Central hotel in London--comfortable beds and friendly staff!
Small but comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, location was central, bar was nice with good service. Nightly turndown service.
We enjoyed our stay here despite the small room--was comfortable nonetheless. highly recommend!

Ideal location for our show at Ronnie Scotts (8 mins walk). The hotel is so stylish, from the lovely room we were upgraded to,to the extremely comfortable bars and the elegant terraced restaurant.
Special mention to Fenn for organizing the birthday surprises for my partner, she loved those!
Also Joel the head bartender, such a friendly fella, and Eva on reception. Wish we had the names of everybody we spoke to,because the were all so helpful. All in all, great stay and will definitely be returning!!👍

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are newly fitted, bed super comfy, sparkling clean and well equipped. I will let the photos talk. Breakfast is a la carte, not the ordinary buffet. The location is great , the middle of London is easy to get anywhere....

Great location.
Perfect bar areas.
Amazing breakfast.
Stand out member of staff, Tania who works on breakfast, she is an absolute treasure.
All the breakfast were brilliant.
The only slight disappointment was the room being small but as it’s London, and most of the time will be spent exploring, it was no big deal.

We booked through Expedia for a one night stay in March 2025. This information is key as the room type we booked was not (as we believe it) what we received. We booked a Classic Queen Room and was in our view given a Cozy Room. We make this judgement based on the photos on the rooms through Hotels.com (Expedia company) and the Bloomsbury website. We did complain and were told that the pictures of the rooms we not necessarily representative of what is received. We have been offered two cocktail vouchers of the future. Given the room was booked through Expedia, no reduction of cost can be given.
The room was ok - the bathroom a little tired. There are many freebies from in room macaroons (nice touch), two bottles of water, 4 coffee pods, tea and biscuits, Also we counted 4 book marks in the room!
We didn't use the bars or restaurant.

I have stayed here before and every time, it just gets better, an amazing beautiful hotel, like stepping back in time. The staff remember you and greet you very warmly right from the time you first step inside. A really hidden away little gem of a place. You don't seem to hear the hustle and bustle of London until you go outside. So after long busy days sightseeing, a real haven to come back to. The rooms are all individually decorated and sumptious in all the details. Lovely high beds with wonderfully supported mattresses and pillows, always extra in the cupboard. Comfy chairs and absolutely everything and more you could ever need, stocked in the bathrooms.
So nice to have a turndown in the evening, with everything laid out ready for you after an exhausting day and beautiful chocolates to treat yourself. Each member of staff is friendly, warm and happy, so you really feel looked after and appreciated. Breakfasts are amazing with absolutely everything you could ever wish for to choose from, whatever your nationality or likes or dislikes. I had something different each day. Healthy options are available plus the full works if you prefer. The honey in its own honeycomb is a real treat. From the Cocktails in the Coral Room to the first class dinner on the Terrace, food was excellent. I really want to say thank you very much to the particular members of staff who made us feel special, from Sebastian at check in or anytime we needed help from the desk, to Gio in the Coral Room to Maria at Breakfast, nothing was ever too much trouble. Amazingly situated, right near Tottenham Court Road tube, to the British Museum, 2 minutes up the road, to Oxford Street, a few minutes down the road, perfect for a city stay. If you want to feel looked after totally, in sublime surroundings, this is the place to stay, highly recommend this place at any time, I will definitely be back

I went today for a drink with my partner, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was lovely. As we got to the door, we were greeted by Marta with a big, warm smile. She showed us the way to the bar with such professionalism, all while keeping that friendly smile, it really set the tone for the visit.
If the customer service just to show you at the bar is this good, I can only imagine how amazing a full stay at the hotel would be. We’re definitely planning to come back for a stay!

Had a wonderful 6 night stay here. Perfect location close to underground, cafes and restaurants. But- the very best thing about our stay were the lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast room staff especially (thank you Maria, Mohammad, Aga, Lazlo and Patricia and anyone else whose names I’ve forgotten!) were exceptional.

I wrote a review on the 2nd of April 2035 with regards to an unauthorised payment of £378
That the Bloomsbury had attempted to take.
After much difficulty I was put through to the relevant department and was told they would looking into it and come back to me to clarify ( I did not take any contact numbers as I was confident that they wanted to put my mind at rest ) I missed two calls close together, I was unable to answer due to work commitments, no further attempts where made to contact me. I had my account frozen for a week incase any more unauthorised payments where attempted as with no explanation for why this has happened I had no confidence that other payment would not be attempted. The Bloomsbury responded to positive review , but I think true values are shown in how a company deals with the negative and in this case , do not deal with it at all.
If you wish to contact me with regards to this please do not responded to this review as I feel that would be more for your public image , rather than dealing with poor performance

Stay 28th - 30th March
On my first review I gave the Hotel 3 * I’ve give 1* on this one due to not communication
