Travelers had a wonderful time in Sedona, praising the affordability, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms of their accommodations. Many mentioned the romantic touch of features like gas fireplaces and jetted bathtubs. The staff at various hotels were highly complimented for their helpful and friendly service, even accommodating late checkouts. Guests enjoyed modern conveniences, good bedding, and outdoor features like fire pits. The locations were appreciated for being close to downtown shops and restaurants, but still secluded enough to enjoy the night sky.
The photos were a bit misleading. The lobby area is beautiful and fully renovated. However, the rooms themselves are like the rooms you’d expect in a motel. When you walk in, there is the typical carpet mustiness and did not feel $300-$400 worth—pretty overpriced if you ask me
Road trip! Drove up to Sedona from Mesa. Did not have reservations. Found this hidden gem! Price for night was fantastic, room was slightly dated decor but all very clean, comfy and the gas fireplace gave it a romantic touch. Staff fabulous!
Don't waste your money. For the high price, this place is dreadful. Our 'luxury room' had: Holes in the ceiling, dirty and disgusting bathtubs.. we therefore refused to use, tissue dispensers hanging off the wall, shower handle hanging off the wall and therefore dangerous & unusable, holes and tears in...
Read Full ReviewWe very much enjoyed our stay at Poco Diablo. Great room, clean and comfortable. All the modern conveniences. Good bedding too. Beautiful setting all around. Helpful and friendly staff. The grounds with the outdoor pits were a special touch.
This is no where near being a modern or luxurious hotel. The rooms smell, the carpet looks old, the bathrooms are not updated. The view sucked, which I paid extra for. Romantic tub was black. Fireplace spent work. Only giving 2 stars because at the end of the day it...
Read Full ReviewNot a resort. Carpet in rooms are filthy, stained furniture and the bedsheets are completely worn through — to the point the textile is rough! I’ve never slept on a creakier bed. Reminds me of staying in room above a pub in England when I was a student. Totally sucked.
Stayed for 3 nights starting Oct 7. Room was very clean and comfortable. Room also had good amenities. Upon checking in, William was very nice and welcoming. My only issue is that I booked the hotel through a 3rd party. Who ever fault it was, the prices did not match,...

Read Full Reviewthis is not a resort, it is a worn-down "resort" not renewed since the 80's hardly any better than a motel. way too expensive for what you get. we were on a 3week roundtrip with 2 nights in Sedona, where we always stayed at at least 3* hotels everywhere worthy...
Read Full ReviewWe had items stolen while we were on a hike. We tried to talk to management and get this sorted out and no one would follow through with us. They passed it on from one person to the next and would not be We had to call the police to...
Read Full ReviewBesides being outdated, the fire alarm went off 3 times in our room between 2:00am and 3:00am due to some malfunction. The AC was so noisy it sounded like there was construction going on. No breakfast. There are better places to stay in Sedona for the money.
Where the accommodation are more than very adequate (it’s a great value, I know I am not at the Ritz) and the ambiance of the grounds are in keeping with the local atmosphere (nicely maintained) I give this place a 5 Star simply because our “Jenna” who was an exceptional...
Read Full ReviewThe web page paints a good picture of this place but in reality it doesn't match up. We booked a standard room and expected something near to what is shown on the site. Arrival looked promising with a nice clean, sparkly reception and smiley receptionist. Standard room meant standard service...
