My husband and I recently returned from our first stay at Grace Bay Club and could not have been more pleased. The accomodations and grounds were beautiful, the beach and water spectacular, and the food very good. However, the true standout was the staff. All of the staff members were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our personal concierges, Fredna and Friz, were outstanding. They were attentive without being obtrusive, checking in with us at breakfast daily, responding to questions and giving updates, and making dinner and travel arrangements as needed. They were a nice added touch to make our stay even more relaxing. We can't wait to come back!

Everything about our stay at The Grace Bay Club was consistent with the reputation of luxury, quality, fine amenities and staff. In addition to the beautiful and well-appointed rooms, restaurants, pool and beach; it was the staff that truly stood out. Our stay was guided and assisted by the fabulous concierge staff, most notably Fredna, Fitz and Bruce. The food and ambience of the Infiniti Restaurant and Bar offered a perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing evening at both the raw bar and beautiful beachside restaurant. Special mention to Wayne who went above and beyond to arrange a beachside table for us prior to our reservation. Our waitress, Delores and servers were very courteous and attentive. The pool and beach staff work very hard throughout the day providing exceptional service; especially Reggie who provided extremely attentive, courteous, professional and personable service. Jim and Kevin were also very accommodating at the Estate Pool. We had the pleasure of being served at the Grill for breakfast by Sonny who was personable, polite and very responsive as we enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. The entire staff greeted us each time we walked by with a friendly Good Morning or Hello; even by the security staff named Terry. Our bellman Ryani deserves special recognition as he reminded me to check for items left behind before leaving our room, as I had left my passport and other items in the safe! We will definitely be back and look forward to bringing the entire family! Many thanks to the entire staff of the outstanding Grace Bay Club.

This post is going to be long but if you have not been to Turks or if you have not stayed at the Grace Bay Club, it might be worth your time.
I have not posted a review about any property before….so, here it goes.
This is our 7th trip to Turks (sorry GBC but we “cheated” one time with another property that starts with an R but we came back) & although we had some minor issues when we first arrived, that was quickly rectified & everything afterwards has been as it has always been during our previous visits.
Our visit this time around has been for 12 days.
The island as a whole is absolutely beautiful, the people are amazing, the food is great, the beaches in Provo are phenomenal & we have always felt safe going off the property no matter what time of day or night it is.
To the long list of people that made our stay so wonderful, we thank you very much! We are beyond grateful!
-Franklyn (in charge of the guest experience & was at one point our concierge)
-Trevion who was our concierge this time around
-Michelle at the front desk in the Villas area
-Luna & Vernice that was our housekeeping crew
-The crew that took care of us on the beach & Off Shore….. Fredeline (aka Fabulous Fred or maybe even Country Ken ….lol!!) , Andre (aka Andre 3000), Moses (aka Holy Moses), Acetelien (I hope I spelled that correctly but he is aka Ace) & one other gentleman whose name begins with an M (I apologize for not getting your name down).
We also did a private boat half day excursion with Island Vibes & LJ & JR were wonderful!
You guys are our second family (always have been) & we will be back!
Much love!!

We recently returned from a four night stay at the Grace Bay Club with two other couples. We each booked the same room level based upon reviews and pictures online. When we arrived to our room we were extremely disappointed, didn't look anything like the pictures online, and we were paying $2,020 per night. It was tired and small. The bed in the bedroom took up most of the room, I actually had to squeeze between the wall and bed to get to the nightstand. After looking at the rooms of the other couples which were much larger and one of which included a 2nd 1/2 bathroom and laundry (not to mention major upgrading and a huge balcony), we went and complained to the front desk. They politely told us that the rooms were all the same grade and that the resort was full. We asked for a discount on the outrageous price we were paying and they said they would have to ask the manager who was in a meeting. They later said that they couldn't do anything. On the third day, we had a note from the hotel that the water was going to be turned off between 9AM - 11AM the next morning. We thought, okay, we will just go the beach. At lunch we were told by our server that the time had changed to 2:30PM - 3:30PM - no formal notification from the hotel management. We had a dinner reservation at a great restaurant (Seven) down the street at 6:30 PM that evening and asked if the water would be on by 5PM? They thought it would! Well upon returning to our room at 5PM there was NO WATER - when we called the front desk they said the water was out for the entire street and would be back on within a few hours. We called the restaurant down the street and guess what - they had water. I am sure the hotel was just trying to cover up that the issue was with the hotel only. So we ended up jumping in the pool since we couldn't have a shower. When we checked out the next day we asked if the manager could give us some type of modification to our bill for all of our inconveniences. We were told that they couldn't but hoped that we would return the following year. Be aware that some rooms are nicely upgraded and others are old, dumpy and very tired. At a minimum, they should price the rooms accordingly. If you book, make sure you know what room you are getting and ask to see it before you agree to stay in it. HOWEVER, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OUR FRIENDS TO STAY AT AND WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE UPON OUR RETURN NEXT YEAR TO TURKS AND CAICOS.

