town. All in all, 10 stars if we could rate it that way!

Had an amazing experience at the hotel. Incredible views, great room (we stayed in the junior suite) and the staff was really helpful. Pascal was fantastic in particular! Highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Positano or across the coast.

Fantastic location in beautiful Positano. Service from all staff was exemplary. Room was beautiful with a large terrace affording spectacular views.Breakfast was gorgeous.. The pool was relaxing and the gym well equipped. Cannot recommend more highly

Pascal could not have been more welcoming and helpful. As soon as we arrived we were kindly greeted and welcomed with Champagne. The hotel is gorgeous and the view from the room balcony is breathtaking. Overall a very special hotel with incredible service. Will be staying here whenever visiting Positano.

This hotel is one of if not THE best hotels I have ever stayed in. Worth every penny. First and foremost, the staff. They are all so genuine and kind. From the front desk crew could not have been more helpful . They were so communicative even before we arrived, they made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of Positano .The breakfasts and all meals were top notch and the servers had the most professional as well as fun attitudes. Perfect mix…. Now for the hotel itself… so tastefully decorated with high end but functional and comfortable furniture. The beds were super comfy. we had balcony (419) that overlooks the whole town and water. we really didn’t need to leave the hotel at all. It was that well appointed but of course we did leave the hotel and that was fun too..We also had a couples massage and they literally hung us up in these contraption that I have never seen before but did help with the effectiveness of the positons …Then on to the steam room… We did an olive oils tasting and a wine tasting . learned a lot there as well. I could go on and on … I

The breakfast buffet is beyound extensive. You can have eggs any way you want them. They include in the buffet local Italian specialties like fried pizza, arrancini (rice balls) easter pie, maccaroni pie, home made thin italian sausage with cheese. Tons of pastries and fruits. A breakfast for a KIng. The reception desk was so attentive to our needs and always greeted us with a smile. A special shout out to Bianca who was always smiling and asking us if everything was okay. Just a great hotel. Expensive but the best money I ever spend on a vacation. It is a great location. It is a short walk to nice restaurants, shopping, the beach and tours. Just be prepared. Walking in Positano is all down hill on the way down but up hill on the way back to the road. Also while walking be careful of all the crazy drivers and scooter.

I read dozens of reviews of hotel rooms in Positano before choosing the Eden Roc. What a perfect choice! Even before leaving home everything was easy and convenient as I emailed with hotel staff for boat tours and dinners. We stayed for 5 nights in a comfortable jacuzzi suite, room 329, at the end of the hallway on the third floor. I was a little concerned about noise after reading about the street, but our room was perfectly quiet. I slept better there than at home! The balcony with the jacuzzi is large and the room is set back from the exterior. The jacuzzi was a great bonus after walking all of the steps in Positano each day. The bathroom was huge with double sinks and the shower was amazing. Fantastic giant towels. Great lighting. Plenty of closet space. The hotel is immaculate and the staff was constantly cleaning. We enjoyed the view and food at breakfast (thank you Tony) with the delicious coffee. The views are phenomenal thanks to the location up on the hill, but be prepared to walk a lot of steps! Thank you to everyone at the Eden Roc, I hope we can get back there one day!

Our time at Hotel Eden Roc was amazing! We were there for 3 nights at the end of our two week Italy trip celebrating our 30th anniversary and being at Hotel Eden Roc was a great way to end our trip. Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a very friendly staff! Pascal was awesome as he helped make our experience even more memorable by working with my husband to set up a beautiful anniversary dinner for us at the hotel's rooftop restaurant (Adamo ed Eva). So thank you Pascal!! The breakfast each morning was also wonderful and Tony was always excited to offer you his famous omelette, which was delicious! We highly recommend Hotel Eden Roc and we certainly hope to return to this beautiful property!

We were lucky enough to have been greeted by Pasquale, the hotel concierge. He went above and beyond for us, not only making Eden Roc feel like home away from home but provided great tips, recommendations and gave us guidance when traveling along the coast. We also want to give a shoutout to Tony, who runs the complementary breakfast. Such a pleasure to see in the morning and always one step ahead of you - due cappuccini! We can’t wait to come back!
