The hotel was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service. A special mention to Maria at the front desk. Our breakfast buffet was included and was amazing. Thanks to everyone serving it. A perfect stay and very fair off season prices. Nice temp's and low tourist crowds. 5/5 stars.

Cas Delfino Hotel is a beautiful old hotel located perfectly in old town Chania. Our room (actually a 2 bed room suite) was once the wine cellar for the estate. The room was clean, large, spacious and full of character. Despite the building being very old, the facilities were modern. Outside our door was the central hotel piazza where a tasty breakfast was served each morning. There is a roof top deck with a bar (the bar was not fully operational when we were there. We brought a bottle of wine up there to sit and watch over the harbor. Service was excellent. We would certainly return to Cas Delfino.

Lovely little hotel with excellent hospitality - perfect recommendations for food/activities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy. The location is magical. There was always staff on hand to assist with recommendations when needed.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Casa Delfino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within the old town so there are a lot of steps, but it is just set back from the harbour, which is flat and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We had a couple of lovely meals in some of the restaurants recommended by the hotel, The Well of the Turkey, about a 10 minute walk and The Kalderimi about two minutes away. The hotel collects you and your luggage from the drop off point in an electric golf cart, as there isn't any vehicle access. Breakfast has plenty of choice, but don't expect a full English, and is taken in the courtyard under a large Focus tree,( a houseplant back home). Some rooms and parts of the hotel are only accessible by stairs, but I believe there are rooms that are serviced by a lift. The lift also serves the roof terrace, which gives a good view of the harbour. If you don't do stairs, I would suggest asking for a room near the lift. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

The entire experience was wonderful. From the energetic bellman to the 6th generation owner, everyone was there to make us feel happy and comfortable with our stay. Chic, clean, comfy rooms, and beautiful views from the rooftop lounge right in the heart of the old city, Oopa!

Amazing hotel. We spent seven days and has nothing to complain about. The property is out of this world. Historical building all renovated. There are only 24 rooms and each room is unique. It is super clean and very very comfortable. The service is excellent. We felt at home. Location is excellent; Quiet neighbourhood but still very close the core activities and buzz. The owner, is on the premises most of the time. A very classy young woman, Margarita, that makes sure that her guests are enjoying their stay. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful, small, 5 star Hotel in a great location in the old town of Chania. There is a fabulous rooftop cocktail bar with beautiful views over the bay of Chania, the sunsets are incredible. Kostas the Bar Manager, makes great cocktails! Lovely Spa, with steam room and Jacuzzi; we had the Couples massage which was very relaxing and we had 30 minutes to ourselves in the steam room and jacuzzi; a glass of sparkling wine is also included in the price. Amazing!, home cooked Breakfast!! You will not need lunch! Staff are lovely and helpful, they will book restaurants etc

We had a pre arranged taxi that the hotel arranged from the airport who greeted us and took us to Chania Talos square, where we then greeted by the hotel golf cart who took our luggage and ourselves to the hotel. The airport transfer time is aprox 30mins dependant on traffic and time of day, from the square the hotel is minutes. Once checked in our luggage was taken to our room 4 with a balcony over the courtyard. The room as you walked in had a bathroom, seating area, wardrobe, fridge, coffee facilities, two view balconies small stairs to the queen size bed. We had a complimentary bottle of wine with baclava and a card which was a nice surprise. Breakfast is daily from 07:30- 11:00 in the beautiful courtyard, with a broad range of fresh fruit and home made delicacies to suit most appetites and if you would like an omelette for example it is not too much trouble for them to freshly make it. We made use of the hotel spa pre booked packages of sense of love and royal duet, the therapists are all physio therapists and the best massages we have experienced. The hotel has a roof top terrace accessed by a lift and a few steps where you have shaded area, table and chairs and lounges, there is a bar which is serviced late afternoon until late evening, however we made use of it during our down days and had it to ourselves and anything we wanted was not too much trouble. I celebrated my birthday and I had a surprise cake which was delicious. The bed was super comfortable with a turn down service, all the hotel is clean and tidy with too many to list of other detailed facilities, however on there website. The staff work as a team and very hard to make your stay to an impeccable standard. The owner is there daily and is always ensuring everything is meeting your needs. A special mention to all the staff from the bottom upwards, Chrissy, Anthonis and Maria etc. The hotel gave us a map and suggested restaurants of which we tried 4 of them without any complaints, it is walkable to the old and new part of Chania to suit everybody niche. We had a relaxing and memorable stay that will remain in our hearts. Natasha and Mathew
