Amy in the spa was absolutely amazing! She was such a sweet heart and I so look forward to having her again! I will say, the relaxation room could definitely be bigger… sharing the space is a little odd with other couples, and they should definitely include pool/hot tub access...

Our pleasure to stay there for five consecutive days. Each moment was perfection. Connie Brashear (front desk) insured our room was exactly right. We're always wowed by the standards the staff upholds. Our dining experiences were so wonderful, as well. Everything we could want, or need, is right there.

Great rooms, easy to navigate around hotel, wonderful staff. Clean, organized, great looking rooms, comfortable beds. Food in the restaurant and Grotto, and Blakes. Is very delicious and great menu choices. Water Oscar was very helpful and polite

Very nice and cozy room. Great beach view. Walking distance from conference center. Many restaurants to choose from. Grocery stores close by. Receptionist Van was very helpful and proactive. Elevators are fast but need some maintenance.

We had a two-day weekend given to us for our 40th anniversary gifted by friends and family. Upon check-in and after, Danielle at the front desk was absolutely the example of quality guest service. Top notch! Informed us about everything, made reservations at the Steakhouse, and much more. More importantly, she was always there as we passed by and acknowledged us every time. While relaxing at poolside at the Cove, Catherine was our server and was as amazing, stopped by frequently, kept our beverage full, suggested a few small bites, all very good. She was young and knew how to handle a very busy poolside day.

The food was great! Brandon also gave us great recommendations on where to eat. We enjoyed relaxing evenings by the pool and calming walks on the beach. This vacation was just what we needed and all the staff was amazing!

The Spa at San Luis is amazing and the massage by Navisa was excellent. All the staff is incredibly helpful and the amenities and men’s locker room are very nice including a steam room that was started up for me while I got dressed from massage. 10/10

Danielle at the reception desk was very professional and friendly. Made us feel welcome. Her smile was genuine and personality is something we admired. We will definitely come back and hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you for the service and great food.

We had a great visit, as always. Unfortunately we’ve been gone a year, but the high standards and quality service are still there. Check in was smooth, got my favorite room. We went straight to the Cove where Bria made a great Bloody Mary and frozen margarita. When we visited the Cove the next day Victoria introduced us to the Mexican Martini-great drink. First night we ate in The Steakhouse. Snapper with crab was great. Also enjoyed the lobster bisque soup, crab cakes and crab legs. John Paul, Lazar and Richard took great care of us. On our second night we ate in the Grotto. We both ate the San Luis veal, excellent as always. Our tasty appetizer was Mozzarella Padella. Jerid and Nicholas saw to our every needs. Of course we’re in The Bar every night where Liberty and Jessica took great care of us. The music in The Bar and Cove was really good this time. Thanks for sticking with the classics! So glad Officer Edinburgh in was on duty keeping us safe, you never know when someone will behave badly and one night they did. We ate in the Bistro twice. Oscar served us our favorite Asian Salad and Barb served the Texas sized omelette ~highly recommend both. I really appreciate the valet’s taking care of my bags and car, I wanted to relax and enjoy my stay. My LSC card worked better than ever, I didn’t lose any points. Please get a new registration program. I always have to call and ask for an email confirmation. I always get the same excuse about the system. We can’t wait to return, after all the San Luis is my home alway from home!

The room was wonderful and decorated nicely for my birthday. The amenities were great, dining options were also great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Danielle Brandon whom worked the reception area. We will definately be back!

Valet staff support courteous. Check in was so pleasant with Ms. Kandyce, she is so professional and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Enjoyed the amenities of Club Ten: Ferrero Rocher chocolates, breakfast in bed, and the facilities at the San Luis. Love the Cove pool.
