Excellent service from Ray, Mint, Pit, Took and Joon. They are PERFECT. They were always wanting to help and make us feel welcome. Do not lose these members of your staff. Cleaning staff were very good. Every now and then we would find fruit in our room. We loved it....

Excellent service from Ray, Mint, Pit, Took and Joon. They are PERFECT. They were always wanting to help and make us feel welcome. Do not lose these members of your staff. Cleaning staff were very good. Every now and then we would find fruit in our room. We loved it. For this to be a 5 Star rating the toilet situation needs to be fixed. We are world traveller's and so we found it unpleasant that we only faced that here.

I recently stayed at Chanalai romantica resort and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

The location near the beach, the way to the beach a lot of restaurants and shop. Swimming pool and pool bar very nice. When we checked in we got warm welcome drink with juice and ice-cream. The room are beautiful bed decoration for our honeymoon. Next time in Phuket we will certainly choose here😍

On the main road at Kata Beach, this is a welcoming hotel with attentive staff whose English was generally good. We had a swim up room which was very good. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being close to the bar. A/C was effective and there was plenty of shampoo etc ( another reviewer wrote that they didn’t have enough). The area around the pool was pleasant and there was shade if you needed it. Bar staff were very attentive. The restaurant had an open front so didn’t have A/C and was noisy because the road was directly outside. Breakfast (chef would make any egg dish) was competent. We didn’t eat dinner there (mainly BBQ) as there was a very good Italian / Thai restaurant next door. There was a gym that looked OK but it didn’t have the A/C turned on (I suspect I could have turned it on) and the lure of a cocktail at the bar was prioritized. There were no gardens etc but perfectly adequate. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

A lovely ‘couples’ resort in the heart of Kata Beach area. - Staff & management are friendly, professional and responsive. They go out of their way to make your experience relaxed and enjoyable. - Rooms are very nice but furniture could be replaced with modern more useable items (ie. nite stand with no drawers and slooped sides so everything falls off), a place to put your luggage would be nice instead of the floor. - Cleaners did a fabulous job cleaning the rooms. - Breakfast is very good - lots of options (egg station, Thai food, western food and fresh fruit). I like how they calculate food wastage each day and advertise it. The problem is guests go late to their breakfast then a taxi shows up for an excursion and they leave uneaten food behind. - The restaurant grills meat and serves with fresh salad outside the hotel. They are delicious, fresh and inexpensive - They did a lovely valentines dinner and spent days decorating and marketing the event. They even had live music which was fantastic (we heard it from our patio). Unfortunately, only 3 couples attended and I’m certain it was a massive revenue loss. If hear next year I would participate. - Cocktails - lots of choices and flavours. There are 2 happy hours each day. Fresh juices however, very little alcohol can be tasted plus glasses are filled completely with ice leaving almost no room for the cocktail. Beer always a good choice. - We loved the ‘couples’ romantic hotel (adults only inferred). The whole time we were there, a family with a 15 year old boy was in the pool. His throwing a ball around, playing hide-n-seek and splashing his dad non-stop, really killed the vibe. Everyone around the pool were frowning and rolling their eyes. This is no place for children. - Pool access rooms are a highlight and worth the upgrade costs even though not that private. It would be nice if stationary patio bed had covers.

The hotel offered impeccable services, the staff were all very attentive and cheerful. Breakfast was good with a good variety of different cuisines. Room was cleaned thoroughly daily and staff helped with every inquires you have regarding tours, and activities to do around.

It’s a very good hotel. We stayed here for two nights. Everything went well. All the staff were lovely especially Eye and Mint care of them very well. They are lovely girls. I was very happy to stay here and hope to come back again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband found this place and wanted to book a few days and we loved it so much that we extended it several times LOL! This place is just so wow. I don’t even know where to start. The rooms are so spacious, we loved the smart tvs, live tv also had good programs, we spent so much time on the lovely huge balcony with a pool view! We LOVED the pool, we had so many pool days here! This place is so clean, quiet and luxurious. We loved that it was adults only. The hotel felt very intimate and not crowded. It’s the perfect location, close enough to walk to everything but still far away to where at night you can sleep like a baby without any loud noises. You can select your pillows and you have room service available, complementary toiletries, towels, water, robes, beach towels, all of the little details that really make the service top tier. They even decorated and gave out roses for valentine’s day. It was so cute. You can definitely see the effort they put into making your vacation stay perfect. It definitely felt like a 5 star experience. The ladies at breakfast are SO nice and the manager June accommodated us so well and all of the staff is truly is so polite and friendly. We all felt like friends here and so welcome, clean and safe. We truly fell in love with the place, the people and the culture here. I can go on & on about this place but this review is already getting kind of long, but long story short 1000000% definitely recommend!

Probably only area for improvement was breakfast. Good coffee and bread selection but not huge choice of Western stuff. Thanks very much, would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself is beautiful, we rarely ventured out in the day. We had everything we needed here. So clean and all the staff so friendly and helpful with anything you may need! Now I am a fussy eater but I can honestly say the breakfast was brilliant, there is something for everyone and it's all freshly prepared! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off and we always managed to get a sunbed, never having to get up at the crack of dawn to secure one, we were never down by the pool before 10am so that's a big plus in my opinion. The pool bar had the best selection of cocktails and fruit smoothies and lots of big smiles to go with them too! The room, lovely and spacious, so clean and beautiful decor. Fresh towels everyday and the mini bar re stocked, what more do you need! We cannot wait to come back here as we really have enjoyed every minute 😁

Nice hotel! Friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome from the start. We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in and the complimentary ice cream. Only positive impressions remained from the staff! Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

You get 2 bottles of water in the room daily, this was super practical. All staff were always super friendly and very helpful! The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The night market and small stores are also close. Nevertheless, the hotel is quiet enough in the room and a pool to relax! We will come back!

everything was great! I can recommend the hotel to everyone - clean, great service, good fresh breakfast, relaxing pool. close to the town and the beach so you can do groceries and enjoy thai food, food markets, boat trips - you cannot be bored here

Perfect. My wife and I came for our 30th wedding anniversary last week of March for 14 days 2025. The hotel, the service and the facilities are second to none. The staff are amazing , they can't do enough to make you feel welcome. We have never come across such friendly people who clearly take pride in making your holiday special. This is a great location, a 5 minute walk to Kata beach and a 15 minute walk to Karon and Kata Noi beaches. So many restaurants to choose from , really spoilt for choice or eat in the hotel which serves very good food.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Chanalai Romantica Resort for one week and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in Kata, with easy access to the beach and the night market. It's quiet since it's adults-only. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming, always smiling and available to assist. Special thanks to Nook for his kindness at the pool bar and to Eye for checking on us in the morning. A special highlight was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety that changed each morning. The coffee and juices were good, and I'll definitely miss my homemade cheese omelette and waffles every day!
