Like a jewel in the crown of the Amalfi Coast, the exquisite Le Sirenuse hotel beckons romantic travelers and honeymooners, promising an unforgettable experience. Perched on a hillside, it’s an elegant retreat with breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, just a brief stroll from the vibrant Positano ferry port. This adults-only sanctuary weaves the charm of the Italian coast with the luxury of upscale accommodations, making it the perfect setting for a romantic escape.
A Luxurious Stay
Each room at Le Sirenuse is a unique expression of elegance and warmth. Adorned with handmade floor tiles and sprinkled with antique touches, these spaces offer more than just a place to rest. Most rooms boast whirlpool baths for a rejuvenating soak, terraces for private moments, and mesmerizing sea views to wake up to. Suites take luxury a notch higher with added living areas. And with room service at your disposal, every need is attended to with care.
Culinary Delights
The hotel offers an array of dining options designed to tantalize your taste buds. Start your day with a hearty breakfast from the buffet and as the day progresses, savor the flavors of the Mediterranean at the acclaimed restaurant on site. The seasonal champagne and oyster bar offers a sophisticated setting for an intimate toast, while the poolside bar/bistro caters to casual dining, all against the backdrop of stunning sea views.
Unwind and Relax
Le Sirenuse is not just a place to stay, but a destination to unwind. An outdoor pool invites you for a leisurely dip while the spa is a serene sanctuary offering a range of treatments to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel ensures your comfort extends beyond the rooms and into every corner of the resort.
Experience Positano
The hotel’s prime location is perfect for exploring the enchanting town of Positano and the spectacular Amalfi Coast. As John Steinbeck wrote after his visit in 1953, ‘Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.’ Le Sirenuse offers the perfect base from which to delve into this dreamy experience.
In every aspect, Le Sirenuse is a testament to the allure of Positano. It’s more than a hotel; it’s a romantic haven where luxury meets simplicity, and where every moment becomes a cherished memory.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a sea view room. The hotel is elegant and it is pleasant to walk through and view the art. They have a "signature scent" throughout the property that I didn't care for. As soon as I got to our room, I located the scent diffuser and put it in a ziploc with a note to housekeeping not to plug it back in which they respected. The location is great - close to the shops and restaurants but not in the popular tourist paths. The food is good but very expensive and it's not easy to find something light and healthy. Our room had a large bathtub with an overhead shower. It was awkward to shower as the drain is in the center of the tub so the bath mat would slip around. For us, it was not a great fit - better as a place to drink or have a meal than to stay in.

Truly an amazing experience all the way around. The location is of course perfect, the view incredible, it’s the staff that will have you longing to return. From pre-arrival communication to coordinate your individual experiences to hugs at check-out each & every staff member draws you in and treats you as if they are welcoming family…so difficult to say goodby…I’ll say till we meet again. The Le Sirenuse is everything the reviews state and more. The architecture, artwork, small details thoughout, lighting, wonderful towels, great shower and comfortable bed. Each room is unique, we’ve stayed in two different room types and loved the experiences of each. Breakfast has everything that you could think of and more. Throughout the day the ever changing landscape from Aldo’s terrace is incredible. To cap off our days we enjoyed after dinner drinks each night in the Bar with their DJ playing enjoyable lively music. While there are many activities to enjoy along the Amalfi coast if you choose to stay and relax at the hotel throughout your day you’ll not be disappointed.

Extraordinary experience staying at this wonderful hotel. Every square foot is luxurious and the service is the best I've ever experienced. There is so much to explore within the hotel walls and multiple areas for food and drink. I would recommend snagging a chair at the pool before noon to make sure you get a spot. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I've seen. The views are breathtaking. It's a short walk up and down from the main beach - less than anticipated. Highly recommend a stay at Le Sirenuse!

Their hospitality was unparalleled in the many other hotels that I have stayed in so far and what truly made it memorable. We also had dinner at La Sponda which was amazing. We will certainly be back again the next time we are on the Amalfi Coast.

I was excited to stay at this hotel again after my phenomenal experience staying here in August 2022. However, my hopes were quickly dashed upon arrival. I had booked this reservation when the hotel opened reservations in 2023, wanting to ensure that I booked the same room as last in 2022. Immediately upon booking the hotel, I emailed them asking them to ensure that I got the same room as last time, even providing the room number. Fast forward to June 2024 when I check-in, and I'm shoved into a tiny little room on the top floor, nowhere near where I asked for. No accommodations were made. Then, fast forward to check out several days later, and the disaster continued. We were leaving really early in the morning and were assured staff would be available to bring down our luggage. We called the front desk multiple times with no response, so we had to bring our own bags down haphazardly in a five-star hotel that was not easy to navigate. Upon arriving in the lobby, we found the porter who assisted us the last five feet to our car and then found out why the front desk phone had not been answered. The front desk agent was drunk at 5:30 am. The front desk agent then proceeded to take 15 minutes to run my credit card, making mistakes multiple times and louding accusing me of not having enough money to pay my bill, when in fact it was user error with the machine. Thanks to this agent all of my primary credit cards were locked and had to use credit cards that charged me excessive international transaction fees for the remainder of my time in Europe until my bank in the US opened. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Long overdue review, but this hotel made such a lasting impression on us I had to leave one. We visited Sept 2023 and from the moment we arrived in Naples and our hotel-arranged driver picked us up to the moment we left the hotel it was a near perfect experience. Le Sirenuse is a literal dream with immaculate vibes and some of the best views of Positano from almost every angle. We tried each of the restaurants and were not let down once, and the complimentary sunset cruise with wine and local snacks was the cherry on top. The only recommendation I would make is to spend the extra money on a room with a view. We booked the most reasonable courtyard room and there was no view whatsoever, but luckily the vibe of the room was still great and the service at the hotel made up for it. The second day of our trip the AC went out and while we were walking around the property a bit frustrated that it was being repaired when we wanted to rest, a hotel employee we had not yet even met found us in a random section, greeted us by name and offered us complimentary beverages until the issue was resolved. THAT is five star service. We can’t wait to return and will only book Le Sirenuse when visiting Positano in the future.

DON"T THINK TWICE, BOOK THIS HOTEL!

My wife and I stayed at Le Sirenuse for 3 nights and I can comfortably say that it is simply the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We are lucky to have stayed in other 5-star hotels all over the world, but the way the staff treat you here is just on another level. It’s like they are genuinely pleased to have you as a guest and they clearly love their role in catering for your needs. Yes, accommodation along with food & drink is expensive, but the Amalfi Coast is not aimed at visitors looking for a budget holiday. And talking of food…the breakfast…amazing and an amazing view in which to eat it! If you’re planning to stay here, make sure you book one of the hotel’s cruises, which are exclusively arranged for their guests. Highly recommended. I cannot fault anything with this hotel. Location, views, rooms, staff, food, pool, activities, service and attention to detail…all perfect. Thank you Giovani and your wonderful team. And see you next year. Grazie mille!

My wife and I visited La Sponda at Le Sirenuse to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This was to be the culinary highlight of our trip and it did not disappoint. The food was without doubt some of the best we have ever tasted - beautifully served it look as wonderful as it tasted. The service was brilliant and the sommelier was very good at recommending something that was not the most expensive on the list but still was superb. A special place for a special occasion - but not stuffy - they make every guest feel special.

I stayed here with my husband for two nights after arriving from Capri. It was lovely. It’s an exclusive hotel, as others have mentioned earlier - and frankly, in a town like Positano; that is needed…a respite from the crowds and the ability to stay somewhere family run and steeped in history. As a member of Leaders Club from The Leading Hotels of The World, I was treated like a VIP, got an upgrade, and enjoyed some great perks like breakfast in their restaurant La Sponda; which was an epic spread that also included ala carte menus. My husband and I spent most of the time here as Positano can get tiring with the crowds: we went for a hike and came back to use the spa, soaked in the sun and dipped in the pool, had a wonderful tour of the garden one morning and learned about the details they care for in this property, and even took a rigorous Pilates class. Truly a special gem in the Amalfi; a recommended stay if you can do so. big kisses to the team here. Michael and Ramy
