Great hotel & very clean! Walkable shops and restaurants. Very beautiful beach area with chairs, towels and staff attendance. We had a great time at their casino on property as well - we loved our dealer Katiana on our last night. She was so kind!

Beautiful resort, experienced staff, delicious meals, heavy drinks, soft beds and the perfect beach wraps up our stay! Perfect location for walking and exploring the island, best location to enjoy Lady Grace and her tour options, and 0 complaints from our recent visit! Highly recommend!

We did not stay at the Ritz, but the Ritz is a very common pick up place for many of the catamaran and island tours. We arrived at the Ritz early for our pick up, and we were hungry so popped into the Ritz Carlton‘s coffee shop. There are a few tables inside and outside, and the wait staff was very friendly. We got a couple of coffees, a blueberry muffin, and a danish. The pastries were incredibly fresh and delicious. The coffee was beautifully blended. It was a great quick breakfast as we walked out to the dock to catch our tour.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was perfect, clean and a beautiful view. We loved waking up and sitting on the balcony before we head out for the day. Pretty wonderful way to start our day! The beach is absolutely beautiful. We walked every morning, yoga at 8 and a latte afterwards. Life is good ♥️. We had a favorite server at the breakfast and lunch restaurant spot on premise, Coralli. Latoya is a ray of sunshine every day! She is efficient with service and made us smile. If you want to have fun with water sports the Ritz team assists you or they will connect you with a boat or a private experience etc. We enjoyed our private tour today and got to see some turtle too ♥️. Thanks for warming us cold weather people up.... We will be back.

The highs: Location - the property sits on a conveniently located portion of Grace Bay. Not the best beach location(more in the lows), but convenient for both activities on/near the property and stepping off property for shopping and dining. The highs: Location - the property sits on a conveniently located portion of Grace Bay. Not the best beach location(more in the lows), but convenient for both activities on/near the property and stepping off property for shopping and dining. Staff availability and friendliness - every interaction with staff was friendly. From the porters to housekeeping to beach staff, we were always greeted in a friendly manner. We never had to look for someone if we had a question or needed something. Lows: Identity - this is NOT a Ritz Carlton level property. Frankly, the vibe with the large number of families with small children was more Marriott Vacation Club. The absence of any local cuisine options for on-property dining means: 1) this hotel could be anywhere in world, 2) we ate every meal off-property. Many have pointed out the bland, unfinished design and decor of the building and it's even more stark looking at Seven Stars next door. Again, it could be anywhere and doesn't speak to TCI. Staff efficiency - the staff is friendly, but not always effective. We had checked in via the app with a request for early check-in. This could not be accommodated which is understandable, but we had to come back to the front desk at 4:15 to inquire when our room would be ready. At this point I met the one stand-out member of the staff at the hotel, Mario Mills. He immediately got our room keys and had us shown to the room. Why we weren't called or texted that our room was ready is unknown. Mario greeted us by name each time he saw us and got us car service to the airport when our service no showed on us. We received a gift in recognition of our Bonvoy elite status, but the card was addressed to a different guest. There were other small misses that weren't material to our vacation, but were unexpected at a Ritz. Beach - other hotels have deeper beach areas and are less crowded. The 3 rows of chaise lounges are packed very closely together which means the sounds of the breaking waves were often overwhelmed by conversations around us. If you want a front row pair of chairs, you'll need to get down to the beach before 7:00 AM - something I've had to do at all-inclusives, but didn't expect at a Ritz. Summary - we enjoyed our visit to TCI, but doubt we'd stay at the Ritz Carlton next visit.

This is the perfect hotel. It was really magnificent in every sense of the word, and we'd go back there in a heartbeat. The beach was lovely, and a wonderful place for a long stroll. The breakfast was just perfect. The Italian restaurant for the dinners was so good we went back 3 times. But best of all was the friendly friendly service. The people working there were INCREDIBLY GRACIOUS and accommodating to our requests. I want to especially call out Deija at the front desk and the front office manager who gave us a lovely corner view room. The cushion furniture on the balconies overlooking the ocean was so comfortable. Just perfect in every way!!!!!

We had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton! The customer service was truly top-tier every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm smiles of Devain, Onil, and Telly at the door, to MJ at the pool and the attentive water sports attendant, every interaction exuded hospitality and excellence. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our experience nothing short of luxurious. The resort's beautiful beachfront location made our stay even more special. it was absolutely worth it for a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with outstanding desserts to top it off. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, embodying the essence of a true 5-star hotel. The staff’s dedication to exceptional service was evident in every aspect of our visit, making this an unforgettable getaway.

