Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

It was a White Lotus - Season 3 atmosphere without the crimes. In other words, an absolutely BEAUTIFUL property. Incredibly ATTENTIVE and accommodating staff. Food was good considering past experiences with other all-inclusive. This all-inclusive included ALL drinks not just soda and juice. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing, serene atmosphere, this is it. If you need discos and partying....please dont 'show up. Other guests won't appreciate the noise. This is somewhere you go to destress in a calm environment. BEAUTIFUL , non-crowed beach with plenty of seating.

My husband and I recently returned from an 11 day break. The trip was fantastic and the resort was wonderful. The resort is small with 92 rooms which are spread out to give guest privacy and peace. There were activities organised everyday which were well advertised but no pressure to join. There is an evening show and we thought they were very good. We especially enjoyed the water show and acrobatic show. The resort and rooms are immaculately kept and gardens very well maintained. The resort is very quiet and this is what we were looking for. What stands out at the resort are the staff. They couldn’t be more helpful. A few mentions; Melissa for the best coffee, Pedro on the beach for making sure drinks were plentiful, Junior for keeping us in towels. Leidy and Janne’ (not sure of the spelling) for the warmest of welcomes every day and indulging my husband who was practising his Spanish! Juan, Tatiana, Chamel, Gloriana for the great service, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Joel on the main bar was great, very funny, very knowledgeable. Emmanuel was our conceirge and was great and helpful. And not forgetting the head chef who cooked some great dishes. The slight negatives- the sand fleas got me on first couple of days, the husband got none. I then stopped using the bug spray and the didn’t get me again. If I’m being overly critical and say the air conditioning unit seemed to have only 2 settings “off and on”. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, as we just used the ceiling fan and left the doors open at night. Overall a very relaxing break.

When we arrived at the resort, we instantly felt relaxed. From the moment we stepped into the lobby—with its calming atmosphere, the beautiful scent of essential oils, cool cloths, and refreshing welcome drinks—we knew this was not a typical all-inclusive resort. Every single person on the property seemed genuinely focused on making your stay memorable. When we first arrived the bellboy was busy, and we later learned that it was actually Gilbert from the entertainment team who stepped in to unload our bags. It perfectly captured the spirit of the resort—everyone pitches in to make your experience special. The rooms were beautiful tree houses with all the modern and upgraded amenities. We had beautiful porches to sit out on in the evenings. Our Concierge JJ was fantastic. Before booking, we were a little concerned about the smaller size of the resort and the limited number of restaurants. What we didn’t realize was that the restaurants rotate their cuisine every other day. For example, one day you might find Italian, Fusion, American, and Caribbean options, and the next day Mediterranean, Asian, American, and Mexican. The menus change regularly, so there’s always something new to try. The food was fantastic—maybe not always as hot as I personally prefer—but consistently delicious. The service was excellent, and we never once had to wait for a meal. The entertainment team may be small, but they are incredibly impressive. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep guests engaged, many of which gave the resort a really unique flair. One afternoon we made masks for a masquerade event that took place later that evening. There were tarot card readings with wine, live music, and even a circus performance so close you felt like you could reach out and touch the performers. They offered creative activities like painting and jewelry making—there truly was something new every day. Tania and Gilbert were amazing!!! The resort also has a wonderful wellness focus. Yoga is offered twice daily for an hour, along with experiences like sound healing. Included in our stay was horseback riding along the beach and a relaxing 20-minute massage, which added another special touch to the overall experience. The staff at the pool and bar were amazing. The drinks made to perfection and the service out of this world. Thank you to Wilca and Gabrielle at the pool bar for always going above and beyond. Thank you Zelina at Indigo and Jimmy. There are far too many people that were amazing to name them all. The beach was clean and very walkable. There is no towel games going on at this resort and their is always a chair available. I cant say enough about this fabulous resort. My only negative, was the sand fleas and mosquitos. I had quite a few bites. I guess you cant ask for a jungle oasis and not expect some bugs. They do fog regularly and they provide natural bug spray in the rooms. I would make sure to bring one with deet and to use it everyday. We will definitely be returning to this resort. It may be our favourite ever.

