Honeymooners and romantic travelers greatly appreciated the beautifully decorated and centrally located hotels in Norway. The comfortable beds, clean, quiet, and well-appointed rooms, along with excellent and friendly staff, were frequently mentioned positives. Many guests enjoyed the delicious, varied breakfast options available, with some hotels even offering personal tea service and special treats like chocolate-covered strawberries and Prosecco. The proximity to tourist sites, shopping, and restaurants was also highly valued. Other appreciated features included turn-down service, heated bathroom floors, live music during breakfast, and the historic charm of the buildings.

Read Full ReviewOur room was clean quiet and comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. And the location can’t be more convenient. Walking distance to all the highlights but also right by the bus station. Highly recommended.
Beautifully restored hotel. Room was excellent and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included and plenty of options. Hotel is centrally located and able to walk to all the sites easily. We spent four nights here and it was fantastic - highly recommended.
Excellent hotel, excellent location , staff brilliant room superb couldn’t fault it at all. Breakfast varied and caters for all tastes, hotel staff polite, accommodating, helpful etc. Location was central with lots of restaurants nearby, recommendations from staff proved good.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic central location for us to wander around the city by foot. Hotel room was small but lovely. We had a rear view towards the mountain (could see the viewpoint) it was perfect for us. Breakfast was also good. Had everything we needed and service was great.

Classic property in an excellent location in Bergen. Close to many attractions. Rooms are nice with turn down service. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast. They had happy hour with a piano player, as well as during breakfast, which added a great ambience to the property.

Read Full ReviewThis hotel is beautiful. Staff is nice. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. This is the only place I have heard live piano music at breakfast ( it was a Saturday). The hotel is located in the center of the city so easy to walk to many interesting places.