After researching several resorts & deciding we did not want an all-inclusive we decided upon the Ritz Carlton. Check in was absolutely at/after 4 pm. So if you arrive early make sure to pack your swim suit in your carry on! We grabbed a beer and chicken quesadilla at the pool bar while we waited. The guest relations team delivered chocolate covered strawberries for our room which was a lovely surprise. The view from our balcony was gorgeous! It was very windy while we were there (oct 26-30 2024) but that didn’t stop us from playing in the waves and having excellent service from Javen (sp?) at our beach side chairs. Every guest we met was delightful and several were from Nashville/Franklin which is where we were from! Many were there first time like us and others were repeat visitors to both T&C and Ritz! The brunch on site is quite pricey. But pretty much all food there is. We made a reservation for our celebration night at the steakhouse and Alley our service & Evanson the host had a table decorated for us, a card and dessert! Everyone was extremely nice & went out of their way to make us feel celebrated & special. I scoured the forums for info on the area and it was rather light. The resort district in half moon bay is very safe! We didn’t go off resort until our 3rd day/evening and wish we would have sooner. The pizza / Italian place across street is lovely, Caicos Cafe down the road is delicious and there is a massive burrito at the Mexican cantina close by (near Caicos cafe). There is also a grocery store & liquor store right across the street down a gravel path!! I recommend grabbing snacks, breakfast items and room drinks from it! Overall I would absolutely go back and stay at the Ritz again.

We had a great experience here. The hotel is located in the heart of Grace Bay. The service was great. You can walk to a lot of the restaurants from here, as well as make a trip to the local grocery store to pick up a few items. We tended to grab a smoothie every morning from the coffee shop on site. We did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants as there were many others on our list of recommendations from friends who had been on the island previously. All of the restaurants on property looked wonderful and all offer different types of food so you could really stay on property the entire trip if that's what you want. We did have lunch at the pool which was nice and another day had nachos which were very good. The staff at the pool were all friendly and not overbearing but attentive. A couple of times a day that come by with little smoothies, watermelon, etc which is a nice touch. Obviously, everything on island is expensive and be prepared for $20-$25 dollar drink prices, $300 dinners (for two), $100+ for lunch and it's pretty consistent no matter where you go. I suggest going to the "Fish Fry" on Thursday evenings. It's about a $15 cab ride and we thoroughly enjoyed going. Local food trucks, crafts, great drinks and live music.

Grace Bay Beach NEVER disappoints! Beach staff at the ritz were outstanding ! Food here is AMAZING! Special thanks to Varun Mahendru- director of food and beverage. We had a few issues upon check in but the General Manager (Mason ) handled every issue professionally and efficiently. Thank you Finally, a very special thank you to the head bartender at the lobby bar “Whitefield “ He was our go to person for everything !!!! He’s a true gem and goes above and beyond with customer service. Thank you so much Whitfield !

This is our second time staying at the Ritz in this beautiful island. You could stay practically anywhere and enjoy the gorgeous water and peaceful beach. However, if you are willing to spend the money that is charged here, I recommend going elsewhere. The rooms are beautiful and clean but...

This is our second time staying at the Ritz in this beautiful island. You could stay practically anywhere and enjoy the gorgeous water and peaceful beach. However, if you are willing to spend the money that is charged here, I recommend going elsewhere. The rooms are beautiful and clean but we aren’t coming to Turks to stay in the room. The service is terrible, and you might come across one pleasant server/bartender. My husband and I like to lay at the end of the row on the beach to be away from noise, distractions, etc. ( after all, we are on vacation) . I do not advise that at all. I began my day on the beach at 10:45 am and a server came one time ( took our food order) and 4 hours later brought our bill. My husband asked for a cup of ice that never came of course. What is most concerning - there was a party of approximately 20 adults and kids who were so loud (why we had to go to the end of the row of chairs) and commandeered the servers each day. That could have essentially been the reason for our lack of service. We learned the party paid to have the same chairs and servers each day. Regardless of the reason, the service is unacceptable. On a positive note, Calvin was quite the gentleman and was wonderful with setting up our chairs and towels. It was after that things go downhill. My husband and I spent most of the trip walking the beach finding other resorts to book for our next trip. I recommend conducting your own research before booking the Ritz.

I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Turks & Caicos just based on the location. Situated right on Grace Bay and just a short walk from the downtown area, this hotel offers the perfect base to explore if you want to leave the property. Everything you would expect from a Ritz, in terms of amenities. Modern accommodations, a spacious gym, infused water stations, several pools, and turndown service. We tried every restaurant and they were all fantastic, from the sushi bar in the lobby to the Italian restaurant on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
