Beautiful location overlooking the old port. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly staff. We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. From our check in through checkout we were very pleased. The hotel location is perfect for walking around old town and using the hotel as a hub to see the northwestern part of Crete. Breakfast was good with nice variety, including local favorites. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were delighted with the cuisine and service.

Furthermore, we had to change the date of our visit at the very last minute and the hotel could not have been more accommodating.

Great location,spotlessly clean,extremely helpful and courteous staff and good food. It was off season and it was peaceful. Many restaurants close by. Great view from balcony. (We gota room with balcony facing sea) All in all a great experience!

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Porto Boutique Hotel. Great location and a few steps away from the main tourist area. It’s a quaint and quiet hotel with friendly service. The view of the pier was a bonus.We enjoyed our buffet breakfast with made-to-order eggs prepared to your liking. Book early to request the sea view rooms. We booked four months out and the only rooms available were the side sea view. The rooms are small, but adequate to our travel needs.

So, super cute in great location. This is not a 5 star hotel. I don’t say this in a bad way, whatsoever, but more to temper expectation. Here is what it is. Fabulous location. Best eateries everywhere. Walkable to all of old town. Fabulous balcony overlooking marina. A perfect night to 3 location. If big luxury your thing.. no. No gym, pool, nor spa. That’s not the point. This is about perfect location with all that Chania has to offer footsteps away. It’s comfortable and clean. Did jr suite. Liked it. Perfect for what we wanted. Just keep expectation of what it is. Breakfast is “good”, just limited. Really depends on expectation. Perfectly adequate, just not grand. Would we go back? Yep. Location is awesome. View from marina facing suites, stellar. Don’t think you could do better after walking chania old town. So yes, this is a go recommendation. It’s just a don’t expect 5 star. (No intention whatsoever of downplaying its strengths) . It’s a great place to stay. If you want true luxury, stay here for Location and awesome nearby food and nightlife, then go to luxury. 5 star for 2 nights of fun, with proper expectation. That said, would go back for that. The convenience, location, vibe… yep. All good S

A lovely hotel overlooking the marina and the lighthouse. Staff was great. Room was great. Breakfast was a really good experience. Hot dishes cooked by order. There is also a great buffet selection. Loved the location and would choose this hotel again.

We have never been to Greece so we traveled a few places while there . This was by far the most unique charming place we have ever visited! This little town is so incredible! The people were so friendly and the food was incredible! We absolutely loved the hotel ....

The people were so friendly and the food was incredible! We absolutely loved the hotel . We had a huge balcony and the view from the room was spectacular. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We will definitely go back and stay here ! I have recommended this to friends who have not been to Greece yet because everyone needs to experience this magical place!

Lovely hotel in prime position at the old port. Comfortable room with a stunning sea view from the balcony. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking places available, walking distance to main town & restaurants steps away!

Room was small but very clean, comfortable and tidy. Great location at the quieter end of the Marina with only a short walk to the main town and tavernas. Lovely to be able to sit outside at breakfast and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing suite/room. We had a perfect view of the harbor from our 3 (!) balconies. 110 , 210 or 310 are the rooms to choose. Staff members are uniformly polite and eager to help. Good breakfast is included. Nice dinner outside by the boats.

Standard Rooms are a little on the small side but perfect for a couple of nights in Chania. Very clean, the bathroom and bedrooms are modern and well maintained. Have stayed on 3 different occasions now and would always go back.

Fabulous location. Lovely staff, very helpful and recognised that it was my birthday. Breakfast is fantastic. Love staying here on our annual trip to Crete for a day or two in beautiful Chania. We will be back