Our stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth that immediately made us feel like family. We were introduced to the beautiful property by our incredible concierge, Dio, who made sure we had everything we needed at every single moment. He answered every question with patience and kindness and truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon seamless. What makes this resort so special isn’t just the beauty — it’s the people. The staff does small but deeply meaningful things that you simply cannot train. When I had a bad reaction to bug bites, they didn’t just offer sympathy — they brought soothing ointment, gave thoughtful recommendations, and one staff member even went out of their way to purchase bug spray for me. That level of care is rare. Each morning breakfast was a joy because of the positive energy from the team, especially Ezekiel and Chamel, who started our days with smiles and warmth. Leidy, the absolute best hostess, set the tone every time we walked in and made us feel welcomed and valued. Our romantic beach dinner was unforgettable. Juan absolutely nailed both the meal and the service — attentive, thoughtful, and perfectly paced. It was one of the most special evenings of our lives. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day, always immaculate. Even though we don’t drink alcohol, the staff made sure we always had refreshing beverages beyond just water, which was such a thoughtful touch. You cannot buy or train this level of hospitality. These are intrinsically good, hardworking people who truly care. They made us want to be better, happier people simply by being around them. We left feeling like we found a new home away from home. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We will never forget you.

The staff are excellent, every one we met was so amazing. The staff were always available if we ever wanted anything. We normally stay at secrets hotels and we have found zoetry to be so much better. The resort is the perfect size for the amount of guests, we never struggled to find a sunbed, we never had to wait for tables at restaurants or wait long for drinks by the pool. We did get bitten a lot by sand fleas the day we spent on the beach but there was so much space around the pool it wasn’t an issue for us for the rest of our stay.

We are returning again after an amazing spring holiday last year at Zoëtry. We simply couldn’t find anywhere else that matched the friendliness, the beautiful sandy beach, the wonderfully maintained gardens, and the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned beautifully every day, and the gardens are kept to an exceptionally high standard. The staff are incredibly friendly and truly can’t do enough for you. For these reasons, we have decided to return again this year for a well-deserved holiday after a busy winter. It’s the perfect place to relax, switch off, and forget about the working world for ten days. Although all the staff are friendly and helpful, there are a few who go the extra mile. First, we must mention the wonderful concierge, Amada, who couldn’t do enough to help ensure our stay ran smoothly. Nothing was ever forgotten, and everything was handled in the most professional and efficient way. Laidy provides amazing customer service. She always has a smile and is ready to help — a real credit to the hotel. Maria and Natalie also have fantastic people skills and always add that little extra warmth to make your stay even more special. Their welcoming attitude never fades. The entertainment is something we usually try to avoid in hotels, but here it is done in such a lovely and sophisticated way. It never feels intrusive for guests who prefer to relax quietly, yet the performers are incredibly talented. Well done to the team for choosing such wonderful acts. Gabriel also ensured that guests had a great experience with activities and was always on hand to make things just that little bit better. This resort is a gem! We stayed from Feb 23 to March 2. We are seasoned travellers and this resort is by far the best. The staff are phenomenal. We can’t name anyone specifically as everyone we encountered whether it be servers, maintenance, garden staff went above and beyond. Hyatt, I hope you treat your staff well as they are what make this resort #1. Also loved how quiet and relaxing the resort was, beautifully manicured. Beach was fantastic and it was so refreshing we did not have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a lounger. We are snorkelers and brought our gear but sadly, the reef is dead. Not the resort’s fault but reinforced what we have seen in other countries. Our oceans are in trouble. We will definitely return to and highly recommend Zoetry Agua Punta Cana Please make the effort to bring Dominican Pesos instead of using US…staff prefer to not have to make the exchange.

Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is an amazing resort. The layout makes the stay feel very private. No where on the resort felt busy at any point so everything was very relaxed. Great break to unwind and disconnect and relax. Special shout out to Leidy who took great care of us at dinner and breakfast. Renny at the front desk. And Joel in the lobby bar is AMAZING. One caution. The pool is not very accessible for people with mobility issues

10 out of 10. We can't wait to return. This was our second trip to Zoetry Agua and it did not disappoint! Beautiful grounds, beautiful beach, beautiful room, and most importantly beautiful and kind staff who we miss already! Renny (night manager) and Joel (night bartender) were wonderful company and we enjoyed getting to know them! This resort is hands down our favorite -- it is a truly special place. My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay. We had a great concierge, Jose Simeon who assisted us when needed. There are no reservations needed for the 3 restaurants- each restaurant has 2 alternating menus so basically 6 restaurants to choose from! The food was outstanding We enjoyed the activities- jewelry , pottery, a complimentary beach ride on well behaved horses ( you don’t need any experience) and especially the Spanish classes. Benjamin is a fantastic teacher and I learned a lot of beginner Spanish!!! The spa is wonderful and we took advantage of the free 20 minute massage and booked a couples massage as well- the coupons from the lobby help. We used the spa many times- so relaxing. Due to an injury before trip, we couldn’t take advantage of the many fitness classes. The people who work here are just lovely and always so helpful- I couldn’t possibly name them all but Leady at Indigo was one of my favorites. The staff here is one of Zoetry’s greatest assets. The only negative is the biting insects. My husband had no issue but I was covered in bites; I ended up using Deep Woods Off wipes twice a day and tried to avoid any scented products . My husband didn’t need to use anything- no bites! Zoetry uses a spray that minimizes any harm to the environment.

We stayed at this beautifully manicured and peaceful property for 4 nights. We had a garden view room which we loved - it was very private. Our room was nicely furnished (the bed was so comfortable!) and housekeeping did a wonderful job servicing the room. Each and every one of the Zoetry team we encountered was kind and helpful. One evening we dined at Amaya which we thought was very good, but our favourite was Piraguas - the menu alternated between Mexican and Dominican and the food was creative and delicious. Our butler, Jose Simeon, was very likeable and very helpful - especially when assisting us with our transfer back to the airport. The only downside side is that although the property caters to adults, there were some children - not a lot, but this would be the only thing that may keep us from returning.

We had the most wonderful stay at Zoetry Agua. The hotel is breathtaking and the staff are beautiful. Special thanks to Gilberto for being so attentive, and always being there, the entertainment team were amazing and activities provided were perfect. We loved the pottery, horse riding, painting, aqua aerobics to mention just a few. The entertainment was just perfect. Thank you Gilberto again for making our holiday so special. We miss you already. The grounds are beautiful and our bedroom on first floor with a beautiful balcony was gorgeous and kept so clean. The food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive hotel. We can’t wait to return one day. Special thanks to Emmanuel our concierge who was also truly amazing and provided everything we needed on a daily basis. Zoetry Agua should be really proud of all their staff for the attentiveness and customer service.

The resort was spectacular. It felt like a tropical paradise with the thatched roofs and layout. It was so quiet which we were looking for after spending a week a larger resort before coming to Zoetry. The staff were very friendly and always attentive. Our room was comfortable and stocked with everything we could want. Having a beach right off the resort was great. We walked the beach every morning enjoying the sunrises and waves. This was our second Zoetry experience and it did not disappoint!!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Zoetry. Our room was so cosy and comfy. The bed was large and perfect for a great night sleep. The shower and washroom area is really well planned. A lot of counter space and closet space. Turn down service every night. House keeping came early every day which was amazing. We loved the grill option at lunch with lobster. Lots of beach chairs to lounge and relax. The entertainment staff are amazing. Tania is so kind and thoughtful and wants you to enjoy everthing about this resort. I loved participating in the yoga sessions every day and some of the activities by the pool. Will definetely be back again.

We have just come back from a ten day stay at Zoetry Punta Canta. Wow what a beautiful tranquil, luxurious hotel. Despite the weather being changeable our stay was rejuvenating and we were looked after impeccably by Emmanuel our concierge. What an asset to your hotel he is and a genuine lovely kind guy. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. There was so much to do despite some rainy days, pottery, the spa . The gym was well equipped and my husband and his friends had great workouts with Junior the gym instructor. The Indigo restaurant gave us an amazing welcome and food ,service with beautiful sea views every day. Henri, Leidi, Chanel, Fernando, Merlin, Keiren , Zuleima, Orquidea and Jendiler. Thank you what a team. The pool bar was amazing with pizza from Luis, flowing drinks from Alejandra, Wilco,Julian and Charlie . Nothing was too much and their smiles were infectious. All the restaurants served amazing food and the lunchtime buffets were delicious. Our room was on one of the best most comfortable, we have stayed in and the mini bar was stocked twice a day and the room kept spotless by Santa. We will definitely be back one day and already miss the beautiful Zoetry hotel. One small thing was the pool could have been warmer but we had unusual amounts of rain that didn’t help. We arrived tired, stressed and needing a break. We certainly had that and left feeling relaxed, chilled, throughly spoiled and a few pounds heavier!! Thank you we will be back. Xxxx

Walk don’t run to Zoetry if you are looking for a relaxing tranquil hotel with excellent restaurant options and a beautiful beach. The hotel felt quiet even though they were almost at capacity it was quiet. The many pools allow groups to spread out across the property. The rooms were recently renovated and very spacious and nice. It was a luxury experience

I have stayed at this hotel during first week of January. The most serene, beautiful and relaxing place I have been to. Beach is amazing. Rooms are spacious clean with many great features inside. Staff treats you like family and know you by name. Our concierge Diomedis did exceptional job making our holiday and a more memorable experience. He had a nice surprise waiting for me in a room on a day of my birthday. Felt really special. Entertainment staff Gilbert and Tanya both hardworking kind and amazing individuals making resort experience more personalized and special. Tanya runs sound healing workshops on Sundays amazing experience. Gilberto does amazing work ensuring nightly entertainment is fun and relaxing. Loved flamenco, circus and live guitar performances at night. Indigo breakfast/lunch restaurant hostess Leydi knew us by name and was always helpful with any requests. Her smile would made our mornings more happy and joyful. Yellim was our server and helped with every breakfast and lunch order making recommendations and helping with customization of a simple breakfast order. Alejandra Wilca & Charlie were our favorite beach servers I really enjoyed fresh coconuts on beach and exceptional service. Made our days more easy going and relaxing. Head chef of the resort Octavio is from Peru and ensures every meal we had tasted amazing. We really like individual pizza at the pool and barbecue options :) We also really liked all of the restaurants best meal was fusion options from Amaya and Mediterranean menu from restaurant Olena. Piraya restaurant had very yummy soup and steak. Hostess Sorry from Amaya was always happy and pleasant to interact with making recommendations on wine and dishes. Karina from coffee shop made our coffees each day we really likes cappuccinos lattes espresso and freshly baked croissants. I also took some fitness classes with Jason fitness instructor he was very fun energetic and pleasure to work out with. Would definitely come to this beautiful place again.

Beautiful resort and exceptional service! If you are looking for a chill, quiet place with a great ambience - Zoetry is the place! A few things to note: 1. Food is amazing if you stick with local cuisine. For example, we were very disappointed with the italian offering but the Caribbean, Mexican, Spanish food was fantastic. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning at Indigo - which is on the beach. Also of note is the wood-fired pizza during the day - It was so good! 2. The staff is amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face and made you feel special. 3. If you are looking for a party place - this is not it. We thoroughly enjoyed the chill environment - which is what we were looking for and loved it. 4. The rooms are very comfortable. We stayed in an Oceanfront Deluxe with a plunge pool. We loved being on the beach. They don't like you to keep the patio doors open so you can't listen to the waves crash on the room, but we understood as there CAN be a mosquito problem. We didn't see a single bug when we were there. Also, we didn't get in the plunge pool at all as it was not heated and the water temperature was cold, We wish we had gotten a 2nd floor room without a plunge pool and saved some money. The 2nd story rooms also all had daybeds which would have been nice, The 1st story rooms had chairs and loungers. I don't think there are many 'bad' rooms at this place as it is very peaceful. 5. There was seaweed on the beach, but there were workers out there every day carting it off. Very impressed with the work ethic. We are pool people anyway. 6. The gym and spa are top notch. the spa has hydrotherapy pools which are free and very calming.

