Our stay at Adobe Grand Villas was nothing short of exceptional. This luxury property exceeded all our expectations and catered perfectly to our specific needs, including accommodating our food allergies.
Each morning, the gourmet breakfast was a highlight. Not only was it allergy-friendly, but it was also thoughtfully delivered to our villa after early morning hikes, adding a personal and convenient touch. The staff went above and beyond by securing dinner reservations for us at two exclusive restaurants that we couldn’t book on our own, elevating our dining experience in Sedona.
Special thanks to Isabel, Terry, Mary, and the entire team for their outstanding service. Their warmth and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable.
The villa itself was stunning—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and luxuriously appointed. It was fully stocked with a generous selection of food, and the welcoming aroma of freshly baked bread in our villa upon arrival set the tone for an incredible stay.
We can’t wait to return to Adobe Grand Villas. It’s a true gem in Sedona, offering a seamless blend of comfort, luxury, and impeccable hospitality. Highly recommend!

This was our third time staying at Adobe Grand Villas - this year we stayed in the Twin Kyody villa. We love the uniqueness of the property and the different villas. We love the special touches of fresh baked cookies and bread, as well as snacks and beverages. The breakfast is different and delicious each morning. We had a view of the red rocks from our balcony, and more scenic views are right around the corner. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. We plan to return and stay in a different villa each year!

I was looking for a memorable place to stay for our anniversary weekend in Sedona, I selected Adobe Grand Villas based on both the stellar reviews (on multiple sites) and their excellent website. Our stay was perfect in every way. From the variety of villas here, we selected the White Dove. This unit came exactly as advertised on the very descriptive website and easily exceeded our needs. We especially liked the cloudlike bed, the two fireplaces and the huge bathroom. Beyond the great villa is a list of other amenities, seemingly a mile long. Daily chef-made breakfast, fresh bread, cookies, snacks, 24/7 lobby access to coffee/tea/soft drinks, heated pool and spa - just to name a few. Last but not least is the staff, which we found to be uber competent and friendly. Communication starts before check-in and carries through daily, guarantying a smooth stay. Isabel checked us in and got us settled, she also provided area recommendations for dining and activities. She was able to snag us a hard to get dinner reservation at Dahl and Deluca, a popular area eatery. This is a full service mini-resort with great villas and an amazing staff, it easily lives up to the fantastic ratings received. Our anniversary stay was indeed memorable and we highly recommend Adobe Grand Villas!!

My Fiancé and I booked this trip a few months ago through United Airlines. Since it was booked through a third party we didn't get to choose a room but really wanted Wagon Wheel. Isabel however made it happen and was pleasant on my frequent phone calls. The grounds are quiet, secluded, and very thoughtfully put together. You truly do feel like you are hiden away from the bustling town and can soak in the red rock views because of that. A series of unfortunate events struck our trip, with myself going to the emergency room twice eventually ending in emergency surgery. This delayed the time we were able to fly home and the entire staff all the way up to the owners could not have been anymore empathetic or accommodating to our situation. They checked in with us daily, brought food to the room for us without us asking if we were late to breakfast, ensured we had clean sheets and towels each day, and always had an answer to any question we had. I can not say enough praises for this place and the people that work there. So I will leave it with this, yes it may be a pricey resort compared to others in the area but the service and atmosphere you receive there make every cent worth it. They have earned life long customers from us and we will definitely be returning.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Terry was the best and making sure we had all needs met. Great central location. Each villa is very private. Included full breakfast served in our villa daily. We chose Visions room. Our only complaint about it was it needed some throw rugs to make it less cave like. More shelves to place things. Shower head was too much. Too much volume of water coming out. Hair got drenched every time. Mattress could use updating. A little hard and lumpy. Great place just choose another room

This is the truth about White Dove "villa", it's not a villa, like as Europeans would know, it's a suite. Our welcome was thorough, but once we'd settled in, we saw the truth of the suite. It was advertised as the most private room, which it may very well be for their premises, but the Casa Sedona hotel next door negates this, with rooms looking over this suite and balcony and their air-conditioning units are VERY noisy, right next to this suite!
The infamous breadmaker - a little unnecessary - we'd have preferred a larger refrigerator and cupboard doors that stayed closed.
Breakfast - a mish mash. For example, one day, we were offered quiche with bacon and salad. Unacceptable for the price we paid, a selection of regular breakfast items would have been more welcome.
However, the amenities are excellent; free hot and cold drinks all day and night and awesome homemade cookies!!! The pool and jacuzzi area is fabulous, but none of this outweighs the mosquitoes at dusk on the balconies. My husband was bitten 12 times, 4 for me. Some people might say it's normal at dusk, but coming from the British climate, some advice would have been appreciated.
The innkeeper did give us some fantastic recommendations for restaurants, a list even, and they even made the bookings, which was above expectation.
Overall, it's a mixed bag. We've stayed in much better hotels and villas around the world, but at these prices, we expected better. The suite is spotlessly clean but all very old and needs refreshing.

I was a little disappointed at the pool size - it is small and there are no proper sun loungers and little space to lounge!
And I would prefer a choice at breakfast - but a lot of effort was made into making the breakfast so that’s just a preference.

This little boutique hotel was an amazing find. It’s in West Sedona in an unexpected corner and very convenient to everything. We were pleasantly greeted and shown around the property. It was so tranquil and had every amenity you could want from fabulous breakfasts ( include), a well maintained spa and pool, unlimited snacks/ water and fresh baked cookies and bread ( in your room each day!!) and lovely soaps in the bath. The rooms are beautifully decorated and huge! Very romantic. Every morning we were greeted by Mary, who could not have been more accommodating with breakfast selections and service. The chef made delicious varied menus each morning. We also had massages— fabulous after days of hiking. We highly recommend the deep tissue and hot stones. Thank you Michelle and Lisa! This is a unique and amazing place. We could not have asked for a better and more luxurious, low key stay.

I’m starting to finish this property has an A+ plus in customer service.
They were kind enough to text me to see what time I would be arriving, which was a first out of 50+ hotels I have stayed at this year.
We were greeted by a friendly staff member who then proceeded to sit us down and give us tons of information about the property and the surrounding areas. She was even kind enough to make dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant.
Then she gave us a complete tour of the property and personally took us to our room, which she continued the tour of highlights of our Villa.
Our room was amazing and one of the favorite rooms of the year. Balcony, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, it had all the bells and whistles. It also had fresh baked bread waiting for us.
Every personal lie that you may need from a make up mirror to luxury bathrobes was included. Everything in the mini fridge, included. There were no hidden fees at all.
It was a refreshing change from the norm that we used to at most hotels we stay at.
The swimming pool area was great. Heated pool and even more heated Jacuzzi. And both were open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Now that was something I’ve never heard of because usually pool areas closed at a certain time and reopen at a certain time the next day. Not this one, they actually treat you like a responsible adult and allow you to utilize the pool whenever you like.
Cookies, fruit, ice, and coffee that you could use in the middle of the night was available to you.
They even brought us breakfast to our room because we didn’t want to leave the room for any longer than we had to on our first morning.
I can’t say enough positive things about those property and is by far my favorite place. I’ve stayed in a very, very long time.
Book your next vacation or a romantic getaway at this property. You will not regret it.