This is a special place! That's how we felt when we left. It took a few days to get settled and thanks to Charmaine Grant, Assistant Director of Rooms, we were moved into a room with a magnificent view of the turquoise water after our second day. We started on the first floor and while the room was well appointed we did not have the view we had hoped for. Charmaine is sharp, detail-oriented, lovely and she wanted to make sure we were happy. Our second room's view was perfect. Third floor and higher would be great too. We stayed in the Estate section of the property and we loved how quiet is was. The Estate section allows you access to all three parts of the property. There is an adult section and a Villa section. We were there at the end of February and it was mostly couples throughout the property.
There were a few bumps at the start of the trip but our personal concierge staff, Fritz and Fredna, made sure they made up for it. It was a belated birthday trip and on our third night we came home from dinner to the most delicious chocolate mousse cake, balloons and spirits. It was a wonderful surprise and made me feel special.
The property itself is beautiful, the staff is constantly working on the grooming of the coconut trees, flowers and other foliage. Every staff person I passed said hello. I was looking for the spa and the staff person I asked insisted on walking me to the door. The gardeners were working on a coconut tree and opened a fresh coconut for me. I drank the water and ate the meat. It was a fun island treat.
We had a few staffers who we befriended. Sonny took care of us each morning at breakfast. He is charming and made sure we had everything we needed. He memorized our order after the first day. We met Junie, she makes her own hot sauce that is used at the hotel. If you like a spicy sauce make sure you ask for it at breakfast to go with your eggs. My husband asked her what her secret is for the sauce and she she answered, "LOVE" with a big laugh...The spread for breakfast covers every food group. You can also order eggs, waffles and pancakes too. Our breakfast was included.
There are a few restaurants on site. Infiniti is well known on the island and we enjoyed dinner there the first night. We sat outside. Be sure to use the mosquito spray provided in your room. My feet paid the price because I did not use it. There is a delicious chopped salad at Krave. I ate it all five days. Anthony was terrific. He also remembered my order after the first day.
The personal concierge staff is assigned to you when you arrive. They help you with anything you need. They can book reservations at restaurants, excursions, the spa. They are always roaming the property, checking in to say hi. They invited us to a champagne sunset get together the second night. We stopped by to watch the sunset and there was a short discussion about the music style on Turks and Caicos. It was a lovely experience.
I would recommend booking dining reservations at least a month in advance, especially at the popular places. The hotel did help me book via email. Thank you to Sharlette for always writing me back and helping arrange the dining and our spa treatment. The food on the island is very delicious. Check out the Marine Room, Coco Bistro and Embers.
The beach staff is helpful. We would get our chaises and umbrella each morning Jim would check on us. You can order food and drinks at your beach chairs. You just raise the red flag and help will be there in no time. They also provide reef safe sunblock. It was nice not having to bring our own.
The spa is small. It was clean and calming. My husband and I enjoyed our massages. It was perfect for what we wanted.
The way I rate a property is deciding if I would go back. If the answer is yes, then the property gets my 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful five day vacation Grace Bay Club. We will be back! *****
P.S. We purchased the speed pass coming in to the island and bypassed about 100 people waiting to go through customs. We also purchased the VIP lounge pass and sat in an air conditioned room near the gates. It was a Saturday and airport was beyond insane. There are no seats at the airport and no air conditioning. Definitely recommend both of these services.

Wonderful property. The staff were exceptional- particularly the concierge, the restaurant staff and the housecleaning staff. The rooms are pristine and the view cannot be beat. Great experience. The buffet breakfast offered fresh fruit and lots of gluten and dairy free options. The beach was easily accessible.

Can’t say enough good things about the Grace Bsy Club.
We stayed for a week in a junior villa suite. It was in the third floor with an ocean view. It was clean and modern. Room service was great and there was turndown service each night. There was a mini fridge that came with a complimentary bottle of champagne and water. Water was replaced every day. There is also a really nice coffee maker. They also provided personal water bottles and had water dispensers throughout the resort that you could use to fill them up.
The resort is beautiful. The beach is amazing. White sand and large. You can walk 1.5 miles each way. We’ve traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and this was the best beach we’ve been on. They have a host at the pool and the beach that will put a towel cover over your chair and provide fresh beach towels. There was never a problem getting a chair on the beach or pool. The entire staff was friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate anything you needed.
They provide a complimentary breakfast that has everything you could ask for. It is served buffet style but you can special order anything you want from omelets to pancakes to eggs benedict.
One of the best features of the resort is that they provide personal concierges. Ramsey was our assistant and was amazing. He would arrange taxi services to our dinner reservations and excursions. He was always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. He was great!
Grace Bay Club is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. If you book here, you won’t be disappointed.

The Grace Bay Club in Turks & Caicos is on a beautiful beach, with awesome views of the green and blue ocean and a lovely light breeze. The food is excellent, and the employees are as nice as can be.
We were at the GBC in March, which is a busy month, but despite the resort being at 100% occupancy, it never felt that way. The layout, the large piece of beachfront property, and the pleasant nature of the attentive employees were such that there was always a very relaxing feel to it.
The GBC gives you personal concierges that book restaurant reservations for you etc. We had two lovely concierges: Tiffany and Austin.
The massages at the spa were top notch.
Other employees we loved were managers Rohan and Janice, and a totally awesome tennis pro named Matus. He really knows his stuff and brought my wife’s and my dormant tennis games back to life!
We don’t remember all the names of the nice people who took such good care of us at the restaurant, pool and beach but here are a few standouts: Alyssa, Sonny, Gerald, Rachel and Yves.
For history buffs, we enjoyed a tour of the preserved cotton plantation, worked by slaves in the early 18th century. A great driver, Earle took us there and back.
Lastly, a shout out to the country of Turks & Caicos. The airport, immigration and customs are well run—no huge lines. And JetBlue flights are well timed to land close to check in time at GBC and to depart comfortably after check out tine. The GBC is only a 15 minute drive from the Provinciales airport.
Thumbs up on the Grace Bay Club!!!