Wow, this place exceeded my expectations on every count. I’ve worked in the facilities management field for over 35 years and I’ll tell you, This Zoetry team is dialed in. The facility, amenities, food and staff are likely best in class. It’s a small, quiet, and relaxing resort. Not a big party place and not a place for kids. A perfect high end getaway

Zoetry Punta Cana is an excellent all-inclusive. I tend not to like all-inclusives, but this stood out among the few I have been to. Its peaceful, the resort is a good 55 min from the airport in a quiet area. The resort is on the small side with less than 100 rooms. The rooms and facilities are all legitimate thatch roof and are authentically built, not faux disney aesthetic. The beach is quite big and there is plenty of seating, no fighting for lounges. The beach also has built in thatch umbrellas that provide plenty of shade, again, no worries about finding a spot. Less so at the pool, but we always found a lounge between the 2 main pools and a river pool that also has lounges. That alleviates a lot of stress and rushing around like a lunatic everyday. The food is of course all-inclusive, so the foodie in me says its not great, but relative to other cruises and all-inclusives, its very good. Again, no waiting, they have 2 -3 choices each day. Breakfast was excellent, al a carte, so again, no fighting on buffet lines or waiting at the omelette station, all at your table. The dinners were a bit of hit and miss, but no meal was a complete miss. For lunch they will typically have a themed bbq at the pool on an open wood fire. It was excellent and included lobsters on some days. They also have an Ooni pizza maker and make pizzas to order. The thing that stood out about this place is that its relaxing, no entertainment director chasing you to play a game, no loud music, no 'forced' fun. They do a 'crafty' thing each day which can be painting, candle making, etc. They do have a spa that includes Yoga and Pilates classes, they bring in an external instructor who has excellent knowledge. The gym is also first rate. Zoetry positions itself as a wellness resort, I think it falls short on that because it only offers a spa which everyone has and 1 or 2 classes per day, but if you have good habits, this a place that certainly allows you to exercise and find tranquility. They also have entertainment each evening around 8:30p. All local performers that were quite talented as musicians, dancers and gymnastics. The staff are very welcoming and professional and the guest that come here are also not your 'Sandals' people, the people we met were quite normal and while some drank themselves to oblivion each day, they were not out of control. A couple of negatives. For a 'wellness' resort, I was shocked to see they allow smoking. There were people who were chain smokers that smoked on the pool lounges which are on top of you. Also a big negative was at the beach you get solicited frequently by people selling trinkets. I found this very annoying and I'm not sure the resort can control it since the beach is a public space and the vendors are free to solicit. The third negative was the 'Ultimate Vacation Club' solicitation by the hotel itself. Its deceptive, they tell you its 'not a timeshare', but its 100% is a time share or time share like long term obligation. They entice you with Spa credits to do this and your 'free' 20 minute massage is the opening sell. Do your own research but Reddits I read say it takes 10 years to get a payback on the initial upfront payment and maintenance payments. I don't mind that they do this, but the way they go about it is quite under-handed. All in all, Zoetry was the best all-inclusive I have been to, I would definitely go back because its the vibe I like and is a relaxing place and steers clear of the club-like atmospheres of other resorts. If you are looking for that, this is not the place to go. The staff are all very kind and I enjoyed meeting all of them each day. The low key nature of this resort is its strength. If you like that, you will enjoy this very much. I would give it a 4.5, but given TA does not do half stars, I think a 5 is much more accurate than a 4. Its an excellent place.

Amstar was the transfer company we booked and they were top notch reputable, upon arrival we were in paradise the entrance the vibe was zen, relaxing and inviting. The welcome drink, the fragrance scents you can pick for your room when housekeeping arrives, the restaurants all a la carte, no buffet which is fantastic, food was spectacular, staff were amazing -everyone so happy, smiling and just lovely people. Rooms were clean and lovely, Nightly entertainment by lobby bar was classy, well done. Guitarists, Flamenco night was fun and interactive with everyone, we all had such a nice time. You can be at peace and in a quiet setting or enjoy some fun as you prefer. Charlie Jose best bartender server, nathalie and the staff at Indigo fabulous. Sory Yohanna paraguay and wherever we found them lovely, JJ our butler was a friend and such a gem, Leila and the team first class! I would go back in a heartbeat. Celebrated my Bday with my hubby and had the best 4days - wished I booked for longer. best crew.
