The Okura Prestige Bangkok

Quiet modern clean comfortable elegant . All staff excellent. Location convenient to shopping, dining, sky train. Striking architecture. Pool very nice..could use a few more loungers but space is a consideration. The same hotel in the US would cost 2 or 3times as much, and be worth it.

Where to begin , okura was always selected for the start and last end our journey itinerary in thailand. The hotel sets in a really good location, next-door to sky train station that connects through our Bangkok's domestic favorite spot . On service, The staff are flawless in their delivery ,very close in terms of personalization and overall experience as almost any of the world class properties . Had such a high quality, varied and exceptional breakfast. Egg dishes made to order were perfect . There were loads of great food nearby the hotel but we loved to dine at here . Still impressed with the wagyu steak . The hotel manager and hotel's crew called us by our name on the first day of our arrival was the nice touch . One thing that cannot be forgotten about The okura is the hospitality of all the associates from the door man to the housekeeping team , They had a great job well done. Okura Prestige is a splendid hotel, well located close to shopping, nightlife, Lumphini Park and the sky train. The public rooms are very attractive and appealing but I felt the atmosphere and ambience didn't continue when the lift doors opened on our corridor. It's a little cumbersome having to take two lifts to your room. We enjoyed time by the spectacular swimming pool and breakfast, both Japanese and traditional, were good experiences. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Our room was large and well equipped, very clean and well maintained, maybe a little minimalistic in decoration giving more the appearance of a business hotel than a holiday hotel. Our overall experience wasn't outstanding but it was good and on a par with several other 5 star Bangkok city hotels we've stayed at.

If you have not been surprised by the high level of service in the best hotels in the world for a long time, then I recommend visiting Okura Prestige in Bangkok. I believe that hoteliers should stay in this hotel to see the level of growth and prospects for the development of customer service. We are especially grateful to Mr. Mr. Niek Hammer, general manager, for the amazing attitude towards hotel guests. In addition, the hotel is located in one of the most prestigious and safe areas of Bangkok We will definitely come back to you!

Maybe the best breakfast buffet in Bangkok, with an amazing choice, no matter your preferences: Indian, Chinese, Thaï, European, Japanese. Even though the hotel was running full, you do not feel the crowd. Stunning view from the swimming pool. You do not hear any noise in the corridors leading to the rooms. The GM is a real hotelier! The only downside to me in the central command for lights and A/C next to the bed, where your choice of lighting is limited, and can be controlled only from one side. Overall a great stay

Okura Prestige Bangkok had given us again a wonderful stay experience. Excellent service from the arrival at front door, enjoy the outdoor pool day and night, to daily clean up the room as always. Although Bangkok is famous for street food and new coffee shop, but the buffet breakfast at Okura should not be skilled because it’s located at upper floor with Bangkok skyline view and of course their excellent services, choices of local cuisine, fruits, daily detox drinks, they don’t just provide fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea. Our room has a bathtub with skylines view, it was wonderful to enjoy at night. The location of Okura is convenient to go Bangkok local attractions easily by the sky train.

Exceptional service and delicious food! This city-center hotel, perched atop a business building, offers breathtaking views from the 20th floor. The unique Japanese breakfast is a standout feature. Perfect stay with modern amenities and a great atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Infinity pool is a paradise high in a concrete jungle of bangkok ,greatest experience ever. Staying at OPB was the best part of my birthday trip during my first visit to Thailand. I have ate at many 5 star hotel buffets and this one tops them all. The beds are extremely comfy and the rooms are a great size. There’s even a nice storage area for luggage that is perfect for keeping your stuff out of the room. There’s view from the room is even better. Nice view of Bangkok with a never ending skyline and a nice city garden. The amenities this hotel offers are top tier as well. We ate at yamazato here as well and it was amazing. The pool here, one of the best views in the entire city. Great location next to the sky train too. Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at

The Okura Prestige was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The excellent japanese service as well as prestine design and quality made this trip extraordinary. Super friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and great amenities. The Pool and Fitness area are well maintained and serviced. The rooms, even the standard rooms, are extremely spacious and great equipped. Lovely view and super quiet, even tho located in a central and prime area. Location was top, next to the metro and the best malls of bangkok.

Truly a great hotel. The service is 6* and having a choice of two restaurants for breakfast (one being Japanese) is a brilliant idea. The gym and swimming pool are excellent, the rooms restful and calming. This will be my first choice when I return to Bangkok.

A great hotel in the heart of Bangkok where you can visit the highlights with the skytrain and shop till you drop in walking distance with great staff, beautiful rooms and a very good breakfast ! This paired with a personal touch is why you should stay at the Okura.
