Very comfortable. To nit-pick: the breakfast fruit was hard and unripened. Oatmeal drippy. Would go back. Very convenient on river walk and downtown, decent restaurants and starbucks and bistros nearby, majestic theatre and people-watching etc.

Absolutely loved the hotel - quiet area on the Riverwalk but very short walk to the busy restaurant/bar area. We had a room with a balcony which was a great spot to relax after a busy touring day. The staff were all excellent. We'll be back someday.

The staff at Hotel Valencia went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. During our check-in we were offered a complementary margarita or flavored water. Upon arriving to our your room, a delicious complementary charcuterie board was there for us to enjoy. The valet/door service was extraodinary, we never once had to open the door. Someone was always there to greet us with a smile and a warm welcome. John G gave us the best recommendation for a wonderful BBQ place and made sure to check in with us to see if we enjoyed it. Michelle, one of the bartenders, had great suggestions for drinks that she though we would enjoy. The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The hotel location is perfect, right on the riverwalk. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Wonderful location close to what we wanted to do. Loved the decor. Check in was seamless and easy. The complimentary beverage upon check-in was welcome after our long drive in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was cozy and we fell right to sleep. Checkout was a breeze, they were able to hold our luggage and vehicle so we could explore on foot a bit more before heading out on the rest of our vacation.

Very nice hotel right on the River Walk. Staff were all very polite and helpful. The restaurant /bar/ patio were excellent Great location for shopping/walking around. We ate outside on the patio overlooking the river. Had breakfast several times inside. The food was always very good

This is a beautiful hotel with such amazing staff! We totally enjoyed our stay from the first cocktail at the bar, to the last coffee as we checked out. The room was very large and when we asked for a couple of chairs so that we could watch a basketball game with our travel companions they not only accommodated our request but left a few snacks to share! We have been raving about our stay since we have left!

Service was impeccable. Room was serviced very quickly while we were out for lunch. Staff was very attentive and friendly. It was the perfect quick getaway after our wedding ceremony. Thank you for helping us create amazing memories. We look forward to coming back for our first anniversary.

Amazing customer service and location. The staff goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nice , clean and spacious -comfortable beds and good lighting in barhroom. And the location is perfect for visiting downtown and the theater.

There system of requesting one's vehicle worked perfectly. The TV wasn't properly attached to the internet, but when brought to the front desk attention, Frank came & quickly resolved the issue. He was very professional & pleasant. He was full of information & suggestions, when we asked. Overall, great experience!

Had the great luck to have Hotel Tonight suggest the hotel Valencia for my weekend trip to San Antonio. The look and location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. The bar and staff were top notch and the room was amazing as well. Its location on the riverwalk is a plus. I didn’t need my car as so many options were in walking distance.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went beyond the call of duty John Garza our valet was outstanding in every aspect he offered so so many tips to help us enjoy our stay. We also ate breakfast in the hotel which turned out to be awesome as well the eggs were cooked perfectly and my omelette was delicious. Christina was a great server she made sure we were well taken care of and the rest of the wait staff stepped in to lend a hand as well.The receptionist were helpful and accommodating and patiently answered my questions. My husband and I felt very welcome. Also the hotel is really close to the Majestic Theater so we are definitely coming back!!!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Valencia in San Antonio. We consider the Valencia our home away from home. The customer service and accommodations are excellent. Nicole, Mourad, Dawin, Faven, and the entire staff made our stay top notch. We will definitely be back!!!

Just returned from a romantic weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Just returned from a romantic weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Seriously the friendliest staff we’ve ever met, especially our housekeeper, Rosa! We had a third floor courtyard room that opened up into the courtyard. The room was nice and dark great for sleeping in. We enjoyed the courtyard with the fire and water feature at night under the stars. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel is amazing. The staff especially the check in experience is amazing. Sarah, the manager is always so attentive and courteous. She makes us feel always welcomed. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing
