A fantastic stay at the O&O! My boyfriend and I spent 5 days here in September 2024 on a B&B basis and really enjoyed our stay. A lot of my reviews of hotels talk about the staff... mostly because I believe they make a hotel stay that much better. The staff were attentive and friendly and from the moment we arrived, they made our stay. The hotel grounds are grand and spotless. Its a fairly new hotel so everything has that "new" vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the facilities you would expect of a 5* hotel. The views of Montenegro from the room (and indeed all over the hotel) are beautiful. Location is great - There are few bars and restaurants down by the harbour if you wanted to venture away from the hotel, we went in September after the school holidays so it was quieter. However, it seems that they are looking to build the resort of Portonovi so I suspect it will become busier eventually. The food is lovely and we ate at both La Veranda and Sabia. Our particular favourite was Sabia (the lobster spaghetti was divine!) so recommend a visit for dinner during your stay. One tip is to be mindful of the transfer times - We flew into Dubrovnik which meant a taxi ride over the border to Montenegro. It took almost an hour to get through the border and had to wait in a queue of cars. The journey back was much quicker (but that was a Sunday morning!) I will definitely be back!

Our stay in Montenegro was absolutely incredible! One & Only is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed at but even better than the hotel is their staff! We had so much fun with everyone we didn’t even need to leave! Everyone felt like an old friend and were so warm, welcoming, accommodating, and an absolute joy. I wasn’t able to get everyone’s names but every single person we interacted with was a joy. But to name a few Špiro and Dan who did our arrival and departure transfers were so professional and helpful, Ivana at reception was so sweet and attentive with every question we had, Luka was our server and also the little brother I never had, Marko and especially Vasko who we had the most were the best and Vasko even made me a drink I didn’t know could exist (a Negroni sour, don’t knock it till you try it), Roberto was so fun and a joy every time he walked by, Stevan had all of the best recommendations, Aaren also felt like a brother and we had the best travel conversations!! I truly hope to see all of them again very soon! 💕

Simply phenomenal! We stayed here for the first time. We are enthousiast 1&only users and this experience shows why 1&only is one of the best hotel chains. Finishes, food, quality and service are at the top. The staff is so welcoming and truly committed to make the experience a unique one. We felt it that way. Thank you for having us (412 is a lovely room) and we look forward coming back again soon! Sad we leave tomorrow but excited already to plan our return.

One&Only hotels really set the standard for service and this place proves the point. You rarely have to lift a finger as everything is taken care of for you! RUN, don't walk, to visit this gem! We stayed for our 5 year anniversary and, while we couldn't get a room upgrade upon arrival (place was full), the room we had was huge and more than enough. The place is stunning, both inside and out. The views and surrounding mountains are majestic. The pools are gorgeous. It is peace and serenity. Have you seen the photos of the spa and read the reviews? Simply the epitome of relaxation and comfort. The food at Sabia is so flavorful. Tapasake is simply the best (and shoutout to the servers who are full of recommendations and gave us extra treats to celebrate). And La Veranda is a cool dinner experience with numerous specials. The breakfast spread leans more a la carte but all the food was delicious. Food and service is really where O&O hotels separate themselves from the competition. Easy to get to from Dubrovnik, lost of nice day trips nearby, and plenty of delicious offsite restaurants (and affordable too) within 15-20 taxi ride. Easily one of the most complete resorts in Europe!
