First and foremost, the property is absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the balcony looked out to the family pool below.
The beach isn't all that wide, but there's plenty of space. The staff at the beach were attentive and the view was incredible. The water is very shallow, 3 feet at most and you could seemingly walk for miles without getting above your waist. This would be perfect for kids.
Unfortunately, there we were eaten up by bed bugs our first night. Another person in our group had a similar experience. We asked that they "take care of it" the next morning, and when we returned to our room, it seemed that they simply changed the sheets. Interestingly, we never received an apology and the staff was honestly a bit dismissive of the issue. I can understand as there are bugs in the Turks and they probably thought I was mistaking bed bugs for the run-of-the-mill kind. Nonetheless, we were in "vacation mode" and didn't want to make a big deal out of it.
When we woke up the second morning with significantly more bites than the day prior, I immediately went to the front desk to request a new room. They were able to put me in another room, which was good. However, for the inconvenience, they again weren't all that apologetic. Also, the room was a floor below the last and our inconvenience was not taken into account.
If it weren't for the bed bugs, and more importantly the way they had handled the situation, I'd have given this property a 5/5. However, when you're paying >$1k per night to stay at a resort, you shouldn't have to worry about this type of thing. Plus, we need to throw away our luggage, which is a substantial financial hit.
Hopefully they can resolve the situation for future guests.

To say The Shores Club exceeded expectations would be an understatement. The room was amazing. The pools, 4 of them, were awesome. The beach was so soft and the water was exactly the aqua color as the pictures showed. The staff made you feel like royalty. Every time you passed a staff member the greeted you with a smile and offered to help you in any way. As amazing the resort was, the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. The Shores Club has 2 sister resorts, The Palms and The Sands. You can take a free shuttle to them and enjoy all the amenities there as well. The sands is a short walk from the shopping/restraint area of town. This was by far the best vacation experience we have ever had. 6 out of 5 stars! You won't regret booking a stay of a lifetime here.

We absolutely loved our experience at The Shore Club! It was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and we will definitely be back. Rosa at the pool bar was amazing, helpful and professional. The entire staff was welcoming and treated us like family.

This hotel is on the quiet side of the island . Greeted with rum punch . Gorgeous property on a beautiful quiet beach . Windy at times but felt great on a hot day - fun to watch kite surfers . Not crowded at all , felt like we had the place mostly to ourselves this week . Friendly, polite staff. Very clean, and comfortable room but could use more charging ports . My only wish was that we had an ocean view but it was a lot more expensive than our pool view obviously. Restaurants had great ambiance and food . Free bottled water .Nice breakfast included too. Free non motorized water sports . Shout out to captain Abner for our fun Hobie Cat sail. Highly recommend.

The service at this hotel is wildly misaligned with how upscale the property is. What made the quality of service even more frustrating was that it was one of the more overstaffed properties I’ve been to compared to the number of people staying there. The staff Seemed overall disinterested in helping guests and more interested in standing around in groups talking amongst themselves. When you tried to ask for anything, they were extremely rude. Although the property itself was very beautiful, we will not be visiting again due to the poor quality of service. This left us overall very frustrated with the quality of our stay.

Everyone is so kind, it is very clean, the pools are beautiful, and the service is great. Kenderly Joseph is a great and sweet beach attendant. These guys work hard to make sure you have everything you need for a great beach day. Drinks are pretty pricey, but to be expected at a resort! I would definitely return to this resort! Great for couples or families!

This resort is very special. Newly built in 2017, it is one of three properties owned by a local resort company and perhaps the main reason why it is special, they are local and have your best interest (they also own The Palms and The Dunes) of both their guests and employees.
Our beachfront suite was nearly 2000 sq. ft and featured a wrap-around outdoor balcony, huge kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 baths and plenty of bright light and comfortable seating. The bed was amazing too.
The resort features four pools: Family, adult, resort (by the ocean and all cabanas are no extra cost) and my favorite, huge lap pool.
It also features an incredible fitness area by the entrance which includes a well equipped gym, lap pool, yoga pavilion and two changing rooms. There is also an area to relax with cold bottled water and a Nespresso machine.
There are two pool restaurants for lunch, both very good. They offer one fine dining restaurant, SUI-REN, which offers very fresh sushi and excellent Japanese and tropical offerings. Amazing outdoor courtyard setting. Almond Tree, their casual restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. This was the only disappointment at the resort. The buffet breakfast is subpar at best with the omelet station the only thing worth mentioning.
They offer complimentary shuttles to their other properties and we did shuttle to The Palms and tried out their new Si Si restaurant which was still a work in progress but has the ability to be great.
The Shore Club is located on the opposite side of Grace Bay on Long Bay Beach. The beach is walkable for miles with soft sand and turquoise water. It is very quiet compared to Grace Bay beach and much narrower. Hence, families with kids will enjoy The Palms more. For this reason, The Shore Club had far fewer families and is much better suited for couples.
Overall, this is an amazing property. The employees are so friendly and are fully engaged in taking care of their guests. Management is always around checking out the gym, pools and public areas. And very clean! We already rebooked for 2026 and if you were thinking of staying at Amanyara, think again and stay here.

Beautiful, peaceful and luxurious resort with some of the best staff you will ever meet in a hotel. The staff really went above and beyond every single day during our stay and we are suffering from a serious case of the holiday blues!!
We got engaged on the first night and had such a nice time celebrating in our TCI 'bubble' before going back home. Special thanks to May, Joseph and Farah at Sui Ren for putting their heart and soul into celebrating our engagement, as well as making us feel at home each visit there. Ibrahim and Junior also brought so much joy to the evenings too, with drink recommendations and great conversations. We also wanted to give a special mention to Chef Lorenzo at Sui Ren for his creative dishes and 'custom' surprises from the kitchen!
All of the other restaurants also served incredible food and drinks - a particular highlight was the Jerk Chicken Wrap at Sea Grapes, which was personally recommended by Evens, and the best wrap I have ever tasted!
We also enjoyed a few meals at Almond Tree and were served by Uxslene each time. She was extremely welcoming, gave great recommendations and even spontaneously arranged for the singer to serenade us after our engagement!
We stayed in a one bedroom partial ocean view suite, which was perfect for us. It had a great view of the Ocean and was spacious with a free-standing bath and shower. A HUGE thank you also to Kerry Hendrickson, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was incredible - particularly helping to arrange a visit to one of the incredible villas to take a few engagement photos.
Finally, the team at the beach were fantastic! Every day they provided us with fresh towels, water and weather predictions (!). We also took advantage of the free water sports and had a go at Sailing, Paddle Boarding and Kayaking, with some helpful coaching from Abner on how to paddle board in a straight line!
Overall a FANTASTIC holiday to TCI and we will be back to the Shore Club!
